Friendly service. The salesmen did an excellent job of helping my wife and myself choose furnishings & threw cushions in for the couch gratis. Great credit options; they also did a good job of clearly explaining the terms of the particular deal we benefited from, 0% interest for 12 months. The salesman also did an excellent job of helping us keep under my budget of 5,000$. Elegant pieces, they have held up well over the past months. The mattress makes married life easier because it is so very, very comfortable. My grandfather Jim Johnson used to represent a lam manufacturing company that helped supply this store with lamps decades ago. There are many good reasons that this store has stayed in business for so long.

I have been buying my furniture from Lynchs for over 20 years. They still have great quality, a large selection, and knowledgeable, professional staff and manager. I just purchased my second living room from them and I am so happy.It is so different from the pressure you get from the Syracuse stores. Mr. Lynch is always there to accommodate for our delivery needs. My husband and I both work a lot of hours.Great Family Store!

Update 2:They replaced one cushion and I explained my concern for the cushions breaking at the seams for the rest of the set and the fact that after one month all the cushion went flat and you can feel the wood boards underneath and that may be why the seams were splitting, too much stress on the fabric. The owner came over to take a look in February and said he would contact me the end of February after speaking with the manufacturer on what to do. He never called back. I called the store twice and submitted a message on Facebook. I assumed i had no response in April and may bc of the coronavirus but its now mid-July. Its hard when you try to buy local to support local families and keep the money in your town, only to be sold sub quality furniture. I reached out to the designer of the couch set, Best Home Furnishings, and they told me there was nothing they could do and to reach out to the stpre I bought it from. So Ive officially given up...dont care for anyone to come by my house again to look at anything in this day and age of pictures and many ways to communicate besides having multiple people come to my house to see what even neigh or have claimed as faulty furniture. They shouldve just replaced it with a set they knew wasnt terrible. They claimed this set has sold to many many people and theyve never heard a thing....well ignorance of patrons phone calls and not keeping with your word and calling when you say you will doesnt qualify as nobody ever complaining. And no, I will not be removing my review as asked as you guys didnt hold up your end of the bargain.Update 1:Owner has reached out to us and will send someone out to our house next week to replace cushions. He will stop by to look at stitching as he doesnt believe this to be the usual quality from this brand. I will update again after cushion replacements but am hopeful for resolution, thanks to Michael.Spent $2500 on couch and loveseat and the loveseat ripped a seam and the cushions are mostly flat and its only been 7 weeks. Will contact for resolution...shouldnt have to do that with what was called the best quality brand

A nice honest friend of mine bought an oversize power recliner for around $1500. , dad used it for a month, went in the hospital. Went to redo the flooring for wheelchair purposes and found parts under the recliner. Lynches says they cant help her. Too bad we were going to replace our couch but will go elsewhere if our friend does not get satisfaction.

Bought a couch and love seat from the Auburn store. Frame for couch snapped . Cushions are not holding up . Will have to donate it to a college student to get someone to take it. When we spoke to the owner he told us it was not his problem . Along with the couch I will give the student this advice. Dont go to lynch furniture you do not get what you pay for.

I would not recommend Lynch Furniture in Auburn NY to anyone. The owner, Mike Lynch, is an awful man with an awful temper.... unless hes trying to sell you something, of course. He will lie to you about quality, and if his people damage the furniture during delivery he will try to say you caused the damage. Once he has your money, forget about resolving any issues in a professional manner. He will get very nasty very quickly. Get your furniture from someone else.

If I could give a less than one star I would . I got my parents gift cards to Lynch’s furniture they said one thing and when my parents went to use the certificate .They only showed them certain chairs and they ended up not getting what the owner said they could and they had to add more money and the certificate was a very nice amount .And they did not get what was promised to us when we purchased the certificate .The sales women was rude to myParents and Mike the owner was no help . So why buy anything in Auburn when your only going to get rip off ...last time we will ever do business with them ...if you have parents that are up there in years Don’t send them into that store .They prey on older people .Never ever shopping there again ....And I hope no one else gets rip off like we did ..negative stars

Supposedly a huge sale. ..not so much. Disappointed in the sofa/loveseat selection. Still pricey. Not too keen on having someone following me around the store. If I have a question I will come to you. Maybe she thought I might try stealing a loveseat by stashing it in my purse!
