This is the second time we order gondolas and other retail stuff for our store in Tampa. The customer service is amazing. Jay Friedman makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for. This second time some products arrived with some damage, things happen. We contacted them and Jay sent all the damaged things right away. I was very impressed how fast he handled the situation. Leibish Weinberger in the man. We typically order our Liquor Store Gondolas here in St. Louis from another company that we normal work with, but due to things be back ordered we had to seek other vendors. Its hard to put a trust in a new company when ordering 30K worth of merchandize and hoping that everything works out (quality, pricing, delivery, resolving issues, etc.). Leibish was rep who handled all of our ordering, scheduling of delivery and shipping issues. The entire process was very smooth with headache less. I had to do major remodeling at my liquor store. I need all new shelving and accessories. After doing extensive research and shopping around I went with M. Fried Store Fixtures. I worked with Leibish. He was very helpful finding the right setup to maximize my space. He paid attention to every detail. He was very patient with me as I kept making changes to the order. My store is located in Santee CA. I was very hesitant doing everything over the phone/internet and especially ordering from out of state but Leibish put me at ease with the whole process. He walked me through the entire process. Once I got my delivery it was very easy to set up. My shelving looks amazing and I’m very happy with the results. If you’re looking to upgrade or remodel and need shelving or fixtures look no further M. Fried is the place to do it. They are competitive in pricing and very attentive to your needs.
Nice costumer service but ripped me off on the shippingMy order was around 350 dollars, the sales rep said i am short of qualifying for free shipping , he charged me 50 dollars! to deliver the merchandiseAnd i live just about 2 miles from themThe nice part is that it was delivered by 1 of their employees with his personal car, on the way home , 10 dollars wouldnt suffice ?Thats not about making the customer happy
Jay, we received all of our fixtures and have installed them. Let me just say that everything was better than expected. I was employed by Walgreens for 17 years, opened 23 stores, I also worked for corporate store solutions. I have never been able to setup a store without having to call for missing, or damaged items. The carrier was great too. You and your team are true pros.

I called this store around 2 , to see if they had what I needed . It’s about 2 hours away from me from Connecticut. But with traffic it took me about 3 hours .. I was dealing with Moses and he took my order over the phone to get my stuff pulled and on a pallet and they close at 5. I kept him updated with my time and even after 5 he waited for me to get there and load my stuff !! BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR !! I’ll forever be thankful for this place especially for staying later for a new customer

Our optical office was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Our custom display cases floated out into the Atlantic ocean. We turned to M. Fried for help. They provided us with top quality display cases with state of the art LED lighting that surpassed our custom cases at only a fraction of the cost. The design we needed was quite technically challenging as we wanted to match the angled floor tiles that survived the flood. Their salesman Mayer was very skilled in both the design and the dimensions of the pieces we wanted. We gave him the project and he delivered big time .The showcases matched up exceptionally well. It looked as if we had placed our tiles around them! There were no cost overrides and no unexpected charges . We developed a strong trust in him and the company he works for. We would strongly recommend M. Fried .

I built two stores in Tennessee. One in 2015 and one on 2017. First one was 14,000 SF and second one was 27,000 sf. I purchased gondola shelving units from this company for both and my sales reps name is Mayer. 1. They had the best price 1. They had enough inventories and it only took approximately 1and 1/2 weeks to get delivered from placing order, make payment, delivery arrangement. 3. great follow up. Now, I am opening in Atlanta Ga and setting up a store. of course, I called Mayer to get all gondola shelves for 24,000 sf retail store. I told Mayer that I do not have a forklift. I only have pallet jack and he understood my situation here and he told me that he will not stack pallets to make one full container truck instead he is going to load it in two trucks so, I can unload it with manual pallet jack. Price is good! they have everything! really everything I need!. They always have inventory! very fast turn around time!!! I dont write reviews usually but I would love to share my great experience with them. I havent receive order for atlanta yet. I will be getting it next week. I will upload some pictures.

I have worked with many fixture vendors in New Jersey and elsewhere around the country and these guys really lead the pack. We were assigned Mayer Lebovits as our account manager in opening up a new retail beverage lifestyle concept and he was terrific. Very patient, solution oriented, clear on timelines and deadlines. Both he and the design staff were very generous with their time and went through multiple iterations with us before we finalized the order. Their installation team was equally thorough and responded immediately to any changes or issues that came up along the way. Probably most important, they were able to anticipate a number of installation challenges before even getting started and, by and large, the project was seamless.

This place is like a Home Depot or Lowes for store fixturing!You know when you go to these other places you want to redo your entire home?This place will give you same effect with your business.They have EVERYTHING you can think of. I would like to take time out to say M.Fried fixtures wAs there for our construction of our existing store ... they had everything we needed in stock or 3 days max they got it The supplies we needed skat wall w metal. Regular slat wall. All hooks. Shelves etc .. as we were in a 6 week deadline. M fried did there best to make sure we met our Labor Day grand re opening. Plus till now taking care of our needs . Odds n ends bending over backwards .,do I need to say more .. as for Moses our salesman too., thank you Stephen .. retailer 40 years. The owner is dishonest.We bought a reacher-grabber at this store.It broke suddenly after being used for very light work at home.We came down here and all the owner could do was give us an old floor sample as a replacement. He claimed we intentionally mishandled and broke the stick.Mr. Fried is a גנבIn response to the owners response: How can it be obvious that the product was damaged by misuse? How would you know what I did or didnt use it for? I used the stick to pull a lightweight item into my house from my porch, and one of the fingers of the reacher grabber snapped like a pretzel. This item is junk! I dont believe that it is Made in Italy.

I went to buy a slatwall to display the walls in the store, and the variety and color were very diverse, and the thing that really impressed me was selling it at a lower price than homedepot or any other store. The quality was rather better than others and the staff was so friendly that I thought it was a scam at first. The shipping cost was also cheap, and free shipping is provided if the price exceeds $500. Not just a slot wall, but all other display tools related to retail.
They have different products for your needs, the attention is pleasant, you have to be asking any questions or doubts.

2022-03-16I didnt want to get my shelves from NY. Nothing against the city, just Im a few hundred miles away. But I reached out to MFried after our local dealer said sure we can help you!!! and then proceeded to ghost us over 2 calls and 2 e-mails, over a month. MFried, for their part, was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I got to talk to a real person, they sent pictures, talked through capabilities. They made the process as easy as they could, including shipping.Later, when I asked Jay Friedman (our salesguy) to sell me something related to the shelving wed already purchased, he offered to... but told us it would be better for us if we had something made onsite by a carpenter. I appreciate that integrity big-time.I should note, I got turned on to MFried by another retailer in our purchasing cooperative (INFRA), who also had q very positive experience with them.

2022-04-01I was on the fence about paying to have my new gondola shelving installed vs. doing it myself. After I saw how hard the installation crew worked and how long it took to install the shelving I was happy I decided to leave it to the professionals!
