Professional and Liz went above and beyond what was expected. I was in and out. More importantly, it was obvious the other customers I saw while there were also satisfied. An appointment was made, an estimate of time was given and was accurate. She took the time to make sure my needs were met. Absolutely no complaints on the work they did.
Service was professional quick and efficient! I only had to get my door handle put back on but I didn’t have to wait around they wasted no time getting the job done. Definitely recommend!
Where do I begin,I went to the Chrisler Ave location and Liz was FANTASTIC! I called her multiple times being a pest and she was always friendly and said it was no bother even if it was. Ive never had to have body work done on my cars, but if it is ever needed I will head there again. When I picked up my car it was clean and washed, too cold to actually hose wash it so she used a bucket and did it the old fashioned way, LOL.
I brought my dad’s 1997 F150 from Arizona and after 22 years in the sun it was in desperate need of new paint. I received several quotes for 2-3 times the cost of what Maaco quoted. The truck looks brand new and I’m certain that my dad and grandad, who bought it new, are looking down with smiles on their faces.I was looking for a local shop to do the work and I ended up finding it here. Don’t be fooled by the national chain name.I’d recommend anyone come here.Marcus

Had my Grand Cherokee hood repainted, they took two days and paint matched perfectly, looked like a brand new truck when they were done. They did a great job painting it, very pleased with the quality work. I would definitely recommend Maaco at Chrisler Ave in Schenectady. Manager Liz was great and very pleasant to talk to, will definitely go back if ever need any painting done.

After trying to get a paint job for 4 months in Louisiana escaping the hurricane got an estimate here that I could live with and was told that at home should be the same price at the Maaco Auto Body Baton Rouge
Fixed two rust spots and painted to blend into my 2006 paint. Looks great can’t tell any work was done to it

Great experience. I was involved in an accident and the hitters insurance was trying to low-ball the repair. When the insurance company stopped responding to me, Liz took the info and got the whole job reassessed and squared away in a couple of days. They turned my car around quickly and it all looks great!
Had an aftermarket hood on my truck for too long- primer wore out, started rusting, then I took it in for prep and paint- got it back and looks beautiful! Brought my van to maaco in schenectady ny Chrisler Ave. The owner Liz was great, very professional and polite. Had her Paint my van from tan to white and also fixed a few rust spots and dents. Turned out great Im very satisfied. In fact shes doing my other truck for me too! I would recommend maaco in schenectady ny to anyone. Liz gives free estimates so stop by, you wont be disappointed.
One of my favorite places just love Liz she seems to have all the right answers and knows her job very well. I do miss Tommy Ryan though 😭.but let Liz give you an estimate Im sure youll be as happy as Ive always been and would love the job thats been done to your vehicle.

Maaco Schenectady did a very professional job on my pickup truck. Liz explained the scope of work in the beginning and performed to that scope. Along the way Liz shared pictures with me to illustrate the progress. The job was completed on time and in budget. I’d recommend this shop to friends and family.

2021-10-29Absolutely amazing job done by Liz and her team! First, I cannot thank Liz enough for the amazing service. I was extremely indecisive with the color, coming in twice to flip through paint chips to find the perfect shade, she was so patient with me running outside looking at every white shade they had next to my car.Most importantly, her and her team did a fantastic job making my miata look new again. It had new body panels welded on and was atleast 6 different colors when I had dropped it off. 8 days later, I show up to a shiny new car! Special thanks to the two men who did the body work and painted my car. I really couldnt thank the team enough. Great value and fantastic work.In addition to this, the attention to detail is absolutely insane. I went into this appointment expecting all of the stickers in the door jams/under the hood to be painted over. They took the time to mask off every single sticker on this car before painting. Mind you, every part of this car that wasnt visible from the outside, was painted green. Under the hood, door jams, trunk, gas cap was green. There isnt a spec of green anywhere. I cannot be more satisfied with the work done by the Schenectady maaco team

2022-07-01I needed two panel repairs, other shops either werent interested or tried up selling the work. I had a budget I had to stay within. At Maaco I was presented with some budget friendly options. The work that was done was excellent and the quality is top shelf ! I am so pleased with the repairs that I have scheduled to get the entire car painted at the shop.

2022-06-23Liz the manager is awesome! The service I received was exceptional. They did not keep my car for days. I provided down payment, parts ordered, and painted. The day I brought my car in, fenders were replaced picked up car same day. The car looked wonderful. Cost in comparison to other estimate was far more affordable. I would recommend Maaco on chrisler for body work and Im sure any other service. If I wasnt leaving NYS, they would definitely take care of my car.

2021-02-26Where do I start. Ok first let me give a big big big thanks to Liz for working with me and going the extra mile for me. She really helped me out. The guys there did a super job and got my 2011 looking new aging big thank you guys. No more paint chips no dings no rust. Super amazing job I recommend Maaco on chrisley ave.

2020-04-07Liz was excellent to work with on my 91 Corvette. She led me through which method would be best; either new color or refreshing the original, which wouldve been cheaper. I went with the original, and I was honestly impressed beyond my belief and very satisfied with the end product. After hearing the horror stories of people who have gone to other Maaco places, I was not sure what to expect. But the price was reasonable for all the body work done, and the paint, and man, it looks beautiful. They cleaned up all the scratches, chips, and dents, and painted it wonderfully; the gloss is amazing.Liz obviously cares about the work they do at her Maaco; and it shows. Would definitely do business again if I get another project car!

2021-10-10Great experience all around. Liz was super helpful from start to finish. We had our whole car repainted and bumper replaced. The job was done super professionally, on time and on budget. Really happy with the result. Would absolutely recommend!!
