Machi Machi in other cities:
Absolutely loved this place. from the teas to their corndogs, everything was absolutely delicious. definitely worth the wait and a must try! everything is so aesthetically pleasing, ive been here only thrice and definitely would be back again! the hotdogs are literally the star of the show here.
Really enjoyed this place! Since the locations is tight and its so popular, its crowded and service is very slow. This is usual for a place like this in NYC though. The creme burlee boba was one of the best ones Ive tried. And the corndogs are delicious!!! Love the ones with the pieces of potato covering. The orange drink was nice.
I tried their drink & unfortunately it didn’t live up to its hype but maybe that’s just me bc i didn’t like. I got the jasmine tea one & it didn’t really have flavor. I got there & was super confused as i saw three sections but didn’t see why were the drinks coming out of & just to realize it was because they were taking long: i spent like a whole 30 minutes in this place just for a drink & it was also overpriced
The outside can be quite crowded at times. The only way to order is through the kiosks using a credit card. Once you get your ticket your pick up your order at the counters. I went late that day and the only flavors of mochi donuts were the black sesame and matcha. They were both good. Seems like they dont take cash though. They do not have tables and everything is take out only.
Their bubble teas are delicious, I always get the jasmine green tea plum. So far, my favorite. I loved the way they give us the tea in a bottle with a cap, because I can easily seal it and stuff it in my backpack without having to hold it, when I want to save the rest to drink later. Downside is that the bubble tea is so so expensive, with such little amount of bubble tea. $9 for one.
Visit: March 2021. Slow service, crowded to wait. Expensive. Cute packaging and decor in the store is very social media friendly. I ordered everything with lite sugar but not everything can be customized. My favorite drink was the the jasmine green tea with plum jello. I wont be back.
The building where Machi Machi is located houses 3 different businesses total. Besides Machi Machi, there is a Korean hot dog stand and a mochi donut stand. The line outside is for the Korean hotdog stand and you need to use the digital kiosk to place your order. You can go inside to stand in line for Machi Machi. I ordered the jasmine green tea with plum jello in the bottle. This is the most expensive bubble tea Ive ever bought (almost $9!). However, the drink itself was very refreshing and the plum jello was delicious! The bottle was also quite cute. I think you should go at least once for the experience!
A very cute place overall. The organization of the place needs a bit thinking - instructions were a bit confusing and caused inefficient waiting queues. Came to try the drink and it was worth it - the plum jelly. However it’s hard to get the remainder of the plum out of the bottle for recycling.
Very expensive compared to other bubble tea places. (about $8 a drink, and if you wanna add toppings like bobas). The quality was great and the interior of the store was beautiful, but there was nothing too special about the flavors of the drinks.I would very occasionally come here to buy bubble teas and still prefer other places that are more worth the value.Still worth trying though, and taking photos lol.
OVERLY HYPED FOR NO REASON!!! Dont go to this place if you want good milk tea/tea. If you want clout, waste your money. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Staff passed by the pick-up window and didnt acknowledge our presence. We ordered 3 drinks and had to wait a good 20 minutes before we were served. By the time we received our COLD drinks, the ice had already melted. It was very noticeable that it was sitting there for a while. Our drinks were bland on top of being watered down. I ordered matcha with red bean and custard foam. Only the custard foam had a taste and very little red bean. More ice than red bean went through my straw. There was barely any taste despite the High Sugar level. Very overpriced for the serving sizes. Its around $8 for a small. Youre better off paying $8 for a large in the Gong Cha or Kung Fu Tea across the street with more taste.
Machi Machi is definitely one of the most popular and trendiest boba tea shops in NYC. It is well-known because Jay Chou, a singer from Taiwan, visited many times and shot his music video at their location in Tokyo. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line. The wait wasn’t too bad and we moved quickly . The interior decor was artsy, adorable and perfect for taking instaphotos. We had their signature Black Milk Tea with Creme brûlée & boba and Black Milk Tea with Panna Cotta. The drink looked so delicate especially the bottle of Black Milk Tea with Panna Cotta. It was really tasty and creamy but a bit too sweet for us.However, it was kind of pricey and with a total of $17 for 2 drinks with tax. It’s a great place for bubble tea but we might not be able to visit often.
Super delightful spot for sweets in K-Town! I ordered the Mixed Berry Smoothie with Cream Cheese Foam and my mouth felt ecstatic with every sip. Don’t be intimidated by the line if there is one, the wait isn’t bad since it’s a well-run place. Definitely worth stopping by to try it out or for the topper at the end of a night out.
Good drinks but long queue. An hour wait on Sunday evening. The hype is definitely the celebrity effect but drinks are actually pretty good but rather pricey. They now limit you 2 drinks per person max. The black tea with panna cotta, strawberry panna cotta and black tea with creme brulee were good. The bubble tea just like other bubble tea but the bubbles are pretty good.
I came to tangram for the first time and saw the machi machi Boba place and I thought it looked really cute. I was in the mood for some Boba so I bought the grapefruit green tea slush and honestly it was really refreshing on such a hot day like this. Grapefruit has health benefits as well and the cups they came in was really cuteee. Definitely recommend 🥰
Amazing place. Waited about 45 mins in Line, not too bad of a Wait. But definetely worth the Wait. I ordered the1. Hot Chocolate Latte with Cream Cheese $5.952. Strawberry Latte with Panna Cotta (Bottled) $7.95The Drinks tasted amazing. The Hot chocolate Latte had a pretzel in it which was a surprise. Both Drinks were like an explosion of flavour in the mouth. Finished both and honestly wanted to get back in line again. It is Card Only, so Do not Bring Cash. No Bathroom, as Far as I saw. But there is one next Door in Tous Bakery so not really an Issue.
When I was there for the first time, I wasn’t really in a mood for bubble tea but was looking for something to quench my thirst.I ordered fruit juice and it was amazing! A tall cup filled with fresh fruits like apple, orange, grapes and etc., was so light and refreshing! I can feel that this is going to be my goto drink this summer.I came back yesterday and wanted to be little adventurous. I ordered cream brûlée bubble tea and it was absolutely delicious! They not only serve regular bubble teas but also you will have option to choose strawberry drink with pena cotta and some of their drinks serve in a bottle so you can take time to finish it.I am so much fall in love with this spot!
If u dont mind the wait, just the drinks, as a milktea digger I’d give 4.5-5 stars. We waited only 10min to order but waited 15min to get our drinks! :/Ordered all the specials drinks in bottleAll favorite! So fresh and unique taste!Plum is so fresh!Luvvvv Panna CottaU can literally taste it’s fresh strawberries rather than strawberry pasteU can also smell the roasted cocoa beans in the chocolate one.I found the security guard very nice and organized, maybe when line gets too long and he got grumpy but he treated customers in line with patience and decency.Just the portion size is too small given the price, it’s like a price of Trenta but size of a Tall-Grande in Starbucks :/
Edit: changing rating from 3 stars to 2 stars since I feel it’s too generousI’ve passed by here many times and there has been a line out the door, so I decided to come in early at around 11:15am. The way things were set up was confusing, with no sign or any indication of where to make the line. The people lined up against the wall had ordered and it took awhile to get the attention of the woman at the counter so I could place my order. After placing my order, I waited with the others for my number to be called out. Apparently a man took over the orders and they switched to calling numbers via some electronic announcing device without indicating this to me so when I went to inquire at the counter , the man gave me an attitude. The whole experience left me feeling reluctant to ever spend money here again, the “customer service” is nonexistent and I’m surprised their tip jar is as full as it is considering the way both workers talked. I even asked my friend (who was with me if she thought they had an attitude or if I was just being sensitive but she agreed they had one). They even skipped her order and snapped at her when she answered the guys question of what order number she is.The matcha red bean creme brûlée was not worth the nearly $9 I paid for it. The beans were small and hard, a choking hazard if I ever saw one. The drink just tasted like the creme brûlée and the matcha quality was the same cheap matcha you can buy at Whole Foods for around the same price of the drink.Maybe the fruit teas are better, don’t care to go again to find out. If anything I urge you all to skip this place and check out I’Milky which has superior customer service and the taste of their teas is better (not too far from this place too).Update: threw the rest of the drink out, had a stomach ache after drinking it.
Drinks were good, but one of the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! One star for the customer service. The music was quite loud in the shop so I couldn’t hear what she was saying clearly so I asked her the same question twice. And the she suddenly rolled her eyes and shouted at me. And plus they’ll never call your number, so you have to constantly walk up and asked if they got your drink. She really need to go back to school and learn how to treat customers respectfully.
This place always has a long line in front of it so I was expecting it to be really good. Overall, I think the two drinks we tried were great even though it’s a little pricey. The fruit drinks taste fresh and the cheese/panna cotta adds a nice texture and flavor to cut through the sweetness. Despite the rush, the workers were organized and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for my stuff after ordering. Definitely recommend if you want to try something different!
Conveniently located and love the wait area. Tried both their bottled ones and cup ones and it was really good. Love their chewy bobas that are not terribly sweet and you can taste each individually. Panna cotta goes absolutely well with the black tea and the green tea with plum jello is a good after meal tea so light and refreshing.
This spot recently opened up in k-town near herald square. The interior is minimal and super cute designs. The most interesting drink on the menu is definitely the panecotta flavor. My friend and I got the creams brûlée and strawberry panecotta flavor - both delicious! I’ll be bookmarking this spot as a go to in the future.
Update 12/25: there are shorter waits now. I would recommend the #1 drink Creme brulee with Boba which is well balanced and much better tasting than the Panna cotta. Theyre also on Chowbus if you want it delivered!--Hyped drinks are the ones with panna cotta. It’s a bit overpriced. Unique drink but not worth waiting longer than 20 mins for.I came on a Sunday morning right before it opened. There were 4 people in front of me. It still took a total of 20mins to wait to order and wait for my drink.Hopefully the hype dies down and they get on a food delivery service soon.
All hype and no substance, sadly. Their drinks are creative and definitely worth a try if you’d like something new and outside of your regular bubble tea box. The people who work here are quite rude and unhelpful. The reason they have an influx of customers lately is because of people on tiktok who pretend to be food influencers. Everything is also twice the price of regular bubble tea.
Today passed by ktown, so why not, just get in line since the line is not tooooooooo long and its a weekday, it probably 10 ppl in front of me,and waited for like 20 minutes. Finally got the JASMINE GREEN TEA WITH PLUM JELLO and BLACK MILK TEA WITH PANNA COTTA. The jasmine one is refreshing and love the jello . The black milk tea is just black milk tea,but the Panna cotta is delicious, its like drink the dessert . Well, for the price, I wish a little bit more, just saying 😉
I’ve been ranking every bubble tea place I come across in the city in hopes of finding the best and so far Machi Machi is at the top of my list.I got the classic bubble milk tea with no sugar. The boba are the perfect texture, the tea is flavorful, and the milk is creamy. Can’t go wrong.
The customer service is bad. The staff looked annoyed when talking to me. She either didn’t call out my number order or said is so softly that I couldn’t hear and after 15 minutes of waiting I had to walk up and ask for it. Anyway the drink is so much overrated there would be other brands with better tastes of drinks and more reasonable prices
The OK drinks are not worth the 20 minute wait.Keep in mind, it was a 20 minute wait when there were only 2 people ahead of us and at least 4 people working in the back.I would rather go to one of the many other bubble tea shops nearby, which all have better service, and many have better drinks.
THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. I am visiting New York from CA. I am from Orange County, arguably one of the boba meccas of the United States. We have everything from Tiger Sugar to Omomo. I didnt expect to fall in love with somewhere new. MachiMachi was love at first sip. At first I only ordered the Creme Brulee. My friends and I decided to go back and get one of everything from the menu. Our favorites are the strawberry panna cotta & creme brulee. Its an added bonus that the bottles are so cute too! DO NOT MISS THIS PLACEEEE! (going back tomorrow hehe)
Simply remarkable. What a delicious grapefruit bubble tea. It was definitely made from fresh grapefruit cause I’ve never had one that tasted so perfect. Don’t really go to the city often but when I do I always grab one of these! I’m sure the other drinks are great as well! 👍👍
Is 20 mins wait worth good bubble tea? That’s what happens here. This store is really poorly designed. You have the cashier trying to take order as and announce the ordered drinks that are ready - leads to a really suboptimal process that causes delays no matter how hard the staff tries.
They took way to long, we waited 20mins for a drink that only took 2 minutes for others. Orders behind us got theirs first but who knows why that happened. The drinks were nice and the bottles are pretty cute. I just hope no one else has to experience long, unexplained wait times in the future. :)
Super cute bubble tea store!A friend recommended Machi Machi and I am so glad we tried it today. We went for the Black Milk tea with panna cotta in that fancy bottle (the bottle that’s popping up on all pictures) and for a classic Jasmine Green tea with fresh fruits 🍉 🍏Both was delicious and very refreshing! We will definitely go back for more
Managed to only wait 10 min, and the cashier was understanding and nice about the wait. Milk tea with the panna cotta itself is decent, but worth $8? Perhaps once to try it out, but else feels a bit sinful... next time will have to try the other drinks which are a bit more reasonably priced
I came here yesterday because i thought it looked like a really cute place to go after seeing all of the photos and videos of the store posted online, and i really liked the interior and the i love you so machi photo spot! however when i was ordering, the girl at the counter was being really rude.. it wasn’t just me, she was annoyed and didn’t care to be friendly to the customers around us either. i understand that it might be harder to get everyone’s order because the store’s bustling and you might be frustrated by the overwhelming amount of customers, but it really wasn’t necessary to be so rough and careless to everyone! especially when most of the customers didn’t have any bad intentions and they were just there to order their food and go! also, they got both of my orders wrong … haha
Disorganized. If youre ordering food, you have to wait on line to use the kiosk. If youre getting mochi donuts, you select the flavors when you go to pick up your order. After youve paid and take your receipt, you go inside and wait around the appropriate place for them to call your number to pick up your goods. Theres three stalls for three different things. The first stall is for drinks, the second for food, and the third is for the mochi donuts. They should really hang signs for the stalls.
Review for 11/8/2020Service: PoorQuantity: Not Worth the wait (2Hr +)Cleanliness: OkDrink: Blueberry & Strawberry Smoothie with Cream Cheese Foam ($7.55), Black Milk Tea W/ Creme Brûlée ($7.15)Under the current pandemic, I know its hard for any store to open up and service the community with Bubble tea (Boba Tea or as some call it)My girlfriend and I came here to see what all the hype was about. We arrived at around 8 pm or so. We managed to get online before the cut off time. We were advised by Security/Door Man that the ones behind us like 3 more people would be the last for the night. I counted there were less than 20 people ahead of us. we waited for about 1 1/2 hrs on the line to be by the door. Once we got to the front door about to be the next to enter the store. We later found out that their Bottle Drinks were sold out. Okay, that was okay because we wanted to try the quality of this bubble Tea and how was it different from the rest of the bubble tea chains out there.Once we got in the store there were another 15-20 mins wait before you could order. As we were waiting to order we notice that the Sold out Bottle was not sold out because a few Customers ahead of us Somehow got it on their order. When were finally got to the ordering booth we asked the girl if it was possible for us to order the Bottle Drink she said sorry sold out! come back tomorrow. we asked how come a few customers ahead were able to order but were not able to and she just replies with they order ahead of time. People around us were shocked also because a few of the customers that were ahead of them was not able to order. I dont think this should be the way a business operates if its Sold Out Please stick to it and be firm and not let others see this behind /Under counter orders. After all that we waited for our order for 30 mins +. as we waited for our order, we notice people that Order 4 drinks+ got their orders way before us. I feel that this is not how a business should be operating based on the amount of order you placed then you will be able to get your orders first? That is discriminating against small orders. A business should operate according to the order sequence. I felt even worse for the 2 girls Ahead of us because they didnt know Chinese and the order # was announced only in Chinese and not always in English. They were only able to find out when I had informed them their order was called and they each had 1 drink same but was done separately 15 mins apart. to top this bad experience off while waiting for my order still, I noticed the Sold out Bottles was not actually sold out its just a gimmick that they have to make you come back another time and order again to try and get the so-called Limited Bottle drink. When they actually have it in stock in the back.Let us Start my actual review of the DrinksBlueberry & Strawberry Smoothie with Cream Cheese Foam:The fruits are fresh but not Sweet. The tea was overpowered by Waterdown liquids. The only thing I felt done right on this drink was their cream Cheese Foam just the right amount of sweetness.Black Milk Tea W/ Creme Brûlée: Milk tea tastes the same as any bubble tea Shop I didnt taste the difference other than the added Creme Brûlée which as a Cream lover you actually get that Creme Brûlée on the drink. My Overall Experience with Machi Machi is not pleasant due to unorganized Orders, and the Staffs attitude towards customers. I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends if they are looking for a Bubble tea place the wait is too long the created Hype on the Drinks / Bottle drinks are overrated. This will be my Last choice on my bubble tea list spots, But if you got all the time in the world and dont mind 2 hrs + wait time then I recommend this to you.Happy Bubble Tea-ing 2hrs+ wait time.
The lines for this place and the other two that are there are so messy. They just have this rude man yelling at everyone where to go and to leave even though they are waiting for their order that they cannot even hear. The cashier is extremely rude, she saw me standing and I was waiting to order and she ignored me for awhile. She bagged all the orders except mine, and when I went to pick up my drink, she had the audacity to go “Oh, you need a bag?”, and then tossed it in the bag. You really need to organize how you handle the lines and hire someone who doesn’t have a nasty attitude please.
I honestly came here because of a tiktok. the corn dogs looked delicious, and i’m sad to say that i was kind of let down. they lacked flavor. it was expensive, loud, and no seating outside besides awning that literally had only 2 tables: don’t get me started on the kiosk out front 🙄 we waited 45 minutes just to the ONE kiosk they had to order our food, then had to wait again for our corn dogs to be ready. there’s a man at the door (who i assume is a security guard) but yells like a drill sergeant. it’s not our fault that your establishment is too small and unorganized! long story short, this place is overhyped. i wished the donut shop speared. their food was amazing. again, their staff was rude too.
I was incredibly impressed by Machi Machi. Despite some of the bad reviews for customer service, my experience was relatively pleasant. I ordered the black milk tea with boba (less sugar) and the black milk tea and pancatta. Both were deliciously made. The black milk tea has a creamy flavor but a little on the sweet side. Its recommended to order less sugar. The boba could be a little bit softer but thats my preference. The black milk tea and panna cotta was a unique experience fortunately for the better. It was quite a surprising combination. Overall, I loved the innovation and very much enjoyed the milk tea. Next time I will try the black milk tea with creme brulee.
Note: my visit was from late Nov. 2020Even before going, I knew I had to brace myself for the potential long line. Waiting is nothing new as a New Yorker but I was a little nervous since Ktown is pretty cramped and we are still in covid-19 era.It was my friends idea to come to this place; shes been before and liked it. I was also curious after seeing the cool pics and watching Uncle Roger from YouTube work at the Sweden location.Unfortunately, it was pretty packed even on a week day at 4PM. I waited about 45 minutes to get to the door where a bouncer is manning it. What a strange sight! And then... more waiting inside! Luckily, everyone was compliant with masks and tried to social distance on the line.I guess my criticism would be for the setup: 1 person taking orders, maybe 2 - 3 making drinks? This is not efficient. Instead of using the wall near the entrance as a weird IG backdrop (with one chair), they could have made it another counter where more employees (maybe the bouncer lol) can take orders. We ended up wandering around before going back to collect our drinks. It did not seem wise to wait in an enclosed space with others.I got the strawberry panna cotta, about $8. Does a Starbucks venti cost that much? However, it is delicious and the bottle packaging is adorable. I dont see myself returning anytime soon but if you choose to brave the line and splurge a bit, I recommend strawberry panna cotta!
One of the best places that opened during the pandemic! 100% would recommend their drinks since it’s all made fresh and tastes absolutely delicious! The workers are super chill and friendly, but maybe there’s room for another worker for making the drinks since the wait times are pretty long.. but the drinks are definitely worth it!! Loved their services and everything so much so I’ll visit often!
Very poor customer experience. They do not care about their customers. After waiting ~15 min in line to order my drink, I sat down on one of the three seats near the entrance waiting for my order. I had come here a few times before and sat on the seats without a problem and so did a lot of people. Soon after the security guard asked me to leave there and go somewhere else because someone was taking a picture of the wall behind me. I asked why, and he told me that’s the story policy. I stood clear of the wall but he then told me I needed to go to the back where there were too many people to maintain social distancing, so I didn’t go. He kept yelling at me on and on for so long in front of all the people as if disciplining a kid at school for breaking the rules. With the loud music I couldn’t hear what he was saying under his mask and at a distance so I just kept saying “okay” so that he would leave me alone. After that I just picked up my order and left. The experience is very upsetting and I don’t need to be treated that way for sitting on a seat that the store provided, after paying for very expensive drinks, just so people can take a picture of a wall. This shows that they only care about how good they look in the pictures on social media. They do not care about how to treat their customers once you’ve handed them your money. They maintain social distancing on the line before you order but not after when you’ve paid. They yell at you for keeping people on the line from taking a unobstructed picture to post on social media. And here I am telling the story.
I went here on Aug 3rd around 5:30pm and this girl with white shirt was being rude bc she couldn’t hear what i was ordering LOL which i get it bc it was so loud in there but she didn’t have to give me that look and it was literally my first time coming here so i asked questions and she looked like she was annoyed. and it literally took about 20min to get my orders (person who ordered later than me got their drinks first )
Ive been to New York 3 times within the last month, and each time weve made it a point to come here (no matter how out of the way it is). My wife absolutely loves the hand made brown sugar latte, and I pick a different drink every time. Get a picture under the I LOVE YOU SO MACHI sign.
Ive been to a Machi in Taiwan and honestly it was very average and still overpriced in Taiwan (about $2.75, where an average medium boba would be $1.75). We came to the NYC location because my friends wanted to see the hype and we all got a drink. Their drinks are definitely overpriced only rich international students would buy them because who would spend $8 on a medium drink. They specialty, panna cotta with strawberry milk was good, but was it $8 good? ABSOLUTELY NOT LOL.
Unless you have money to waste, youre paying for packaging. They messed upy order and made no attempt to fix it or even admitting it, strawberry latte panna cotta in a bottle tastes like strawberry water with tasteless solid heavy cream. Waste of everything. There are bubble tea shops within a few blocks of each other that taste better and cost almost half less.
7/7/21 night: terrible customer service - made us wait 30 minutes before refusing to take any more orders for the night and closing the shop early. We never got to try the overpriced drinks, so we went to Grace Street instead where their customer service is way better lol
It’s a nice boba tea place with delicious drinks and the celebrity affects from Jay Chou, but kinda overpriced compare to other nice boba tea places in the city. I waited about 20 mins to get my drinks. That’s fine for me. But I don’t think I will visit this place more than once a month or spend more than 30 mins in line.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a brown sugar latte and paid for it, after looking at my receipt I realized it said hot I didn’t want hot I went back to the cashier girl if I could get it iced.SHE TOLD ME THEY MADE IT ALREADY??? I was confused I’m like ok but I want it iced not hot. She stood there clueless not understanding me. Then I believe she was speaking mandarin to the person that was making it and I could of guess they told her they made it already ? I’m not too sure why the person making it wasn’t speaking with me directly they knew English but chose to spoke mandarin with the cashier, and she says no I can’t get it iced, I said is there anything I could do to get it iced. SHE SAID I COULD BUY ANOTHER DRINK ? Excuse me I will not, I told her I wanted refund and she said they don’t do refunds. I later accepted the drink because I didn’t want to make a scene on there grand opening. I put the straw in and the drink was warm near the cold side it was apparently suppose to be hot but I got a bad drink. All in all I don’t recommend very gross customer service that they didn’t want to speak in English to me when the person making my drink generally understood me!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HORRIBle avoid this place at all cost.
Long wait ~25 minutes on sunday noon. They ran out of taro balls too. Like it was only an hour into being open and already ran out? They need better planning of add-ons volume. The security guard is not helpful. Does not organize lines. Rec: Have more stickers on the floor, have people line up towards the back, dont create such an unneeded fuss over bb tea.The cheese creamy tasted too much of butter, tea has a bitter aftertaste. Leaves were prob left to steep for longer than recommended time.

2022-05-28So cute yet so pricey !! I payed around 10 $ for a brown sugar latte w / tapioca ( tax + tip). My order came fast and it was quite good tasting. You order through a monitor screen and barely have to do any talking so it’s suitable for introverts. There were two other vendors at the shop but I sadly didn’t have time to check them out.

2022-05-12There are bo seats in door but there are some space to wait for your drink. Considering the volume of the drink its pricey but its good taro balls and i love the grapefruit jelly!!!! Its very pretty in the bottle tooI also got plum green tea which is okayI recommend grapefruit green tea and taro ball milk tea. Very fulfilling and satisfying!

2022-04-27As much as I love Jay Chou, I have to admit that their milks teas are very bland and very expensive. We got 4 different drinks, each of them are $7 or more, yet the size of a small/medium drinks at other stores. The taste was off and to me, it’s totally not worth the higher price tag. Interior was nicely decorated and the milk teas are very insta-worthy, but I pass next time.

2022-02-07Solid bubble tea, but somewhat overpriced.Theres no question that the milk tea here is quite good — Ive had several different teas here now, and have been pleasantly impressed each time. However, given the number of similar bubble tea shops nearby, I am surprised that they have kept their prices so high. I can walk to several other shops nearby for a fairly similar drink, while paying a fair bit less.

2022-01-06Tasty a$s donuts. So aesthetic and Instagram worthy for all you IG foodies. It doesnt just look good, it tastes good. Probably so bad for you... But hey, youre in new york on vacation. Treat yourself! My gf and I got a box of 6, but try to control yourself and get 3 you little fattie.

2022-04-23Machi Machi is combined with 2 other vendors - I believe they sold mochi donuts and corn dogs down the other end of the hall. Its more pricey than normal bubble tea spots because of its aesthetic quality they show. Its good nonetheless! They also have kiosks where you can order your corn dog outside the shop and then pick up inside. Inside the shop they take orders by kiosk as well so makes it alot faster.Next time Ill have to try the mochi donuts and corndogs.

2022-02-26I love you so Machi MachiiiiHighlights of the menu:1. Black milk tea + Panna cotta2. Jasmine green tea with plum jelloHow can I miss this store if I’m a big milk tea fan! A really cute place with cute bottles/cups and they are really good. There are so many photogenic spots around the store that we can take good photos. What can be better with good milk teas and cute pics to post on IG?? I’m down to go.

2022-07-18Ive only had this dessert once before and that doesnt compare nowhere close to this one right here. You order on a kiosk so a plus for me is not having to talk to anyone. The prices is 4 doughnuts for 14 - which is a steal because they are that good. May I add... they are way better than regular doughnuts. I cant stop thinking about it atm ( literally just had them ._ )

2022-06-07Had to try it - very cute bottle and we got their signature drink with panna cotta. It was a bit too sweet even though we adjusted sugar levels already. It is also ridiculously expensive, almost $10 for a smaller size of boba

2022-07-18SOOO GOOOD. My boyfriend and I have went there twice now and it’s very well worth the wait. They’re often very busy but they have this nice shaded area across from the store where you can wait and eat in. We love the Jasmine Green Tea with Fresh Fruit and Jasmine Green Tea with Fresh Orange drinks and the Korean corn dogs. The prices are a bit pricey but it’s good quality so we never complain, we’re also not from this area so it’s worth it for us haha This place is a must try if you’re in the Korean town area!❤️
