For the last 4 days I have been trying to contact this company. They claim to be open from 9 am to 6 pm. But when I call all hours of the days and leaves numerous chat & voice messages I get no reply. Can someone please let me know if they are still in business.Update*** They just called me and now informed me of their new prices of $85 shipping. I said let me ask my wife and call you back and now they dont answer no more. Thank You

I was using this company to send my box going to Leyte for 2 yrs. first box was arrived on time. The next year my 2nd box got a problem. Since I spoke to the lady about my box is ready to pick up. She was a kind of rude person, I am a customer be nice to us, you have to work with us, we send our box not for free, thats your business not ours. Since then they picked up my box was January, then Month of May my family asking me again where is my balikbayan box they did not receive yet, usually it takes 3 months but now is already 5 months since they picked up my box from my house, I called the office and they said hintayin nyo lang darating din yon. Ok I said to my self maybe it will arrive soon. Now month of June exactly 6 months later Still my box was not deliver yet. so, I emailed the comapny , then they replied it was already delivered on March?????😮😮 but it was not!!! whats going on. Now they needs to find my box where it could be. Middle of July or Augustmy box arrived at home. It was missing at first, so guys I write down my experience this company so be aware, tracks your BB box all the time.

There is a grouchy lady in here. 0 customer service. Was suppose to send a laptop to the Philippines and was just asking if how much is the fee and insurance and what if it gets lost. I just need the assurance that it won’t be lost in the mail and if it gets lost at least I get something. She responded with” even your life you cannot be sure “. So much sarcasm and bitterness in her! I don’t recommend. After all, you are not the only forwarder. Always remember customer service is a priority! Smile lady!

I sent 3 boxes to Manila last July, to be honest I was skeptical because, I heard a lot of complaints/issues regarding missing stuffs this is my first time ever to send bb to my family, And today Sept 17,My family got the boxes safe and the box still in good shape. THANK YOU MACRO.(ps.box is from other carrier) till next transactionThank you! also to the persons who picked up my boxes in my convenient time.

Helpful and efficient staff members. We came to see if they could help us send a Balikbayan box to Philippines at a very urgent notice. We simply refuse to pay for hefty excess baggage from PAL so we thought we go to Macro International Cargo for an alternative. Turned out well. We are very pleased with the result and handling of our Balikbayan box request. Thank you!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO INITIATIVE TO NOTIFY/INFORM CUSTOMERS REGARDING THE TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN’T TRACK YOUR PACKAGES UNLESS YOU BUG THEM OUT. SO MUCH SARCASM AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DEALING WITH CLIENTS.
