Great items, but the store was closing, so I didnt have enough time to really shop.
Got this cute off white bag with gold chain.
Line is always too long, they need to hire more cashiers. I always give up and leave empty handed.
Super long line and they have a separate are for macys.com returns but they told me to stand on the long line for everything instead

Nice outlet store with clothes, shoes, home decor, make up and more. The only thing holding back 5 stars is the check out line. Its agony waiting on the line. They dont have enough cashiers.
First time going to a Macys backstage and I loved it. Tons of high end brands for cheap prices. Got a pair of jeans from 7 for all Mankind that were originally $195 for only $39! Cant wait to go back

Great, its a pretty big place so people can distance properly. The fitting rooms are also open which is helpful. Some of the staff were a bit distracted with each other but it was of no bother to me.

I have purchased a few sweaters here and was pretty satisfied. Not A class quality always but it is a cheap store.. the perfume sets are a cute gift, the jewelry can be cute also. Try to visit on weekdays if can. The purses can be okay as well.

I bought 3 coats for a lot less than most places, and theyre named brand .If youre on a budget but want to find styles or brands you love, this is the place for you.The best way to explain here is like another Kohls or Marshalls.

Lots of deal to find. Efficient friendly staff wh pool is willing to assist. Distance is observed and mask wearing was observed. A sense of comfort with all thos madness around us. Parking was easy and other stores are within easy access.

I just go there because of the location. Not a best big shoe selection for ladies size 10 or more. They do have the make-up stuff and quick gifts for people not picky.
I cant believe I finally went in here and found the best clothing for affordable prices. I was really surprised. Unfortunately you cant use any coupons here but other than that, everything else was great. I will be going back for more. Oh, theres also a plus size section in this small spot!

I enjoyed my visit there. I went specifically for a new bathing suit, found several in my size to try on and settled on one very pretty one. Im delighted with my purchase and pleased with the store.

I love this place! One it’s in the little plaza off New Hyde Park so not in the over crowded mall area, hmm though this plaza is busy at times. It has great finds on name brand items at low outlet and often clearance prices.

I had an item that was missing a price tag. When I asked a member of the staff on floor for assistance she was rude and told me to find it myself. I was disappointed and confused but tried to look. I couldnt find anything with a price so I just took it to the register. The girl at the register was able to find it right away and help me. So thanks girl at the register. But to the girl on the floor... Thanks for nothin.

In short this the Burlington in Macys, lol. A decent collection of old models except shoes, its scarce . Nice location and customer service. if the level 1 was more organized, it would be a perfect discount Macys store.

I have never heard of Macys backstage before untill I found this one. This is like Marshall or TJMax. Products that are made only for Macys are sold here at discounted price. But the price is competitive. You might get lucky and get a FILA jacket for 6 bucks in your size. But good deals for regular sizes are usually rare to find.

1st time to Macys Backsatge; really great. Plenty to choose from and value priced. The Mens clothing was from Formal to Workout styles which were all modern styles. From plain sam to colorful, they had something for everyone. Men gadgets and some Ayto atuff. Then Houseware, Ladies, Children and Makeup; Sort of like a mini sized Macys. I really enjoyed the store, felt comfortable to walk around and find those great deals. A Must!

2022-04-04When I went inside, it immediately reminded me of a neater Burlington coat factory. Stale, drab decor, makes you feel like you stepped back in time into the 90s. Selections for men were very limited colors, styles, shoes. However, with a thorough search through the aisles, I did manage to find some pieces that stood out ( a yellow pullover, spring jacket, tees). The prices are great, if you are able to find something. Its good for simple pieces (tees, underwear, socks, homegoods). You may come across some stand out pieces (if you search...heavy).

2022-04-03This store is pretty good. That’s where I do most of my returns when I order from the Macys website. The customer service there is polite and helpful. This lady told me that I don’t have to wait for the weekend to shop on the Macys website because the backstage store has if not better prices and if there’s something they don’t have, then I can order from the Macys website!
