Macys Backstage staff and sales personnel were very friendly and professional in helping me select my purchases and helping me to check out with them at the cashier with my Gift Cards. I look forward to going back to Macys Backstage soon.Karen and Harris Morshenson

Elevator as well as escalator were not available - out of order, it was impossible to take shopping cart to other floor. Buyers kids made enormous noise and dangerous movements jeopardizing nearby people and nobody could stop them and restore order. There was shocking experience to be at this place that day.

Bad customer service with behavioral attitude from manager who worked at 6.30pm on 6/12/2022.I purchased a bag from the store in Emmons avenue from 6/11/2022, billed around 1.35pm. The cashier forgot to remove the metal tag. I noticed the tag on the bag next day only while took it out from bag.Unfortunately the bill got missed , I couldnt find it out. I went back to store on next day evening and reported the issue that need to take it. The cashier called manager and she behaved very unprofessional way. I said I could give all the details including the time and cell number to track it. She could easily track it by scanning the barcode and verified that its paid. She asked me for the creditcard , I said I will get it from my husband as he paid the bill.She took off the pin and throw the bag infront of me and walked away. Its a rude behavior which I would like to report. I dont think she is eligible to be in that position to manage a store to provide better customer service. If I m bad customer who had stolen the item I would never back to store.I pointed out its their mistake that they didnt took off the tag and made me to come back to remove it.She argued that its not her mistake.Yes I agree that its not her mistake, but cashier s mistake. Her mistake is she doesn t know how to resolve the issue of customer in profressional way. She need to get counsel first before she is assigned to that job.

Its either hit or miss..prices are great.i bought sneakers, sprays for the house sheets, spices, dish towels, potholders..love!

I love Macys Backstage! The sales or those on clearance are amazing prices.I really enjoy coming here to get new outfits, etc. Theyve really improved with styles as well.Its kind of tiny, not something to big.

Customer service is bad. The russian lady (Manager) Ive been seing her for almost 2 years but she never say Hi to anyone and she has no much attidude.
