Sized hard to fine...Clothes all over
Macys Sales were off the charts this weekend! I originally went in there for a return but couldnt resist a purchase They currently require masks & suggest aocial distancing. My best savings was probably on 4 full size 100% Cotton bath towels that were $2.99 ea. regularly $14.99 ea. Or the Style & Co. jeans that I only paid $19.99 for, regularly $49.50. They both were amazing deals!

Disappointing Customer Service. I purchased a pillow online and bought the wrong size (standard), I had to Google their telephone number as its not listed on the Macys website, just a bunch of rabbit hole questions. After I helped the agent find my order he said they dont sell it in King and I told him they do, then he said sorry its a different item to which I told him no its a different size and its in stock. He told me they wouldnt exchange or honor the sales price. Unfortunate and Ill remember that going forward, poor customer service.
Had very limited time to shop and needed so many things... I stopped at Hampton Bays Macys and took so many things off of the racks and stacked up a pile of boxes of shoes. I took too long in the dressing room and the store had to close....they not only were patient enough to wait for me, as tired as the cashier was, she helped me carry my things to the car. The night before a very busy holiday. They were all friendly. I also found a lot of really cool pieces so I was happy. Thank you!!

One of the worse Macy’s I have gone to. The cashier was so rude and helpless. We walked away from him and he was taking under his breath. He just looked so miserable at his job. Overall, horrible experience. People like him should not be working at customer service.

This was my first visit to this Macys location, and it was the sales persons first day. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond helping me find items. I found the store itself to be somewhat small and limited in its stock, but it was a great alternative to heading to one of the larger malls this time of year.
Today a lady that works on the beauty department took away from me a kit that I was about the purchase, like what kind of costumer service is that
Don’t shop in this store. Terrible management, I bet they will close down soon. There is no product selection, customer service is slow, have no experience, the manager is rude and ignorant. You better off ordering online or drive to the one up the island.
Went there looking for 2 things1. a new cologne for my husband. He tried on some, but none of them were good.Also wanted a new face moisturizer, she had none to offer me for older skin.Left with nothing
The Mens department is the size of a Postage stamp! Dont blink or youll miss it!!!

This used to be a good store to shop in. Now it looks like all the clothing that doesn’t sell in their other stores goes here to die. I’ve stopped in several times this summer and it’s always the same junk.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is not that large of a store, but they have enough. They have a good selection of swimsuits and shoes. Handicap accessibility is good, parking is right in the front, and the store layout itself is spacious, the clothing racks are not tightly packed so you can maneuver around pretty easily
I purchased a gift from Macys online and had to pick it up at the store. I havent been to Hampton Bays in quite sometime and I havent shopped at Macys since 2014. I was surprised that nothing has changed. This store is in need of a makeover. It probably does ok due to its location and lack of any nearby competitors. The woman that helped me seemed like she didnt want to be there but I left with the gift that I purchased and it only took about 10 minutes.

Always has a ton of clearance in womens section if you have time to browse. Wish it had furniture and more kitchen items, but its s small store.
Obviously Macys is an institution. I honestly dont usually shop there, except when I go in to look for bargains. Anyway, they had a shirt I really liked on clearance sale and, as I was meandering around, I saw another shirt made by the same manufacturer that was also nice. It was on sale, but still more than I wanted to spend. The cashier was extraordinarily helpful and explained to me that there was also another promotion going on which made the shirt fall into to my price range. Long story short, I walked out with two great shirts for 40 bucks. When you catch them on a sale its hard to beat them. Another plus at the Hampton Bays store is they always seem to have enough staff out on the floor to be helpful without being pushy.
Small but has everything you need in one stop shop. The employees are very helpful. The only thing i found is that their sizing seems different than the sizes in other Macys, more misses sizes. Great makeup department.

Macys is conveniently located across the street from Penn Station. When they have sales, their prices are reasonable. Nice selection of womens clothing.
If i could give this location 0 stars i would. i returned a pair of shoes and had the women at customer service order me a new size, she sent me the same exact size and when i called customer service to fix it they cancelled the wrong order so yet again i have to go back and return the shoe and order again (if its still even in stock) this store has been nothing but a headache and i will never come back to macys again, it is a complete waste of time. also my merchandise credit took 2-3 days to show up meanwhile it should be automatic? not understanding there concept of that either

Horrible set up, staff not very attentive, very limited clothing supply. Only one floor, its sub par standards if one is used to the Macys in hearld square 34th Street. Or The Macys in lake Grove is even much better. I was very disappointed. I wouldnt go back there if I was paid to go. I couldnt believe this was a Macys store. My jaw is still on The floor. Unfortunately this Macys has not much to offer. I was lucky to have a great sales person. However, sales people totally ignore customers.
Its disappointing that this location of Macys carries a line of clothes that very rarely is elegant. The racks are overcrowded with clothes designed for , pardon expression: rednecks and old people. Its as if Macys thought rednecks dont deserve wearing elegant clothes. Not to mention their prices are way too high for what they offer. Im very disappointed , for years!
I like Macy’s but not a fan of this one. There is never anyone around to help you, the store is a disaster which is why you need help. There is stuff all over the place no matter what department-women’s clothing, pocketbooks, shoes, men shoes. You could be at the cosmetic counter three minutes and no one will ask you if you need anything. The hours are not great either and very random.

Went in with a ton of online returns. My receipts were a mess, didnt have the credit card with me that I used and Tammi (spelling?) Was fantastic and patient. She was working in the Mens Dept. Score 1-10 I give 110!
Even though this is the smallest Macys I have ever seen, this is the best one I have been to in terms of customer service and friendliness. I felt like the salespeople were my friends, they were shopping with me, giving me good advice, getting items I wanted, had creative money saving ideas. The salesperson Marguerite Ronan was so helpful.

We all know Macys, and this one - Like many other Macys - has good days and bad days. Me and my brother came here on Sunday, and the store was packed. So first, no more Sundays, second: Look online for deals.

2022-06-01Had one customer in front of me at the register. She was having a dispute with the cashier about her receipts and trying to return something. I waited behind the lady for 15 to 20 minutes. The cashier never asked for help or didnt direct me elsewhere. After the 15 or 20 minutes the lady (customer) turned to me and said Im sorry im gonna be a while. I asked if I could ring up my one item. The lady asked the cashier and the cashier didnt respond. I ended up going to jewelry and finding another employee to ring me up. Very fustraiting.

2021-12-17Amazing services. I took more than an hour to figure out what perfume I liked best for myself. My helper didn’t complain once & I’m a super indecisive person. I believe the wonderful lady that helped me goes by the name Nina. She’s amazing at her job! She deserves a raise.

2022-06-23I always enjoy coming to the store however the only downfall is im sick and tired of seeing manicons setup wearing something that you are interested in but they never seem to have the item that is displayed on the manicin so get rid of the manicin or get rid of the item that you do not have Display on the manicin.

2021-12-04Ive been shopping here for years and I must say the prices are usually Macys prices. Although I must say that when there is a sale, they really come down to an affordable price and the sale reps are kind- personable. Lastly, this store is not usually packed or overwhelmed with people, its worth the shopping experience even if you have to travel towards Montauk.Enjoy 🐱

2021-09-18Since I visited Macys in Hampton Bays, their displays have relocated. I loved the check out where the coats used to be. The store is still very clean! Returned my coat I bought online with no problem. Worth a visit.
