The front office was super nice and efficient, and was able to explain all my insurance questions.Dr. Bronstein and his assistant were calm, reassuring, and incredibly nice. Dr. Bronstein has a nice touch, and goes into as much detail about your specific situation as you like without being alarming or overly cautious.
Madison Dentistry has been my dentist for over 20 years. Excellent medical work, friendly staff and state-of-the-art technology. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
I had Dr. Charley Levy, he was super nice, thoughtful, bright, and I didnt feel that he was rushed or anything - he was very cheerful and easy to talk to. All the other staff was great, helpful, and patient too, even when they had to wait for my previous dentist to send over some scans. Ill definitely go to them again. They seem to be very organized. Also, the waiting area is nice. :)
I have been going to Madison Dentistry for many years. They always take very good care of me and my teeth, and everyone associated with the practice is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
DR. Goswami was amazing and made me relax for my first root canal. I walked away with no pain and have no pain after 3 days. I have spoken to a friend about their root canal and they are amazed that I have no after pain or swelling like they did. Thank you Dr. Goswami, the Rolls Royce of dentistry :)
I had a great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient and his staff and dental assistant were really friendly. I was shocked when I was in and out of the office in half an hour, but my teeth feel clean and the dentist reviewed the potential problem areas well keep an eye on. Looking forward to going back in 6 months.
This one of the finest dental practices in New York city. The hygienist are excellent and very talented in their chosen profession of Dental Hygiene. Dr. Hoard Silver and Dr. Michael Szabatura are very kind and talented dentists capable of fine dentistry. Ask them about their experience in Implants Dentistry.
Just came back from my first-time appointment with Dr. Charley Levy and he was awesome! Lets face it - going to the dentist sucks. But, with patient, skilled, gentle, knowledgeable, and funny dentists like Dr. Levy - its not as bad as it once was. Highly recommend!
The Novacaine or other pain killer that was injected is lasting longer than I have ever experienced. I cannot drink anything without a straw after 3 hours. and cant eat anything except yogurt which was unpleasant. The area near the tooth is fine and the cap is comfortable but my lower left lip is still significantly and weirdly affected by the pain killer. Feels the way the left side of my face felt when I had Bells palsy but is not askew and can move.
Dr. Silver is the best! I have been seeing him for close to 40 years and he takes such good care. The office has been updated so modern and clean plus a very convenient location. Just went in as part of Phase 1 and they are taking every precaution to keep their staff and patients safe. I was LONG overdue for a cleaning :)
The staff at Madison Dentistry are great! Going to the dentist has never been pleasant for me but Dr. Levy makes it more bearable! Dr. Levy explains everything hes doing and takes time to discuss everything with you. You dont feel rushed at all.

Staff are extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. There was virtually no wait time. Dr. Levy was very thorough and made sure I understood everything about preventive care as well as the reason for all procedures he performed.

Dr. Michael Szabatura and Millie are great, and I can say that after having experienced many years of their superb care. For those of you who dont know, Michael Szabatura and his dental work is featured in Martin Amis autobiographical book Experience.
Been a client for over 30 years. Some dentists have changed but there is always a commitment to deliver top-flight, pain-free care. I came in today thinking that a gold inlay would have to be cemented back on--only to find out a part of the tooth shattered and a whole crown was needed. My regular dentist was not there but another partner was who not only put a temporary crown in but took impressions for a new crown. He saved me a return visit tomorrow. Cant say enough good things about this practice.
I had an emergency dental situation, which ended up requiring a cap on a molar. Having my regular dentist in San Diego, I was concerned how quickly I can find a dentist in NYC for this emergency care. Dr. Silver was able to get me in within an hour of my initial call and put a permanent cap a week later. I couldnt be happier with how it turn out. The staff here is amazing as well - they are friendly, professional and go out of their ways to help. Highly recommend this place.
Dr. Levy takes the time to explain every step of the process before he begins. He has excellent bedside manner, a wonderful staff and the office is very clean. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to go to him in the future.

I came in for an emergency appointment. I am a former patient and I was told that nothing was wrong with a charge of $350. When I returned to see my dentist I was told that I had a tooth that will either need a root canal or implant. I am waiting on my third consult, but very disappointed that your office took xrays and did an examination only to find nothing wrong.
Great service from Dr. Levy and Angela, the hygienist. Office was very clean, and taking all necessary COVID-19 precautions. I felt safe, and had a pleasant visit.

First time going to Madison Dentistry and the whole staff from the front office to the dentists and assistants were extremely welcoming and professional. Going to the dentist can be very daunting, but this was never the case during my experience.
I made an appointment through zocdoc where they said they accepted my insurance(Empire PPO). I had an emergency tooth rpoblem. The receptionist took my paperwork and as I was being seen, she comes in and tells me that I have a copay of $150. I thought this was strange because I usually have a copay of $0. I paid it because I was in so much pain and needed to have this procedure done. After I leave, I find out that I was not in-network while it was advertised otherwise. I call the office and they tell me that they will refund me. Two weeks later, no refund. I call the office again and ask the speak to the manager(Jessica). I didnt tell my name or why I was calling. They told me that she wasnt there. Two minutes later I receive a refund. This tells me that Jessica was in the office and they werent going to refund me unless I called again. The dentist was good but please do not go here if you have Empire PPO. They are running some type of scam here and I dont want anyone to go through what I went through.
I was particularly pleased at the pandemic-era care, from my arrival in the building lobby to the reception area, and the proper protocols being observed by everyone I encountered. And to be sure my specific periodontal care was, as always, superb.
Most people dread the dentist, but everyone here is very friendly, efficient and the place is spotless. I know I am getting the best care at Madison Dentistry!!
Horrific experience. Exorbitant charges after assuring me that the charges would be reimbursed after submitting claim to provider. Dont trust what they say regarding your insurance. Do your own homework.
Expensive. first visit charges 225 plus a ct scan of 450. They cancelled the appointment before responding about the visit. Totally Rude money hungry dentist.

2022-07-11I’ve been coming to Madison Dentistry for 10 years now and I’m still smiling! They even take care of insurance claims for you, which as we all know is the most painful part of literally any procedure. Doctor Goswami was incredibly understanding, made sure I knew exactly what was going on, made sure I was comfortable, and did a great job in the procedure. Ive had problems with a lot of dentists and this was my first positive experience, which is saying something for a root canal.

2021-07-31Last time I got something dropped in my mouth and caused a dental ulcer, this time during routine cleaning I have more blood than ever before and I am sure my mouth got stabbed accidentally.The clinic is great, and the staff are super nice. However, my impression would be either Dr.Levy does not like me, or hes in a hurry, or hes just not careful when using sharp tools in my mouth. I still feel the pain and see blood when I brush teeth at night, which has never happened before. Such a painful experience. Will not dare to go back ever again.

We have been going here for at least 3 years now for all our cleanings and if needed, fixings.So happy with their great customer service.
