I’ve had many experiences in this beautiful place but none were as good as my friends prom!! Prom King and Queen!! How GORGOUS
This place is properly managed. Theyre willing to extend their time for you to organize your room with no hassle. The atmosphere is great. The place itself is awesome and the rooms are big, properly lighted. Highly recommended

What a great experience. Bill and Vinny were fantastic to work with. They had everything thought out beforehand, even giving us an opportunity to taste test the food before the reception. We were able to take food home which we enjoyed greatly. The space was kept clean. The Staff were accommodating and super friendly. Will do business with again.
If I can vote a zero I would!!!!!! I made sure to communicate with them and asked for what I liked before hand. However I was embarrassed in-front of my guests. It was humiliating in regards of the food and the service it self!! The food was served in different times, cold, wings the size of my foot and there weren’t even napkins!! I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed.
I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding and she had it here. Its great that they offer valet parking. It takes some of the stress off when attending an event. The inside is beautiful and offers several photo ops along its walls. The upstairs bridal suite was well lit with soothing and calming decor. We were given champagne and appetizers while dressing and having our makeup applied. The wedding went off beautifully and the arch provided for the ceremony was able to be used as the cake back drop. The only thing I didnt care for was the food. It didnt taste seasoned and was kind of bland. Although there was an assortment of main choices I just I expected more in terms of flavor. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and overall we had a wonderful time.

Awesome venue with smart spacing and great lighting options and surround sound already built in. It is on second floor but once you are up the steps you are good!
Great place. Used to come here for DSNY Hispanic society dances and this time I attended the Mother’s Day brunch which was awesome

My husband and I had our baby shower here and it was absolutely amazing! We visited a lot of venues but settled on Maestros because of the outstanding customer service we received. Matt and Frank were professional, patient, honest and covered details that I missed to make our day special. The food was good and all of my requests were executed. The venue is clean and well kept and I am very pleased and satisfied with our choice.
Just a beautiful place to hold a conference, breakfast wedding etc. The venue is big and the continental breakfast was quit impressive.
Maestro’s is the premiere location for celebrations in the Bronx. The place is iconic for a reason. Their accommodation is top-of-the line! Their customer service is impeccable, and oh, did I mention they have valet parking? Celebrate your special occasion in Maestro’s and I tell you, it will be so worth it.
Frank is amazing, very professional and he works hard to make sure clients are happy. The place is always clean and all staff are friendly respectful and fast working. Thats why my family friends co-workers and myself always use Maestro for our big events. They help make it a very happy memory.

I held a Swearing In/Induction Ceremony at Maestro’s Caterers in the Bronx. The service, quality of food, and their staff were phenomenal. The hall was beautifully decorated and the room where the induction was held was fabulous! This is a hidden gem in Bronx, NY! Ask them they will make it happen!

Nice clean place and the staff were very friendly. The event I went to recently asked to have Jamaican dishes prepared. It wasnt bad, but they just didnt quite nailed the authentic Jamaican taste.

Oh where will I bring it was spectacular..working with Bill and Vinny was awesome they helped us so much planning our daughter sweet 17 to finish they make it so easy and no stress.all we know is that we wanted to do our daughter party and they walk us through it all ..they are such a great team and most of all extremely attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Hats off to the chefs the food was absolutely delicious 👌 ,excellent job to the bartender..drinks was great (not water down like some places)he mixed it up soo well..the servers was was so pleasant and attentive..I would highly recommend this place for any event you may have my family and I including our guests have truly enjoyed every moment of our daughter sweet 17..Bill and Vinny and all staff members keep up with the great job of what you all is doing 👏 👍 🙌 they are not enough stars 🌟 to rate u all ..
Nice looking place. However, food was not up to par. It was bland the chicken parm had no taste. Chicken marsala had no flavor, the rice smelled funny. The best part of the dinner was the sweet potatoes and the bread and butter. The carpet had a big ripple in it and people were tripping on it. The wait staff was outstanding, great service.
I just wanted to say, I had a party for my Aunts 80th birthday at home and had the food catered with Maestros and I must say that all of my guest all raved about how delicious the food was. I will most defiantly be using them again. Vinnie the manager is Great!!!!! Thank you for making my event wonderful.

Long established caterer in an Italian neighborhood in the Bronx. I have been there for meetings where they cater the dinner and there when there are high school proms in the spring.tThey seem to do a pretty good job. The food is okay but that may depend upon what the buyer is willing to spend

My daughter had a senior breakfast at this location to celebrate her 8th grade graduation. I must say that this was a total disappointment. They were served cold pancakes, cold sausage and scrambled eggs. Not quite appetizing at all. You would think that a catering hall would provide them a better breakfast and more variety. I could have saved my $35 and had a better breakfast at McDonald’s. This was definitely a joke!!

I go there once in a while for sweet sixteens or weddings but I have been going for the last 2 years to their NYE parties. This place is absolutely stunning. The food is fantastic. The music is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking available.

We had the pleasure of rocking a few events at Maestros since we opened back in 2018. They were always easy to work with and often offered to help load out. We appreciated that a lot and the team there is very well trained and easy to get along with. We worked with Bill, Vinny and Frankie the last few times we worked there. Doesnt really matter who you end up working with for the night, its guaranteed a great and seamless event. We always look forward to working at Maestros when a client books them and we highly recommend this venue to any of our clients in the NYC area.
Beautiful ambiance. Food was delicious as well..just wish I wouldve gotten there earlier to experience every course of the banquet I attended.
There is so much that I can say about this wonderful place...but I will try to condense it all so that this review isnt super long. My husband and I had out wedding reception here in May 2018. We were treat like royalty from the first time we walked into the building to plan our day, up until the day after our reception. Vinny and Bill were great and Frankie, the captain for the night was wonderful! He and the rest of the staff took such great care of us! They were so accommodating with all of our needs! The food was amazing, here we are almost a year later and our guest are still talking about how great the food was.We were so happy with our first experience that we decided to use the venue again in January 2019 for my uncles surprise birthday party. Again, the staff and Frankie, who is now a manager, never let up down. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Mike the bartender was a hit for the night! The way that he interacted and took care of everyone made us feel like he was part of the family!My entire family loves Maestros so much that we know this is our go to place for any major functions that we will be having!

On Saturday August 31, 2019 I had my wedding reception at Maestro’s Caterers.The experience was absolutely wonderful. The decor and lighting were absolutely gorgeous.They were very flexible and accommodating to the various vendors we hired during the setup stage.The wedding suite they gave our wedding party was spacious and the finger food they provided us was deliciousMe and my wife decided on a buffet style reception which in some cases can be scary. The food was phenomenal. We had 5 professional chefs of various upscale restaurants/catering companies in attendance and the consensus of them all was that not only was the taste of all the food great but the amount they gave was very impressive.The staff was very efficient and worked flawlessly at cleaning after us.Working with the manager Bill was such an joyous experience. He was patient, caring, and very accommodating to me and my wife on this journey.You truly get the most for your money at Maestro’s Caterers.I recommend Maestro’s Caterers for any occasion.
Great catering and venue space.
They have spacious clean rooms. The food they offer is very appealing & appetizing. I like it cuz its pretty small as far as having 5 rooms i believe ranging from holding 100 up to 500. Very fair prices, compared to other places Ive priced. I love the tall doors (inclusive) on the bathroom stalls. Helpful staff.

Very nice venue. We attended a wedding here and it was lovely! Parking was Valet and was simply drive up and drop off. We had a tip ready for the driver. There are multiple rooms here and all inclusive packages. The only problem we had was theres wasnt any soundproofing between our room and the one next door so we could hear the loud music during the wedding ceremony. But all in all a lovely space.

The most amazing experience here in Maestros. 19 years ago, my parents got married here, and it’s so touching to re-visit and have the same exact treatment and hospitality. I literally landed from Los Cabo’s (Mexico) last night, and not even that could reach the caliber of his magnificent margaritas. Thank you Matthew!!!
My Wedding was on March 15, 2019...excellent service starting from day one from the GM Bill whom cater and upgraded my ceremony in a beautiful room. The service and the food top of the line, all the employees starting from the receptionist to the cook, were available at all time to help me and my family with our last minute request. I strongly recommend this place for any upscale event. Next...my daughters sweet sixteen. Thanks to the Administration and to all the employees for such a wonderful and unforgettable memory.

Vincent has been very helpful in helping us plan our first Family Reunion in NY. He made sure we had everything we needed to make this event a success. Besides that the place is beautiful. I have been there before, so I know the food is good.
I hosted a wedding here and it was amazing. The first day I came in I met with a very well dressed and professional gentleman named Bill. He guided through all the particulars and made the planning easy and smooth. As the went on Vinny the general manager assisted and made everything come together. The food was abundant and extremely tasteful. The place looks extravagant and upscale. With all this the price was very affordable. They also allowed payment plans that works for the individual. I highly recommend Maestros for any important occasion in your life. There was also valet parking for the guest. My daughter in law stated at the end of the night. This is the best day of my life
Phenomenal customer service, elegant rooms, delicious catering and five star service all around.
As a DJ, I perform here regularly. The staff is great. At this posting they are currently remodeling the rest rooms. They will be bigger and more up to date. Its a bit crowded when trying to load in or load out of equipment. The valet parking is also very busy. It can be a bit of a wait to get your car.

I celebrated my sweet 16 about two weeks ago and everything was beautiful the decorations as well as the food was great. The service is great and the waiters are very polite. I highly recommend doing any event here. Thank you Bill for arranging my party and making it special .
I have had the pleasure of attending many events that were held at Maestros Caterers. However, I have never written a review (well overdue). Each of my experiences at Maestros have been absolutely wonderful! I cannot rave enough about Maestro’s staff. They are extremely attentive, patient, kind and courteous. The food is amazingly delicious! My hat goes off to Bill and Vinny. Your customer service is par excellent.
A fantastic hall to celebrate fundraisers, wedding and other festivities. An understanding staff is always available to serve and keep you content. This place is kept clean and up to date. Not the best area for parking but its worth the wait.

Really nice, my Mother in law had her 60th birthday party there March 1st 2019. Everything was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I want to give my daughter her sweet 16 there and the food was delicious
I had my wedding here and everything was great. The food, staff and the decoration. The reason I gave 3 stars because the drinks was really water down and I paid for a 5 hour open bar for guest to go to the liquor store and buy there on bottles because the drinks were bad.
This place has been here for the life of me. It use to be fantastic but for the price I paid it was not worth it. Went for a retirement party had one serving. They didnt have what I wanted to drunk so I had to settle for the cheaper liquor. Never got desert because I was talking to a friend and by the time I got back they cleaned off the table. Not worth the 75 I paid for the party.
Both my job and my church hold banquets here. The atmosphere is inviting, the valet is great, the food is good and the bartender, Matthew, is second to none. I’m a very picker drinker and he goes above and beyond everytime. I wish I could take him home with me. Overall, the place is great.
It was our annual Christmas Banquet. Our waiter was Kayla who helped to make our experience great. Great service, great atmosphere, and beautiful decoration. The food was plentiful. I had the salmon. The best. Fun time at Maestros.

I chauffeured my friends to this place. I heard its nicely decorated, has several rooms that guests can move in & out of, and anyone can rent the place for their affair. The place is clean, well-manicured with clean white statues outside.

Came here for a company holiday party , asked 2 servers for coffee, never got it. Staff was extremely unattentive , so sad because the place is beautiful and serves great food, but why should I have to ask twice to get something and it never comes? Staff needs to be more alert and they should be more interested in the customers needs rather than their phones. Too many people hiding in the back kitchen area next to the coffee I never got on their phones.
The absolute best venue in town & they are not trying to break your pockets! Their prices dont compare to what they offer! Beautiful place & Nick ( the owner) works with you & makes you feel welcomed & important! I give them a 10!!
My job hosted their annual Christmas party here and it was fun. Although I didnt try the food , I had just come from another party, my colleagues said that it was good. The place was very clean and the valet parking was on point.
I had my wedding here last week. Oh my, I was extremely satisfied with their service before, during and after my wedding. They did more than expected. They even helped light my candles for the centerpieces. I didnt have contact he venue till the a few days to the wedding. They made the whole process stress free. They even gave me ideas n implemented it to make the day beautiful. The icing on the cake was serving my countrys favorite local dish. I can write a book for them. Love love Maestro.
Very spacious and decor will coordinate with any color scheme. One thing I didnt like about the decor was the chairs were a little beat up. That puts an additional charge for someone by having to cover them. The other thing I was saddened by is that you know people pay good money for the catering and they (employees) were plundering the leftovers before the guests while they were dancing. The cake was minimal from a 5 tier cake... whats the deal? Its not like they packed extras for the guests to take home. SMH

Wedding and reception: June 29, 2018I would like to give Maestros Caterers a 10 star rating! They made my wedding day so magical that Im still floating on cloud 9! I almost had a wardrobe malfunction and they made sure I had safety pins to look perfect!The food was amazing! My guests are still talking about it. The drinks... lets just say, some of my guests are still hungover. Amazing bartender!Thank you so much for your attention to detail.I will definitely suggest this location to any and everyone who needs a place to have their party!

May 18th 2018 my brother and I through our mother a Surprise 80th Birthday Extravaganza. William and Vincent were super nice and attentive to our requests. The event was a Huge Success. Crystal Room was perfect size for our event. Color Assortment offered for linens, food menu, and party size rooms were so convenient. The waiting staff was super polite and creative giving ma red carpet treatment....Again this venue is the best for special occasions.

Valet parking. The food was good. Everyone was pleasant. The only problem was that it took a long time to get more water on the tables. The bartenders filled the sodas but we had to keep looking for staff to bring us water.
Food is always good, service level has severely slipped. Our room was not available on time. In fact guests were made to wait on the stairs at one point because they told us our space was finally available and when we attempted to enter the staff stopped us. No apologies nor comps were offered. The hors doeuvrs were scarce at best. I was extremely disappointed with the service.
This is a great place where the Albanian community of New York chose for wedding, birthdays and other occasions. The service is great, the food is good, and you can dance, eat and dink sa tu doje bytha.They have multiple rooms, for 50 or 200 guests, and the decor is good. I have been here in multiple occasions and liked it. Would recommend it to anyone trying to find the right place to celebrate something.
Excellent customer service and great condition for any celebration
The banquet room was beautiful but the food was horrible. Even the macaroni and cheese balls were bad. We just got back from my nieces wedding.The jerk chicken was dry and the rice and peas tasted like cilantro overload. Everything else was over cooked and way too bland.Too bad. Were it not for the food the wedding would have been perfect .The venue itself is quite lovely. I would use it again but hire outside catering.
Very good venue to host events and parties. My sister just had her wedding reception here and the staff was phenomenal. They were very patient with the time management and everyone enjoyed the food and open bar.
Maestros has fallen off. They have gotten careless. When I arrived, appetizers were being served. Which was great, I was ready to eat. The table setting was practically all dirty. I went around the table and 60% of the plates, cups and utensils were dirty. I was handing the waiter all of it back. Frosting on plates, lipstick on glasses, crust on utensils.Family starts arriving and we played some musical chairs.. I sit at the other table and find dirty glasses on that table as well. We had buffet style, had to passover two dinner plates before grabbing a decent one. And dishes were all wet. Poor presentation. Who knows what other things are not cleaned properly. I feel as if they soaked the dishes, rinsed and put back out for use.Food was blah, chicken parmigiana was burnt on the outside not fully cooked on the inside. Cheese lasagna was pretty decent, but depended on your taste buds. Not all of us at the table enjoyed it.I heard salmon was great, but at this point I was skeptical, so I stuck to the salad and bread.Im completely mortified about having to attend a wedding in a couple of weeks.
On 09-16-2018 me and my husband renewed our vows at Maestros with 170 guest. From the moment that this celebration started the service that Maestros gave to us was simply excellent. My guest were so impressed with the food and with all the staff. A special shout out to Mr. William Maher you made this day for me simply beautiful. Thank you a d your staff. I had my wedding last Sunday August 7th 2016. Loved it, everyone had a wonderful time, food was delicious, the host Josh was wonderful - their service was great. And Vinnie was amazing, thank you again for everything.

The worst experience I had in a wedding, service did not exist took 45 min for a server to open a beer Food was horrible and came out cold. They did not clear the plates but they would put plates on top of plates even if the previous plate had food on it. The table was small and people were very close to each other, you could not move to go to the dance floor, the chairs you set on were made of steel and cardboard, more then 5 min in this chairs and back and behind starts to heart. The bathrooms were dirty and had open walls, you could see the electric wires and pluming tubes. I don’t understand how this place is still open or how ppl even go to this place and spend anything. 3rd world country establishment if The review had an option of 0 stars that would be the right ratting.I was there on 10/27/18
Great venue for parties, banquets, etc. Staff and service excellent. Valet parking is free (Please tip generously) - theres nowhere else in NYC with free valet parking!!! Attended MBHS Alumnae Association of New York annual Ball...

I was here last night for a work function. This would have been an otherwise boring work thing if we did not have Mathew our bartender who made amazing drinks that I had not heard of. Whatever your pleasure, sweet, sour or straight he can make it!

We went there with many questions at first. Then booked a reservation followed by many changes in the days after. They remained willing to assist us and cater to our needs. I say this and the event hasnt even happened yet. Stay tuned.
Well, I will say this: the hall is absolutely stunning. The holiday decorations were immaculate and Unforgettable! My holiday party was held here 2 nights ago. Surprisingly, all the rooms were in close proximity but it didnt interfere with other parties. While inside our room, with the music playing, we could not hear what was happening next door. However, lets get to the food. Hmm, the menu seemed to be all over the place. The company chose every assortment of chicken possible. This was weird but good except for their version of chicken marsala. it seemed to be sour and too much of something that was mis-measured.

Maestros is a wonderful place to go to.I had my communion there and the decorations were wonderfully done by an amazing decorater Yoly. You should definitely ask for Vinny. He is maestros lovely manager.I also had my grandparents surprise 50th anniversary there and it was amazing. And again Vinny and Yoly were really working so hard for the party to happen. I recommend maestros to anybody who loves to party.
Clean fun place with a lot of space to house any event and very good food variety
Lots of parties going on at the same time. Caused a bit of confusion. Signage would have been helpful. The valet parking was unorganized. Other than that the hall was nice.

The place is beautiful. However,the servers could look more happy. And unfortunately the food wasnt very good. The only real nice thing about this place is the appearance.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is polite and willing to help, accommodate, and very attentive. They offer a variety of things to choose from depending on the event desired, with the freedom to add your own details.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody. most people would not think to book it because it is in the bronx and it isnt a super pricey place, but all of our guests raved about the food and service. our maitre d was awesome and attentive and the place was gorgeous. if u want to book your wedding or any event, call them and ask for Vinny. super nice guy and very helpful.
I attended a sweet sixteen event at this establishment and i must say that everything was exceptional. I truly enjoyed myself and I am truly considering this place to have my 50th birthday party next year.

This place is amazing for any kind of celebration! I took one star down because the walls aren’t sound proof and was hard to listen to our party giving the speech at one point.
The waiters were good at the start of the Luncheon. However, by the end they were huddled together talking. They never even served the coffee. Guests had to serve themselves.
This place is clean and comfortable. They have honest people working there .I left my pocketbook at the valet station and they returned it to the front desk. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it.

Maestros has done more than gone out of their way to prep for our wedding which is to come in 2 weeks. All my fiancé and I want to do is make our day as special and memorable as it can be, and any hesitations and questions we have or doubts we have brought them up to VINNY the banquet manager, and we have always walked out with a smile from ear to ear. Our experience with the staff has been remarkable. From the initial meeting to inquire, to the food tasting to prepping every detail going into the wedding with Maestros has been beyond superb. My fiancé and I have never felt more welcomed my the staff at maestros and look forward to continue to celebrate hallmarks of our lives here. I just want to thank them in advance for everything and we cant imagine how blessed we are to be working with such a wonderful team in the industry of weddings. The vendors that VINNY had recommended, just made us that much happier. From flowers to decor to cake to every detail of a marvelous wedding to be. THANK YOU!!!!!

I was in the wedding this saturday 9 july bartender are racist ,you can see right away the people work inside they are racist if you dont belive me ,trying to talk to the manager, im Photographer my experience in this place is unconfortable,if the owner for the party paid for my table why the waitress treat as if free, they dont want give me a water glass!

2022-01-18We celebrated my daughters Sweet 16 January 2022 and I have o say the service and attention given to us was spectacular. The servers were on point. Everything looked s beautiful and everyone so pleasant it made for such amazing memories. I highly recommend this venue when thinking of celebrating a love one or yourself. Also the food was so delicious and all of my guest felt the same. My daughter had a separate room for her and her court to change in which made things so much more easier. I really appreciate how they made my daughter feel so special.

2022-04-04This place is really well adorned with beautiful chandeliers, flooring and other decor. It is kept clean and updated. They have valet parking available or you can park your own vehicle which is street parking only.The food was plentiful and tasty.I went here for a baby shower and it was a big sized room.I recommend this place which is located in the Bronx, New York.By the way, the bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

2021-11-20Went for an event that my wife was apart of. The place looks great and they offered a nice spread of food. They really provided great service for the event as well. Valet parking was present (can get real busy when event is finished; so id say have patience as others are scrambling for their car keys).

The waiters/waitresses extremely helpful, made the experience so welcoming. The food was good. I would definitely recommend hosting an event here.

2022-04-30It was a nice hall spacious very clean. The staff was GREAT FUN & REALLY PROFESSIONAL, BERY TENTATIVE. The food was EXCELLENT, the bartender was funny & a very nice person. I will tell people about it. The only downside is its in the Bronx N.Y. But I still would go back maybe even rent it. AND I WILL STILL TELL PEOPLE ABOUT IT!!!!

2019-08-20Picking out an affordable wedding venue in NYC is close to impossible. Coming across Maestros Caterers and their wonderful staff was definitely a blessing for us. From picking out the right room for our wedding to deciding on the menu the management team was amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and helped us in every way possible. The day of the wedding everything went as planned my guests were loving the food. That was the number one complement. The only reason I cannot give this place 5 stars is that during the reception the AC was not working and we were melting and throughout the reception it was just uncomfortably hot. Aside from that I definitely recommend this venue for all of your special events.
