I was having numerous problems with my RVs electrical system. Mike quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them quickly and for a reasonable price. We had a small problem afterwards. Mike stood behind his work and repaired the issue within a business day. I highly recommend his very professional high quality shop for all truck and automotive electrical repair needs.

WARNING DO USE MAGPROI was having issues with my RV generator, so I took my RV to MAGPRO to correct the generator problem. He charged me $610 for parts and labor I didnt need. When I left for Florida from NY, the generator did not work after his repair. I called MAGPRO to tell him I was still having issues with my Generator again. After leaving a detailed message on his answering machine, he never returned my call. When he did finally answer one of my calls, and after I explained to Mike the issue he caused, he said he didnt have time to discuss the matter and hung up. Never responded to my email. These guys are amazing. From generators to custom wiring, emergency vehicle setups. They do everything. Not only do they do it, they do it right the first time. Their work is precision and so neat and organized its like a surgeon. Highly recommend!!!

Traveling in NYC area, my hometown, in a 42 ft American Coach Motorhome and a problem arose while using my onan 10k generator. Onan tech support was ok at reading to me my already read owners manual. Suggested a certified repair shop in Carmel NY, in Putnam County. Mike, the owner, answered the phone and made an appointment for the following day. On that day I try and start the coach but all house and chassis batteries were down. I call Mike and explain my dilemma and he sends out Jason, a homegrown Mahopac kid who just couldnt have been nicer. Long story short, they fixed the short fault code 29, fixed my ignition switch, collar had loosened so it was in the accessory position yet straight up, my bad leaving keys in, fixed a solenoid which should have allowed me to jump from battery to battery bank, coach to generator or vice a versa, found an errant wire which had disconnected for my gray water tank display. The price was better than fair and he made all repairs with fixing existing parts, instead of buying new parts. In this plug and play world to find a repair shop capable of these repairs is totally unique and boutique. I was treated like Royalty, and picked up my well checked and repaired rig the following day. If you ever find yourself in the Tri state area, make certain to drop by for any type of service or preventive care.Steve C
