This is my favorite place to go to get my lashes done! They are always very nice and do my lashes well and quick. The staff here make me feel comfortable. I get my lashes done as well as waxing and facials. My favorite is the collagen facial! You have to try it if you come here! Just my favorite place to go!!

I loved my experience there! The place was so clean and relaxing it makes me feel very comfortable. The ladies working were extremely nice and made me feel very welcomed! My eyelashes ended up looking fabulous and I will 100% be going back.
It was easy to make an appointment as I was able to schedule same day. Once I was there, I was welcomed and ready to start. It was my first time getting a lash lift and tint. Throughout the procedure, they continually asked how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated the massage as we waited for the lashes to dry. They also threaded my eyebrows and did an amazing job cleaning them up despite already getting them threaded a few days ago from another place. I enjoyed my time there, it was very peaceful and relaxing and I also love my beautiful lashes! I’m looking forward coming there for other services
Let me take my time to tell you how happy I was with this place, this a hidding gem, by far the best lashes place in the entire Brooklyn, you have no idea how happy I am that I found this place, my lashes look so natural is beyond my words, I am impressed with the work that seline dis on my lashes is a masterpiece, I don’t know where are you been all my life, I been in many many places and nobody can do better job than this place, the place is pristine and immaculate clean germ free zone, super sanitize, you will feel so good to come there, is super relaxing and nice, very beautiful too, the ladies who work there are super sweet and so welcoming, you will feel a great energy to be there, for me was a honor to come there and be their customer, I was the last to leave and I am happy I came I don’t regret it for a bit, you won’t regret it at all, trust me prices here are a give away and you getting the best service you can’t get anywhere, you will thank me for choosing this place, thank you guys so much❤️❤️🥰
HelloI went to this place to get a chin threading. Yes, I have hair there, surprise.When I went during summer - the lady was nice.I came back recently and ladies, I had to go through hell. Yes, I have thick hair on my chin, but the FOUR ladies came to stare at me and were saying smth and laughing-laughing right on top of my face, looking straight to my eyes.Its embarrassing enough to have thick hair, and now I am made fun of. Then, I was suggested to shave instead and get it done more often (this is exactly what we do when we want to get rid of the face hair)Anyway, I dont think this is the experience you should go through in a BEAUTY industry. U should know how to treat your ladies. Thank u for me not coming ever again! :)

Let me start off by saying that this place is such a hidden gem! I went to get a lash lift + tinting and was greeted by Lana. She was so warm, welcoming and kind. The establishment was super clean! Lana took my temp, gave me covers for my shoes and had curtains that separated everyone from each other. She took her time to do the lift and even gave me an amazing head massage, which I so desperately needed haha. Not only that, but she had a conversation with me and made sure that I felt welcomed. My lashes look beautiful and so natural. I definitely recommend everyone to check this place out because it’s such a lovely place ran but such lovely people. Thank you so much, Lana! I cannot wait to go back!
I used to come regularly to do full face threading. I called a few days back to schedule an appointment for full face threading again, but they refused to give me an appointment, saying that they cannot remove the hair on my face as it has not grown long enough. They didnt even see it , so how can they say that!What sort of excuse is this ! I wanted an appointment two weeks after I last did threading, and my hair was long enough to get removed. Other places I have been to I used to go to them 1 week after I last threaded my face and they used to take me in without any issues. Over here they made it such a big deal! Clearly they are very unprofessional. This is not the way a customer should be treated!
Got my brows Micro-blade back the beginning of September and was very satisfied with how they turned out. The salon is very clean and sterile, precautions are taken very serious. Sunny is sweet and very professional, she makes you feel comfortable and always ask as she works on you if you are in any pain. Not that it was painful.😃 I did go back today for the free touch-up and got the same service as expected. Thank you Sunny, I shall be back for more.

This is my first time ever going to a lash salon and when I say I’m so glad I came here I mean it. I’m a person who always reads the reviews and like has anxiety and never likes to go to new places, but when I really say my experience was great I mean it 100%! I got a lash lift with tint, it looks so good! They’re so nice and you’re comfortable and the results are just gorgeous! I recommend!!
Got the perm lash lift.One eye seemed more curled than the other. I feel as though it was a bit rushed during the process.Also, I noticed a couple of my bottom lashes were permed and were wrinkled looking for a while. I didn’t like that at all.I won’t be returning :(

This review is only for the lash extensions, not sure about any of the other services offered. My girlfriend had some lash extensions done here and she wasn’t too thrilled. Shes been getting lash extensions for a while now and is a lash veteran (she knows to avoid water on them for a few days and is careful how she sleeps with them etc.) so I suggested she try this place because it looked nice and was close to our home. However, her lashes started falling out in as little as a few days!! The salon is super clean, comfortable and well decorated but honestly I do not think the price matched the quality of the work. She typically gets her lashes done in a salon in BK Chinatown and pays less than half of the price here and her lashes last weeks and look beautiful. She was very upset and now has to go back to her old salon and pay to fix it. The process also took almost two hours when her typical salon takes less than an hour. To me the time it took seemed unnecessary especially since the quality and skill was not up to par.
I had a new set of lashes done and they lasted over 3 weeks. I came back to get them redone and I love them! The shop is clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I went to get a set before vacation. The technician assured me she had a lot of experience. I paid for a volume set. It did not look like a volume set. The tech told me she mixed classic with volume but I still paid for volume. Anyway, I could tell something was off - and this pic says it all... this lash was placed close to the inner corner of my eye... half way through the lash just dangling off. Anyways not going back there for sure!

I bought a facial package of microdermabrasion treatment today. I had my first session there. It was great experience, which I felt so relax and my skin looks so fresh. People there are so professional and sweet.

I was very happy with the outcome , but is only been a week and most of my lashes fall out , I paid $130.00 , for a week no thank you won’t be going back

2022-03-16I’ve been recommending Magic Lash Salon to people ever since I got my eyelash extensions done there. It was my first time getting lash extensions and it was a great experience! Selina was my lash tech, and she did a wonderful job. Selina was kind, caring, attentive, thorough and worked quickly. Before starting the extensions, she discussed with me exactly what kind of results I wanted to see. I must say, I’m loving the end result! The salon itself was clean and comfortable. It is apparent that they care about their clients and want you to leave happy. I give this salon 5 stars, and I’ll definitely be going again!

2022-01-17These ladies are amazing !!! Its not only place to do lashes and other services, but to relax as well. I do not make lashes often and I am not familiar with types and lengths. I explained them verbally what I wish. A lady named Jenny, made my lashes EXACTLY PERFECTLY AS I WANTED. She was very understanding and gentle. They gave me instructions of care and wrote the type of lashes I had done. She even gave me double blanket just by noticing that I am still cold after being outside. The place is clean and calm. No yelling, no mess.Great job ladies and see you soon !!!

2021-09-24Oh my god my first time there and now my new spot. I went there for a Lash Lift, and had an amazing experience. They were so kind, professional and clean. My eyelashes are beautiful and will last like this for the next 4-6 weeks. I am so glad to have went here!! ✨I wish I can remember the name of the lady who did my eyelashes, she was exceptional. Again, love this space, experience and vibes.

They also do wonderful facials and massages. Everyone is super sweet and they make sure you leave looking great!

2022-07-14I come here every few weeks for my eyelash extensions. Ive been to a few lash extension places in Brooklyn, Manhattan, + SI and let me tell you...this is one of the best in all the boroughs. Mind you, Im always careful to go through reviews since its such a delicate area and the ladies here always do an amazing job. My lashes usually last up to a month here and Ive never had any irritation!I usually do a natural set but the ladies always consider what look you want and give plenty of advice. Theres infinite options. You can do full lashes, natural, curly, flat, colored, super long, short, hypoallergenic, etcetc.Either way, no matter what you choose, your eyelashes are in good hands with Sandy, Jenny, or any of the other ladies here!

2022-05-12I’ve been coming here for a while. While it’s easy to get an appointment, recently priced and I do like the lashes, this is the THIRD time I get a stye after doing my lashes here. I was waiting to see if it was just a coincidence but I am convinced. Don’t know what they’re doing wrong with their tools but I would not suggest you go here anymore.

2022-04-28My aunt had bought me a birthday card for eyelash extensions so I was excited and I went there to get my lashes done and chose a natural set , the lashes did not look neat at the outer corners but I still liked them up to that point , I listened to the instructions on how to take care of them but from day one I didn’t even touch them and theybegan shedding a lot and now they look horrible and itsbeen less than a week, I’m very disappointed . Not only that I went back to get them fixed and all they cared about was removing the review they the lady began using my skin against me and tried to make me feel like I’m the blame for the horrible lash job ? Said I should get a facial and that my skin is probably the reason my lashes came off which makes no sense and the way she said it all was extremely inconsiderate and rude, no I won’t be deleting my review and your manager can see this she ran after me outside just to beg me to delete it , I won’t be ever coming back here .

Service was also top notch and if you’re new and lookin to get lash extensions but got no idea about what kind you’d like, no worries they’re quite knowledgeable on recommendations that’ll make your eyes look stunning. They also offer facial too. :)
