Magma Global made sure that I had the best trip ever and gave me amazing recommendations!
My family has used Magma for all of our travel for as long as I can remember. Once I entered the workforce independently, I had no doubt in my mind that Magma would be the one to turn to for all my work-related travel needs. Working in the resort hospitality industry, I am required to travel to ski mountains all over the world. Many of these destinations are cities and countries that I have never been to before. I trust Magma wholeheartedly to ensure that I am taken care of on these trips- whether it may be a hotel accommodation, transportation service, restaurant reservation or overall travel recommendation. I know that I am in the best hands with their staff for all of my travel needs. Hotel upgrades, a complimentary breakfast or a welcome glass of champagne- Magma has never let me down when it comes making the customer their top priority. My travel destinations are often in different time zones than Magma’s HQ, but I have no doubt that a representative, especially when working with Natalie, will answer my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I have recommended Magma to many of my colleagues and each referral has returned with nothing but positive feedback for Magma’s services. Working with Magma makes working easy.
I have used Magma Global many times when traveling. When we think of making a travel plan we immediately think of calling Magma Global to help us with our whole itinerary. We feel that the expertise and knowledge is unsurpassable and we get top quality high end hotels and travel set up for us by the knowledgable staff. We get upgraded hotel rooms and many perks that we can not get if we book our own travel. We recommend Magma Global to our family and friends or whoever we hear that is planning a special trip or just a quick weekend away. Magma is undoubtably the most personable, organized, thoughtful agency I have ever worked with for travel, both personally and professionally. I was introduced to one of their agents (Natalie, shes the best!) for personal travel and now use Magmas varied services for both personal and corporate affairs. Each agent is an expert in the travel industry and has an extensive rolodex of connections to the best hotels, restaurants, venues, etc. that they will gladly leverage on their clients behalf. But what really sets them apart from other agencies is their willingness to do it all — Magma truly represents what it takes to be a jack of all trades.

Incredible travel agency. They have been booking my travel for about six months now. I almost always get hotel upgrades and other perks like free breakfast and $100 f&b credit. They’re also super responsive. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time!!

I have three kids and we love to travel to visit new places and immerse ourselves in their culture. Magma Global has always set up activities for the children as well as some alone time for my husband and myself. Everything is done for you.
