I reach out to them right and explaining to please cancel my subscription and it was a mistake. Okay now that Magzter refuse to do as asked by via email since Sep 16 . We will give 1 stars just to post a VERY BAD review regarding professional business ethics in handling the matter with no response and no action.. They have punished our magazine digitally on another platform of theirs called TrueLife with out alerting the publisher/Owner; Who should be regarding additional digital platforms being featured on. We have emailed the regarding the situation to be removed and no response after the last email. Actions will follow regarding the matter soon! Very dodgy.. Thats why you only give a test run with any business to see what they are capable with and for your company.. Not recommended. I will Also alert all our internal connections regarding this company..

Wanted to try out the Gold Subscription[India] for a Month. Was very careful to avoid any obvious check boxes to auto renew the subscription. The registration went on well and to my suprise found out that many magazines worth any value were not part of the subscription. The purpose of the exercise was met. I could let this subscription go by. However, to my suprise, the account auto renewed. I dug a little deeper and found that tucked away in the agreements was a clause that mentions auto renewal. So had to search how to turn it off. From the FAQ currently on the site, it suggested one can turn off the auto renewal from the settings in the App and the site.. Unfortunately, that is not true as well. Good try Magzter, you charged me only twice, many reading this will be better informed and will avoid the trap I was in.

Why there is no provision to file a complaint? I had paid Rs 999 thru SBI yono app, they had confirmed transferof the amount but I am not getting the sign up facility. To whom should I talk to? There is not even a mail ID to send a complaint.

They are indulging in deceptive advertisement. Ordered subscription for elderly women who wanted print copy. Only at the very bottom in small print they write online only. Contacted them within 30 minutes to cancel it, they are refusing it, functioning like thieves, keep away from them.
