This was the first time having a cleaning service clean my wife and Is condo and it was well worth it! Our cleaners were Lisa Miche and Lisa Solangy and they scrubbed every inch of our home from top to bottom. Maidpro was running a promotion on Refrigerator cleaning and organizing and we opted for that as well. All I can say is wow! Our fridge hasnt looked that good since we bought it! Our bathroom was absolutely immaculate, they scrubbed the tops of our cabinets in the kitchen, they lifted our area rugs to vacuum under them really took the time to clean places and things I normally would not. My fingers are crossed that we will be lucky enough to have the same cleaners every time!
Reliable - they come when they are scheduled to come and do a thorough job for the agreed upon price.That may not sound like a reason to give a 5 star review, after all, isnt that what the contractors you hire to provide a service are supposed to do ?Well weve hired several cleaning services over the years, and found reliability in short supply, and came to expect unpleasant surprises when it came to getting billed (prices charged suddenly were higher than the estimates we were given, with little or no explanation that made sense).That hasnt been the case with maidpro. They reliably show up when they are supposed to, do quality work and they do a thorough job of vetting their employees as evidenced by the fact that we have had no incidents of things going missing after their cleaning crews have come and gone - which was sadly something that happened to us several times when working with some other companies.So as far as Im concerned good quality work, reliable, trustworthy earns them 5 stars
Maidpro has been a lifesaver while Ive been in the process of selling my house. With Leanns help through weekly/biweekly cleanings, I was able to maintain a clean home throughout a tremendous amount of showings (60 in 5 days alone). It was one less thing that I had to worry about. I appreciate the personal, quick replies from Michael, the flexibility & professionalism. Ive used other companies as well as private services in the past. Ive found Maidpro to provide consistently quality work.

2021-08-07The quality and thoroughness of the cleaning was horrible. They did not clean all the windows (a service that I paid extra for), they did not clean the utility room at all, the carpet in one room looked completely unvacuumed, bathroom mirrors were either not cleaned or very streaky. And worst of all were the laminate and hardwood floors. After the floors dried they had a sticky film left behind. Wherever I walked you could see footprints left behind in the film. Absolutely disgusting.

2019-07-10Gloria and Lisa just cleaned our house for the first time and it was thorough and incredible! Instead of rushing to get out of there quickly when the allotted time had ended, they stayed through their lunch break to be sure the job was done well. Very happy to continue to do business with them. Very reasonable pricing as well!

2019-07-05Gloria did a FANTASTIC job. She did not rush. She took her time and made sure everything was done properly. Floors and kitchen cabinets look brand new. Bathrooms were sparkling. Baseboards clean as the day I installed them. Window sills cleaned and all wooden furniture dusted as well. Very nice.
