You cant beat this places service. My snowblower broke in the middle of a horrible winter, and they were out to pick it up within the hour and had it back to me by evening. Thats why you buy a snowblower from these guys. Service.

2022-02-12The service at Main & Pinckney is top notch. Even in these crazy times of shortages across the board Dan Gross always finds a way to exceed my expectations!! He goes out of his way to be sure I have what I need. I highly recommend you give him a call for your equipment and service needs! Going anywhere else just doesn’t make sense.

2020-06-04My first experience with them will likely be the last. Ordered a part and was quoted an “out the door” cost, waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and the cost was about $80 more than I was quoted due to tax and shipping. They did not care that I said I was quoted an out the door price. I felt misled and no apology was offered. Will not use them again if I don’t have to.

2017-05-11First I bought an Ariens snowblower from Main & Pinckney. My experience was so positive that I then bought a riding mower. Both units performed well under heavy use and when they needed repair (its inevitable), I took them to Main & Pinckney. This company is so professional, and friendly, and service oriented that I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my power equipment needs. And I recently bought a Brush Hog. One of these days Im going to get myself a new tractor for my little homestead, and Ill bet you can guess where Im going to buy it. This is an easy 5-star rating!!

2020-07-04Service like service used to be decades ago. I could buy a chain for my chainsaw for $24 at Wally world or $30 at this place got it installed correctly and my saw greased and oiled.
