I am surprised by the bad reviews of Malkins. I would rather shop here because of the better service than the big stores. No problems with the service like others have reported.
They had exactly the appliance we needed, and the service was beyond excellent

They were so rude to my family, treated us as if we were cheap people, not worth their time or respect. We came in to buy 5 air conditioners. Smh

2021-08-18Early last evening I realized my refrigerator was not working! In a panic, I started searching the web! I came back to reality and said I need to support my local businesses! I have purchased from Malkins before and have been so pleased with the above and beyond service and pricing they provide! My son went on to the Malkin page, after hours and asked for availability of models that would work for our space! Robert responded timely and spent several hours searching models and inventory! He found one available, but said the cut off time to get it on the delivery truck from the warehouse was 6:00 pm! When I woke up this morning, my son had received a message from Robert stating he got it on the truck for delivery today! Thank you Robert for going above and beyond! I cant thank you enough.Shop local! Shop Malkins!Just an updateMy refrigerator was delivered by 11:00AM just 12 hours after all of Roberts hard work. The delivery men were awesome and took great care of the new refrigerator and the delivery. I cant recommend a better business. Top notch from beginning to end!

2020-05-05I don’t think I ever did this before. My refrigerator broke on Saturday morning in the middle of this pandemic. I called Malkin appliances at 11am. Gave themThe dimensions of my old refrigerator. Within 15 min they emailed me back with options with prices less than $300 than there competitors and $800 less than Home Depot. They delivered and installed on Monday. Had ice maker hooked up and took out old refrigerator.P.C. Richards only does curb side delivery (understandably so).I never used malkin appliances before - usually just Best Buy or Amazon.I will always be a malkin customer. Really great job!

2018-06-15I broke my washing machine and needed a new one quickly. I was warmly greeted on the phone at Malkins and was informed of a machine they had in my price range. I went to store and pd for it. They delivered 2 days later, but it turned out that this brand new machine was defective. The employees in the store quickly found a replacement for me and delivered it the next day. I cant say enough good things about this store. I highly recommend them.

2018-02-21My refrigerator wasnt working well on Monday. I called in about repair and even though you dont do repairs I was given a number to call. I made the appointment but came in to take a look in case repair was not possible. I spoke with Dominick. He was very helpful and informative. He gave me print outs for 2 models and gave me delivery options. It turns out my frig was repairable. I need 2 air conditioners heading into the warmer weather and I know where I will be going for them.

2017-10-24I wasn’t sure if this was a Mexican Resturaunt or an Appliance Place. Maybe both. The showroom needs a lot of updating. I went into this store and the sales person was very rude and got annoyed that I was asking questions to see which oven I wanted buy because I wasn’t sure what the differences in each oven were. I don’t think he knew either. I am very disappointed as this place was highly recommend from a friend. I wound up going to PC Richard instead and spending $1800 on a wonderful stove. The staff there was much more friendly and willing to help.

2018-07-29Nice privately on place. Reasonable prices. As well as selling floor models. Delivery was next day though not guaranteed all the time. Delivery can cost you $75 but youre paying a lot less for the appliance I believe.
