Fantastic experience getting an engagement ring. Rami was extremely helpful and educational, guiding me through the entire process. My fiancee and I could not be happier with how the ring turned out!
Custom Engagement Ring Customer:Preface: I was personally very stressed out about the whole engagement ring process and was recommended to Mamari Jewelers by a friend. Also, I dont remember if I ever wrote a review about a service/product in my life but felt obligated to write this one based on my experience.First off, the store itself is gorgeous, but what stood-out to me was the customer service. They were unbelievable. Rami, in particular, was attentive throughout the iterative process. He struck the perfect balance of keeping me on track without being pushy in any way. He was also extremely helpful in brainstorming the custom design that I wanted for the ring and showed me a digital mock-up before we finalized the design. After we finalized the design, it took a little over two weeks for me to obtain the ring, and it came out better than I ever expected.I highly recommend Mamari Jewelers and will be going back there for the rest of my jewelry needs.
I had this watch for over 15 years and it needed a new battery and it to be fitted better for my wrist. Rami who I had the honor of working with to get this all done helped me immediately. He took great care of my watch and got the battery and link removed to better fit my wrist better within minutes very for a very reasonable price, such a great experience.

I went to Mamari Jewelers looking for a special gift for my mom, I really wasn’t sure what to get her so I asked a woman there named Maria for advice. She asked me a little bit about my moms taste, and my budget as well, she then helped me pick out the PERFECT gift for her! I’ve been using Mamari Jewelers since they were in the Spring Valley Flea Market. Yup 35 Years! 🏆Maria has always found the perfect piece without overselling or being anything other than her genuine self. Patience (and fashion) is her specialty without rushing you (I hate that).😬We just moved back from California to New York and didn’t buy a single item in 14 years. I just didn’t trust anyone else tbh.It’s incredible how nothing changed. Mr Mamari was still as generous and as kind, as always. The prices were still incredible. I lived in the Bronx my whole life and went to the same family jeweler for a very long time. I moved to Rockland two years ago and wanted to get my engagement ring cleaned and was so nervous to leave it in just any new jewelers’ care. The gentleman I worked with here at Mamari made me feel right at home. I remembered this feeling of comfort when I inherited my grandmother’s mother’s engagement ring. Mamari Jewelers is the best! Not only did the building itself make me feel like I was walking into a castle, but the staff treated me like royalty! The staff was so warm and welcoming and I was lucky enough to get helped by Mari! Visited for the first time on 4/23/22 to find some earrings for my 2 year old and had the most pleasant experience with Rami and Maria. Rami pulled out every single earring he thought might work for our little and was so nice and helpful in helping us narrow down options. I couldn’t take my daughters current earrings off and Maria was more than gracious in helping me pull off the earring. I will be back and will be recommending this jeweler again!
There is no place that even comes close to Mamari Jewelers and there is NO ONE who can compare to Maria! I make all of my jewelry purchases here and send all of my friends and family to her. Mamari Jewelers is simply fantastic! I have been to a few jewelers in NJ and NC. Mamari is hands down the best. Especially Rami! I was looking for a very specific ring for my wife, but I did not know the actual style or name of the type of ring. I just knew what it looked like. I couldn’t ask my wife as I wanted this to be a surprise. I explained what I was looking for to Rami and he knew exactly what I wanted. The turnaround time for getting the ring was incredibly fast. I even had to have it resized and could not believe how quickly it was done. My wife absolutely loves the ring! If you are looking for a jeweler, I can not recommend this place, and Rami, enough! I cant recommend Mamari Jewelers enough. My fiance had purchased an engagement ring back in November, and while gorgeous, I wanted something slightly different. When I went in to have the band changed they were so accommodating and hit every single point perfectly. I really am in awe at how well they were able to understand me and capture my style after only meeting me for a whole ten minutes. I almost cried when I got the ring back it was just so beautiful. These guys are the real deal! When you walk in the door you instantly feel like family.I uploaded a picture of the before (again, absolutely stunning) and the new one. Purchased my engagement ring from here. I had looked into 3 or 4 other stores prior to finding Mamari. I was able to pick one of the many beautiful unique stones (GIA certified) that they were able to gather very quickly. Rami was great to work with and very patient, answering any question I had. While waiting I looked around their beautiful showroom which is quite extensive, if you can’t find it there it’s likely not available!After adding the links, the watch fit perfectly! The gentleman that helped me and worked on my watch was very personable and professional and would not allow me to pay him for his service.I will not hesitate to return the next time I need either service or am looking to expand my watch or jewelry collection.Please stop in and see their beautiful showroom.

I got two watches sized here and the place is gorgeous with a wide variety of jewelry pieces to choose from as well as prices. They carry a lot of Michele watches as well as Rolex’s. They also have a wide variety of silver jewelry for the lower end. Everyone assists you pretty quickly and you’re in and out of there fast instead of waiting on someone. To get jewelry sized or fitted takes such little time. I got my watches and ring back within the same day. Awesome place!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. After searching for an everyday necklace, I bought the Diamond by the Yard necklace from Mamari Jewelers. I cannot begin to explain how satisfied I am. An excellent experience! We were shopping for wedding bands--and received excellent service. The staff were amazingly helpful as we tried to decide what we liked--lots of back and forth on what we liked (they had a great selection). And we needed them in a hurry and not only did we get great help and prices, but they sized and polished the rings on the spot. Mine was even a bit tougher and required adding material, but they went out of their way to get it done right then and there. They really set the standard for how you should treat your customers. I even went back the next day for further sizing adjustment (before catching a flight) and there was no problem getting it done in time. I really cant say enough about how well we were treated--the pricing and service were excellent. I highly recommend them! Did I mention that they gave us a bottle of champagne on our way out to celebrate the wedding? No? Well they get 5 stars without that... so thats just the icing on the cake!

My fiance and I bought our wedding bands at Mamari and were very happy with them. Long story short, I now needed an engagement ring after purchasing the bands. I went back to Melissa, who helped us with the bands, and she showed me a few rings and different stones based off of her memory of my fiances tastes. She did a great job of really understanding the style we were interested in and in the end, did a fantastic job with the engagement ring.

Great experience from a great jeweler! I actually had custom work done. They were able to apply a unique polished and brushed look to my Apple Watch stainless steel band. It looks amazing. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had retail service this good before. I initially went in to get a ring sized. They met my request perfectly. I had issues with the ring a week later that ended up not being their fault, but they took care of me anyway. When I went back a second time I got another ring resized. And at that point the staff knew me by name when I walked in. They’re courteous, professional, fair and kind. Facilities are very COVID clean. Couldn’t recommend more. I’m a lifer.

My husband and I were first at the Palisades Mall visiting other jewelry stores to inquire about ring resizing. No one even acknowledged us when we entered. We decided to visit Mamari Jewelers after we called about same day resizing. The staff was so welcoming and had such a high level of customer service. We were offered drinks and my husband asked for a cup of coffee. One gentleman made fresh coffee, which took longer to prepare than my ring resizing. We left before the coffee was even ready but made a wrong turn out of the parking lot. On the way out, the man helping us said he promised a coffee and had it in a cup for us to take home. That in itself is over-the-top customer service, along with the professionalism they provided us for our time there. Would definitely recommend!!

Came to into Mamari’s after a very disappointing visit with another local jeweler. Having become recently engaged and receiving my grandmothers wedding set from the fifties I was looking for what I thought was a miracle. For my sweet 16 Rudy gifted me the most gorgeous key necklace and 7 years later its just as gorgeous as it was the day I was gifted it showing the great craftsmanship. I recently bought a bracelet through their Instagram and Rami was so kind and helpful. The process was a breeze and I got my bracelet in the mail 4 days later and it is gorgeous! The bracelet is a little big but after speaking with Rami he kindly told me that if I come to the store they could resize it for me or I could mail it to them after measuring the size I need it to be. I accidentally ended up in this Jewelry store last month while waiting in the Nanuet mall for a course I was taking. Told them my budget and was able to get not only what I wanted but something even better than I had imagined. Amazing family and truly an all around great experience. We went to get my wifes ring resized and had a wonderful experience. Very professional and high level of customer service. It only took maybe 15 minutes and cost $20. While we waited they offered us coffee. Such a great business!

I had no clue what I wanted and found like 6 different rings I liked pieces of and he made it all come together for us. He also helped us find our wedding bands. 2022-05-23My Fiancé and I went to Mamari to purchase our wedding bands & had an amazing experience. They have a huge selection of styles and pieces to choose from & the staff is amazing. Rami was so helpful, kind and patient with my fiancé and I & helped us pick out the perfect styles for both of us. We got both of our rings custom made. Not only did they finish them quickly, but they both came out better than we imagined they would. They truly made us feel special throughout the whole process! We will definitely be returning in the future :)

2022-03-04Was in the market for a watch, happened to check out Mamari Jewelers. From the second I showed up you can tell this place was legit and the right place to be. The cases were organized, clean and well lit. Dont get me started with the customer service. Everyone was smiling and in a good mood. Ended up purchasing a watch and let me say, they went above and beyond not just with price, but the experience. I was gifted a bottle of wine and a gift bag as this purchase was monumental for me. Love these guys, highly highly recommend.

2021-11-22I Had a custom ring made and the experience was seamless! They went above and beyond to produce a piece that surpassed my expectations! Rami also sourced a watch for me that I’ve been looking for and found it under MSRP! I’ve only every bought from Jewelry chains and the customer service I received here left me jaw dropped. Maria has helped me find new pieces, repurpose family heirlooms, and she designed my daughter’s engagement and wedding band. She is the cream of the crop at the best shop in town! 2022-03-02My husband has purchased two beautiful rings from Mamari for me. Every associate in there is incredible. They know you by name when you walk in the door and are always so friendly and personable. I brought one of my rings that I thought was broken forever (my daughter closed my finger in the door and luckily the ring saved my finger but it was near crushed. The jewelers gave it back to me like it was brand new and were so reasonable with their pricing. Can’t give them enough stars.

2021-12-27I’ve been going to Mamari Jewelers for some time now and I’ve never been disappointed. When I mention their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism, I’m just scratching the surface of things that make this place great. Apart from how personable the staff is, I recently discovered what makes this jeweler better than any other I’ve ever been to. I gave them the mission of creating two gifts for my friends, and when asked if I had any specific direction in mind, I told them to take their creative freedom and run with it. Not only did they deliver, they exceeded my exceptions! Being a high quality jeweler is one thing, but to be able to have the artistic mind, and creativeness to bring my ideas to life is something so special, and not a lot of jewelers have the ability to do. Because Mamari Jewelers isn’t a place looking to simply collect money, but actually has the true artistic ability to do right by you, I never see myself going elsewhere for jewelry every again.
