Dealership sold me a lemon, keeps giving me the run around car is full of issues never again will I buy from this place. Rude managers, and sales people once they get your money the could careless about you. When I got the car they stated if you have any issues please please come back we are famliy now we always take care of our family thats untill something goes wrong.
Overall, not a great experience. Employees were decent, however I felt rushed and distracted during the paperwork process. The finance manager said he, “...threw in” a warranty, only to discover I was charged 3k for it. This is the age-old, typical playing with semantics game. Another thing- the price you see online is going to be 2k more. No room for negotiation on the price as well. Next, I was told that they would replace a missing step pad and send it to me. 6 weeks later, nothing. No call-back, no replacement. I found one on an auction website and had it in my hands 2 days later. Would I recommend this dealership? Maybe. Just be more diligent than I was and scrutinize everything. Follow up. Read carefully. I am partially to blame for not being more cautious. I did get the truck that I wanted, but it was not the best experience.
You can tell a lot about a dealership by the way they care for their inventory of cars. Are they clean? Are they parked in an organized fashion? What are the conditions of the interiors? Their entire stock was very well presented.Upon our arrival, a young man named Bruce came out and greeted us. Rather than give us a run around or try to up-sell, he got straight to the point. He pulled us inside and showed us a number of nice cars within our budget on his computer.We took one of the vehicles for a test drive and even though we didnt wind up buying from this dealership, wed recommend them on their service alone. They worked with us on the price, were very straight-forward about their communication, and even followed up with us later in the day.If you see a car you like on their lot, go check it out, youre not gonna find this kind of service at the rest of the dealerships lining Jericho Turnpike.
I was greeted by Mr.Mehdi (Sales Manager), who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he gave me all the pros of the car I am interested on. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Mehdi was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently.
I have leased multiple cars over the years with several different dealers, with that said the experience I had at M&A Motors was by far the best experience with any dealer previously. The transaction was quick and easy. Sean our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. The sales manager Keya went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. I plan on going back when my next lease is up.
Went to M&A Motors to look for a new car to lease. Keya was my salesman. He was so incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to work with me - he did not pressure me to get anything I didnt want. Negotiations were clear, simple and quick. I was able to pick up my car the same day. Would absolutely send friends to this dealership for a great experience!
This was an easy transaction, I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty. We spoke on the phone on a Friday and they scheduled my appointment for the next day, I was given a rough quote of what I might be able to get for my car. After check my vehicle and go for a ten minute test drive they offered me a solid deal to buy my car. I walked out with a check shortly afterwards. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to sell their car.
Great experience from the first call to the receptionist, to financing. Dan the salesman was patient and answered every question. Financier, Mike, beat my deal with my credit union so I let M&A finance my car. Took the car to an independent BMW specialist and they said the car was clean from head to toe. They work fast and will get you in the car you want.
I would highly recommend going to M&A Motors. Got a great deal for the car and everyone was really nice and professional. My car was immaculate, they took such good care of me, and they made me feel calm during an anxiety filled experience. I bought a great car in excellent shape for a very fair price and would recommend them to all my friends and family . Go there before going to anywhere else !!
I recently purchased a vehicle from M&A Motors, and the service that I received from the staff was absolutely outstanding. I was very particular in the type, features, and price range of the vehicle I was looking for, and they found the perfect match for me. I saw the car I wanted online and submitted an inquiry. The next day I called and spoke with Gina. She was the most pleasant and professional individual I have encountered in a long time. Needless to say I have been shopping for a car for a few months and had interactions with other dealerships that were less than welcoming. Everyone from my salesman Amir to the financer Danil (I hope I got that right!) were easy going and very nice. Even with COVID going on, I did not feel pressured nor did they make me feel like they were hungry for a sale. I was able to drive the car home the same day with an extended warranty covered well up to just about 100k miles!! I have been extremely happy thus far. I was missing a document, I emailed Gina and she ensured I received it right away, she is an absolute gem! Thank you! 😊
Horrible place... don’t bother wasting your time going here, staff is horrible. They judge you the minute you walk in based upon how you look. Was expecting to finance the Audi they had up for sale, was talking to Sean about it. It was a beautiful car and was expecting to take it home, until mind you my credit score is 735, was told I cannot afford it. He ran my credit and said it was no good, and I don’t make enough money for it. Was going to put 6K down and finance the rest, this would be the 3rd car id be financing in my life. He didn’t even talk to any banks, just ran my credit and said no. Don’t go in here expecting to buy anything as they judge you based on your income, and the way your dressed. Terrible customer service would not recommend. Will be taking my business to a more professional dealership, where they treat customers with the respect they deserve.-Andrey

Best place to sell your car in all of New York!Having recently moved to Manhattan, I needed to sell my car fast but was unwilling to accept the ridiculously low offers I had received from other dealers and car buyers. The team at M&A saved me a great deal of time and heartache by matching the estimate they promised over the phone the day before; which is something less honorable dealers did not do.They honored the estimate, payed me well above what others offered and even gave me a ride to the train station. Mike, Adam & John were absolutely great. If I am ever in the market for a car or looking to sell another, Im going to M&A Motors first!
I bought a Dodge Challenger from M and A motors. Great car with very low miles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sean is a great salesman and got me into the car i wanted with a great apr for financing. The transaction was very smooth and proffesional. I would recommend this place and would return for future business.
M&A Motors are a bunch of scam artists. The worst used car dealer I have ever dealt with. My husband and I just bought a car from them. The car has a lift kit. The car has 9k miles on it. A car with that little mileage should not have any problems. We have had it for a week and my husband noticed something was wrong with the car it needed an alignment. He called M&A about it and they blew him off. So he took it to a specialist who told him that something was wrong with the steering box and the shocks needed to be replaced. We called M&A about it. We wanted the specialist we took it to fix the car since he knew about lift kits but M&A refused and said we had to bring it to their mechanic. My husband asked the owner of M&A if his mechanic knew about lift kits and he says I am sure he does. If I let them fix the car then they would just put a band aid on it and then a couple months down the line when we had more problems they would say sorry not our problem. I dont trust them to do the right thing. My husband asked for our money back and they said no we are not giving your money back sue us. Never in my life have I experienced such shitty customer service. If you buy used go to a dealer that certifies.
VERY UPSET BUYER!- We purchased a vehicle from this dealership just last month for over 17000 in cash. From the beginning we realized the car wasn’t sold at its best. Breaks were squeaking and the tires were slipping. We took the vehicle back to this dealership informing them of the breaks and they said it was fine. We decided to go to the Acura dealership and they informed us the vehicle needs NEW BREAKS, TIRES, AIR AND CABIN, FILTERS, BATTERY AND AN OIL CHANGE. This dealership takes advantage of buyers by selling vehicles that barely pass the NY state inspection. I DO NOT recommend this dealership and will continue to inform those in the Huntington area of the TERRIBLE service we received as buyers.
My son was in the market to buy a used car. We went to three dealerships (and did a ton of internet searches). A lot of internet searches ended up being not available when we called the dealers. We then went to MA Motors in Huntington Station. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of friendly advice and service we got from Medi, Mike, Danny and others. The thing I appreciated the most was that there was non of the usual pressure technics that I saw in the other two dealerships that I went to. My son bought the car that HE wanted and there were no hidden costs showing up at the end! I am looking forward to dealing with these guys when my younger son is ready to buy his first car.
I dont usually write reviews but I had an unbelievable experience. Its a shame that most used car dealers dont perform this way however this has changed my mind about the used car industry. I went in on Sunday just to look around but I ended up purchasing a 2011 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. Couldnt be happier with my decision and I really appreciate the hard work they put in to get me approved and driving by the next day. Thank you Medi, Mike and Arthur!
Went to M&M Motors & the warm welcome was amazing,they told everything about the car i was interested in & let me test drive it. They did everything in there power to make sure i got what i wanted. Highly recommend this place to get a car. I worked with Keya and he was great and very knowledgeable. He was very honest and up front about everything and he told me all the information I needed to know. He’s an amazing sales person. I was in love with my car when I first got it and still in love with it now. So happy I bought my car from them.
Very unprofessional and rude staff to say the least. I never leave reviews online but these people are just scam artists, so dont waste your time!.I was trying to sell my car to them. They checked my car on a Sunday and offered me a price for it. I told them that I wanted to check other places before making a final decision. On Tuesday i was in another dealership that was offering me more money for the car so I called them just in case they wanted to offer more since they told me to call them before making any other deal, because they were confident that they could beat any other offer. I wanted to put that to a test.They said that they would give me $300 more for the car if I leave the other place and go to make the deal with them. After driving for 1 hr and awaiting at their location for another 2 hours (BTW, without offering me water, coffee or anything). They came back offering $200 less than the other place, after agreeing over the phone to offer $300 more! (They already saw and inspected the car before).After negotiating again with them, they told me that okay we can match the other dealership offer. I answered that that didnt make any sense since I already had that deal with the other place. The only reason that I drove to their dealership again is to get a better deal ($300 more as discussed). At that point it was not a matter of money but principles (it was clear at that point that these people doesnt know what that word means at all) since they were just wasting my time driving and making me wait there for a long time. After explaining this several times and expecting a reasonable answer from them, the manager just walked away and left the place without saying a word (Im saying literally leaving the dealership). I waited few minutes thinking that it was a negotiation strategy or something like that but after asking around they said that he just didnt have anything to say and left. I just asked for my keys and left.Sorry for the long story but people deserve to be aware of how bad and unprofessional this place is.
I drove 2 hours away to purchase my current Jeep. After buying the vechile I started having problems. I called multiple times and all the told me was someone would call me back (and they never did) they promised if something were to happen they would help. Long story short I was driving down the highway and got horrible death wobble and my steering locked up. 500$ (Out of my own pocket) later it’s fixed but I would not recommend this place to anybody.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE ! 0 stars !Bought a Mercedies from this place only one year ago 2018 , found out the transmission is shot need a new one , ABS brakes system needs repair, somthing in the steering Column electronic went bad . And the car kept dying over night.I contacted the seller “mike” meed he wouldn’t give me his real name. Asked me to Have my car towed to Jans Euro Motors 1729 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, NY on my own expenseAfter a few days of going back and forth with the owner “mike” and getting the runaround whenever I called to find out what’s going on with my car.I called the auto shop it self only to be told that the car was there for one day until “mike “ or meed whatever his name is took it .The owners of Jans Euro Motors wanted nothing to do with the situation 🤔I called “mike” and he said he has my car and he’s a mechanic and he’s working on it him self, after 2 weeks of calling we were told to pick the car up when my husband got there the horn wasn’t working he had to wait 2 hrs and was told the staring module is broken and was glued back ( so they broke it while trying to fix something else didn’t fix it they just glued it ) also they refused to give us a loner car during the period they had our car.They sent my husband home with it like that the very next day morning the car is dead again , called the dealership and told them, owners refuse to get on the phone acted like a child , kept telling all his employees to say he wasn’t there.Finally got a call back not by the owner but just a rude employee saying someone’s coming or get my car. Instead sent a guy who didn’t speak English just to jump my car. I tried to communicate with the guy who came to jump my car to explain that he can’t just jump my car and leave the car dies over night and that something seriously is wrong with the car but wasn’t getting anywhere.Very next morning car is dead again, called the dealership again didn’t speak to the owners had to tell an employee what happened . Was told the owners was at the Dr and will call me back later.The next day the same guy who jumped my car just shows up at my house and Calls me for from outside saying he’s here to take my car, no heads up , no call before to let me know what was happening. Luckily I was home, So he took my car back to the dealership, brought it back a few days later without a working horn. I was charged almost $600 by the dealership claiming to have fixed the problem. And that he did it whole sale no labor fee.Now it’s less than 2 months later I’m left with a with a dead car broken glued steering Module that’s now in another shop needs a new transmission, Abs issues and a whole lot of other work costing over 7k!! I bought this car 1 year ago for 20k and still paying for it !DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! Unless you want All the headache and bills that come after you purchase from here .
After coming here first, I went to a 2nd place, for due diliegence, make sure I am receiving an appropriate deal. Found a significantly better one, so I let them know I am not interested. That led m&a to running my credit a 2nd time for no apperant reason the next day, well after we were done talking. After confronting them with this, they just kept trying to give me offers and sell me a car .(btw found a car 2 years newer,40k less miles for 3k dollars less, with a ton more of add ons) so get it from them I guess or theyll try to mess your score so you have to go with them
Bought a red 09 honda pilot touring back in 4/2016 beautiful truck. I had No problems. I feels like i bought a warranty for nothing. Truck is clean. The staff was friendly and helpful special thanks the kewi and arthur most. And also got a good price. Anywho took year to post but here it is.
Saw an advertised price and it was a fair price. But looked at the fine print and found out that it’s after a 2000$ down payment and must finance through them. Why even advertise a false price? And just finance through you guys? Why? So you can make more money on the front and/or back end? Come on now.
Had my truck for sale for about a two weeks now. One of the employees that work at m & a motors called me and I gave all the information about my truck ever needed to him. He said he would really like to have my truck come in that night and even talked about cash up front. But only problem was I had to leave work early cause I work in Manhattan and wouldn’t be home till 8. So I pulled some strings and left work on the LIRR ride home the gentleman called to confirm I’m coming. I said yes, he replied happily saying he can’t wait to discuss numbers and told me to 100% bring my title. I got there after my 2 hour trip home taking one for the team with a half days pay thinking I was gunna leave with $23,000 in my pocket to help me get a nice engagement ring for my soon to be wife, and start our life. But once I got their they low balled me and said “they’d help advertise my Truck” and if I sold it through them I’d give them $1,000 for the help rightly so. But they told me they can’t help me even tho I decked my vehicle out with $10,000 worth or extras. It is a easy sell.Neilis to say if you want to go here get your nicest wig and your prettiest make up so that you can look nice for them to proceed to screw you and waste you’re time..

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE! I bought a 17000 mile car from Dan,sight unseen.He assured me car was original paint,miles were correct and interior was original.He DID NOT disclose that the car had been broadsided and bondo was cracking and separating.He did not disclose door jam was as wavy as the ocean in a hurricane..He did not disclose interior was redone or paint was bad on hoodVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
The only decent person was the owner. everyone else was terrible. i bought a jeep wrangler from them and water would get into it when it rained. i took it back to their dealership, and what response did i get? He couldnt do anything, thats a problem with all the jeeps. I took matter into my own hands and had to buy several items to fix the problem.
We came here to look at a specific vehicle and called multiple times to confirm the specifics. They confirmed it each time, and after a TWO HOUR drive, it wasn’t the right vehicle. They then tried to tell us that we were the ones who were wrong. They were very unprofessional and rude, and also didn’t always wear a mask while talking to us. Very disappointed and unhappy with our experience.
Service sucks and there vehicles are not what they say they are , lot of vehicles with problems and much needed repairs. I felt like they rushed me thru the paperwork to find out that they didnt give me gap insurance like i asked for , which turned out to me owing the bank 6k.
Very disrespectful I went to go see a wrx sti and I wanted to know the price and all of that, and the man that saw me was very nice till i told him i forgot my ID and all because i just came to see the car and they got very mad so I instead he wasn’t nice and i wanted to fist pump but this guy in a thankful way but the service is trash wouldn’t recommend going there

I recommend this dealer, it is very organized, I was attended by Mrs. Claudia who gave me excellent attention and advice, I am happy with my car, I feel satisfied having bought here. The cars are of very good quality and guaranteed. It is certainly a good alternative when buying a car.
I am very surprised with the quality of my vehicle and the service offered, they were very kind and helped me finance the truck I wanted even with my not so good credit. I recommend this place to everyone as they do not get carried away by appearances and they really help people. Thank you M&A Motors I will buy all my future vehicles with you and my family as well.

2022-06-10Went and looked at a vehicle yesterday, brought it home today! I don’t trust car salespeople or financing dept in general due to past experience. Everything they said they would do or make happen they did and didn’t waste my time or hours sitting in the place! Ultra smooth and fast transaction, never any pressure! Highly recommend! I will return when my daughter starts driving !

2022-07-08Friendly service and large inventory of vehicles. They go above and beyond to get you in the the car you want. Finacing was a breez. I did not have to sit around for a day to signe the papers. I drove home with new plates the same day. Mat made sure we were satisfied and happy with the car. Look forward to driving this Jeep Grand Cherokee for a long time.

2022-07-06The good:- All the numbers and conversations spoken about during the test-drive visit and application process matched what was on the actual paperwork I filled out (yes, I read through everything).- I rate the car a 7/10 overall, given the year (2013), how it drives, my experience with working features or lack thereof.- The financial process went pretty well. I have good credit (high 700s), so I didnt have any issues with qualifying for any vehicle.The bad:- They take forever with the registration. I live in another state and I still dont have my plates. Its been a month. My temp registration tag is expired and the lady told me, if you get pulled over, they can run your plates and see that theyre being processed, so you should be fine. Im Black, being pulled over isnt safe at ANY time.- They said I could make the down-payment (which I didnt need one) any way I want even with multiple credit cards, just not with AMEX. I went to pay with credit cards and the energy changed to Hey, do you know they charge us for credit cards. My response was, Hi, thats not my prerogative, you literally just said Im able to pay with multiple cards.- They did not fix all of the cars visible issues. Before I drove off, I noticed that one of the fog lights were broken, so I told them to fix it (otherwise, theyll ignore it and wont say anything)- They did not wash, nor clean the interior of the car before I drove it off the lot (you get what you pay for)Advice- Bring up EVERYTHING (questions, issues, fixes, etc.) before you pay and before you drive off, and ask them how theyre going to handle it-- then make them write it down, but do not pay or drive off with the car until that conversation is had.

2022-03-01M&A Motors was great from start to finish. Unfortunately i cannot say the same about many other used car dealerships but the experience I had with M&A Motors was outstanding. I will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks guys!

2021-09-13Recently looked at a vehicle at MA, the photos looked great online, however the vehicle was in real bad shape upon viewing. Owner/Manager was smoking while introducing himself. Make sure you have good knowledge of prices and vehicle mechanics or these guys will pull one over on you. Manager Spoke over me a few times and said some things about vehicles that were just not true at all, this is when I knew it was time to go. Be very careful here.

2021-08-28Worst experience I ever had at a dealership, did not buy the car from here for a few reason first the staff was rude and very pushy, secondly most of the cars they had there looked like junk and were extremely over priced, I usually dont make reviews however this place was just such a bad experience that I wanted to let others know so they dont buy from this place. There is a lot of other local dealers I went to in the area that have alot better of prices and better quality of cars.
