Excellent locksmith service in Brooklyn, NY! M&D Locks and Keys BK came to me to rescue at midnight in East New York when no other locksmith in Brooklyn would answer their phone! I was 3 hours away from my home and had managed to lock my keys in my trunk. Their 24-hour emergency mobile locksmith worked tirelessly until the job was done. M&D is the only locksmith business that I trust -- and Ive used many different businesses around Brooklyn, to help with unlocking rooms Ive been locked out of, installing new locks and securing front doors. When I called, I was in a state of panic. The lovely woman who answered the phone assured me shed help resolve my situation. She was so kind and helpful from the very start.Joey the locksmith, with M&D, arrived in fewer than 30 minutes! And he introduced himself, asked about the lock, and got to work right away. He was able to fix my door really fast, and charged me a fair price which I was more than happy to pay for his time and efficient work.On his way out, he gave me some suggestions on how to preventing the doors from auto-locking, and offered to come back that night if I had any more issues.Ive been ripped off so many times by locksmiths that I assumed the industry overall was corrupt. For most of us, when youre calling a locksmith for help, its not because we need a check-up. Its because of an emergency. And were at the mercy of the guy who shows up at your door.NOT M&D. Joey + Leah at MD Locks offer an excellent and swift service. We had security issues with one of the properties and they have come up with solutions (high security locks) and worked with our tenants all while providing a calm, quick and efficient service. We are looking to use them also for security options and other properties.

I’ve used M & D Locks 4 times now. I got a lock installed, the same lock transferred to my new apartment, the same lock repaired, and also a key replaced. Everyone I’ve worked with has been professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I have used their service before and I don’t think I ever I had any kind of issue dealing with them. They respond to your query promptly and give you the best service possible. They also helped me explains cons of old locks and pros for installing new ones.

Joey did a great job replacing our lock and fixing an issue with the doorknob that was making it difficult to open without yanking the handle back n forth. Nice guy too - would recommend
