Great care of my dog. He didnt seem stressed after the full service, which is very nice. Fast and convenient booking. Prepare cash though if you plan for a grooming.

What a great experience! I brought my golden retriever, Orange Juice, here. He was in desperate need of a full groom. Mildred was incredibly friendly and accommodating. You can tell that she really loves dogs and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with how the groom turns out. My dog seemed very happy from drop-off to pick-up! Very professional service with reasonable prices (even for NYC). I would definitely recommend and will be bringing my dog back when its time for another groom!

So far this is the best grooming which finally we find for our dog (toby)...usually after grooming somewhere else our dog came back stressful and like losing appetite, but at MM, my dog doesnt even wanna leave that place and he looks so happy, relax and smell so good, the result is so 👌 perfect...please keep the great work guys!! Manuel and Mildred thank you for showing my pooch Zuza and I around your facility. For those who haven’t been to your facility let me start my saying, this store is well kept clean and smell good and did I forget to mention it’s a family owned and operated business. Your children are beautiful and very thankful from the oldest to the youngest (just adorable) M & M is your one stop shop (pet food, pet treats, pet toys, pet supplies, pet grooming for cats and dogs. They also provide doggie daycare/ dog boarding, dog walking and home drop in. You can also order online and they deliver right to your door step. I’m so glad we found you, Zuza and I would recommend anyone to you. Also, for those who like to keep their babies (that’s what they call them here. I LOVE IT!!! In a raw diet they have K-9 kravings which my dog loves it, that’s why I come here to get all Zuza’s favorite food, treats, toys and all. Thank you for everything M & M. We will be back for more food, treats, toys, clothing etc. We love you guys.

Update:I’ve taken my Luna FOUR times and each time she came out looking great!! The second time around Luna had a lot of mats (she’s a crazy dog who loves the dog park) and they still managed to do an amazing job!!(Pictures of the the last 2 visits).

My puppy Trey loves it here! They are so patient and fun! Every time he goes to doggy day care, he doesnt want to leave! They also have all of your pet supplies right here. Great prices!

The owners have such great knowledge of dogs. I usually run in to people who are afraid of my dog 🐕 Oatmeal off his breed. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but the are amazing with his breed as well. They take care of my baby 👶 as of he is a part of their family.Their services and products are extremely affordable and you are not pressured into purchasing anything. I will def continue to go back and support this family owned small business.

This is my second time writing this review as my first was taken down. I feel like Consumers need to know what these people are capable of so let’s hope this one doesn’t conveniently get taken down as well.The owners threatened not to give me my dog back unless I paid a late pick up fee that I was not responsible for because they were calling the wrong number, which was later confirmed when they tried to show me their call log to prove that had called me. When I refused to pay they suggested I bring police to get my dog back, which I proceeded to do. While waiting for police to arrive they stated they would be closing and my dog would have to stay overnight despite my repeated reminders of authorities being on their way.The very Ill mannered and unprofessional female owner cussed at me even after it was established that they called the incorrect number. She continued to yell, cuss and be belligerent from beginning to end of the ordeal and never once apologized or took accountability. I told both owners that I would make sure everyone I knew heard about how poorly they treated me to which they responded “ that’s nothing, we are not worried about that”. A business is only as good as their customer service and if that’s poor you have nothing. Dismissing customer concerns and reviews as if they are meaningless speaks volumes. Please go somewhere else and do not invest in a company capable of dismissing concerns and making threats towards clients. They become aggressive when you defend yourself and point out their shortcomings. Most importantly they do not value customers as much as they claim if they aren’t worried about losing clients.

I called in to see if my dog was able to get her nails trimmed and was informed to provide the vaccinations. My dog is fully to update and the information was emailed to them. My brother gets to the salon and informs us that the papers that were given to us are not certificates and need more information. However the paper includes all the vaccinations, my pets ID, and everything needed. I called earlier informed that I can’t find the rabies shot information- however I called the vet I and they provided a picture of dog’s medical history which includes the rabies shot. The second I was given the phone to the groomer I was given immediately attitude and zero respect with her yelling on the phone trying to figure out the situation. I tried explaining the information and that this is the only thing I have given by the vet but before I can even say anything I was constantly rudely interrupted. I would of appreciate an email or a phone back saying that they couldn’t accept it and not until we got to the salon- or for them to even have a conversation and not yell on the other side of the phone.
