Worst experience ever. Worst land lord. Deducted $500 from deposit(security)Didnt listen to our issues.DO NOT RENT WITH O2 PROPERTIES.MARK PHOREMAN looted us.This is the worst landlord you wil ever deal with.DO NOT RENT WITH O2 properties.The landlord Mark Phoreman looted us. Deducted $500 from deposit for silliest reason.Room cleaning. We kept their apt so clean. Mark used to bring new tenants and show our apt as we used to keep it very clean.No paint was ripped off. Still he is charging for repainting.Being an international student I feel I am not secured in a place like Binghamton under o2 properties.Please refrain from dealing with o2. Especially Mark Phoreman. Ull regret it. I will make sure no Indian student will ever rent an apt at O2.I am also writing a big review and draft to Binghamton university blacklisting o2 properties.

Horrible people. I lost everything to bedbugs with them. Im a single father of 3 and they kept my security deposit after I moved and cleaned the house out. Saying that I left enough stuff to fill a 40 foot dumpster. So now Im in the process of trying to fight them in court. DONT RENT FROM O2 PROPERTIES!!! The unit was damaged, I ended up with bugs, lost my deposit, then to come and find out the property I lived in (34 Ogden st) was almost condemned and torn down in 2011 and they never told me. Horrible landlords they will never see another dime from me and shouldnt either from you.

I am currently renting a student rental from O2. They have been great. Very quick to answer any questions or fix any issues. Great for students. I would highly recommend this company to any students looking for a great place to live.

Horrible service, I called to view a property they had listed but customer service mentioned it was still being cleaned up and not available. So I had scheduled to view the property at the soonest available date. After calling to confirm the appointment I find out it has already been rented out. After waiting a week to view the place and finding this out by surprise this is very frustrating when looking for a place to rent. The internet rep said to e-mail or call to confirm and I kept my word and did as requested, but he could not do so little as tell me the place has already been taken.

Amazing group of people. Very friendly and fast working to help get us in an apartment. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

Dont deal with them if you are a student. Worst service. Will not listen to your problems and gonna rob you off your security deposit.

Same thing happen as danny said. Called for an apartment, claim they was cleaning it out to call back on friday. Call back on friday and apartment was already taken.
