Jenna at M&V did a great job helping me plan a last minute limo to the city for my daughters sweet 16 dinner. Communication was smooth and details ironed out. She gave me a great price on a beautiful limo and Vito the driver was professional and super nice - highly recommend!
Used M&V Limo many times. Mostly for airport transportation, but recently had my daughter and her friend use M&V for a concert. I left these two sixteen year-old girls in the very good hands of the driver, Tony Bernstein, and he reassured me of the great care he would use for them. Tony called me when he dropped them off and watched them enter the new Belmont Arena. At the end of the concert, Tony called me to inform that he had to park the limo and walk up to the Arena and get them. Not to many limo drivers would do that, but Tony did that for me. Once he got them, my daughter called me to let me know that this in fact happened.My deepest thanks to Tony Bernstein and M&V Limo. They reassured this nervous father that his child was in safe hands !
I used M & V to bring me and a group back and forth from the airport. I’ve always said, a companies true colors show when something goes wrong and not when everything goes smooth. We had a minor hiccup with pick up and Eric contacted me immediately and made it right. It’s refreshing to use a company that cares about its clients. I will be using them again in the future. I recommend them for sure.
Ive been calling M&V Limousines for many years now, Ive never had 1 negative or just bad experience. Dan is always friendly, hes reasonable....I wouldnt call another service when my family or I need a ride to the city and back, airports....reliable and affordable are really important to me - and theyre friendly!
I have used M&V multiple times for fun get together with friends and family. Whether it be a trip in the city or a day in the Hamptons- M&V has elevated our trip experience. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The buses we have rented are filled with lights, Bluetooth so you can be in control of the music, and we usually book the one with a bathroom. The drivers are always on top of communication while at pick up and drop off locations. This eases stress- especially when meeting up at Boardy Barn or the busy streets of NYC! I have nothing but great things to say and will continue booking with M&V as long as I am on Long Island.I would like to shoutout Jenna (their account manager) and Jason (one of their drivers). They are excellent!
I forgot the names BUT!! I hired them as our transportation for our wedding and it was flawless!! They arrived on time, our limo and bus drivers were not just drivers but they helped me in so many ways!! (Fluff my gown, held my bouquet, opened the door of the church).
The limos for my wedding were clean and on time. The drivers were courteous and professional. I would recommend their services to any couple or their special day.

We had a very large out of town guest list in excess of 75 people. The service was extremely accommodating while working on the logistics from hotel to venue and back.They know what they are doing

Great smooth drive with our driver Alrick (sorry if I misspelled!). He took us into the city and back out to Long Island seamlessly. He was always less than 5 mins away in the city and ready for our next stop. The executive sprinter was clean and well maintained and had USB ports for chargers which is always great. Note if you plan to use a rear-facing car seat it’s a little bit tight between the rows, but we got it to work! Can’t wait to use M & V again!
I have hired M&V Limos several times. They are truly a class act. From beginning to end the process was seamless and accommodating. Our last trip was a Christmas in july party. We rode the trolley. The driver arrived a half hour early so we could decorate...and he helped us every step of the way. Everyone who attended was as impressed as I was. I highly recommend them. Outstanding!
M&V Limousine provided the trolley that transported my bridal party to and from our wedding ceremony. The trolley was in pristine condition and it showed up early to pick up me, my parents and bridesmaids. The trolley driver was kind and helpful. He was willing to help with no matter what we needed. He helped me get out of the trolley, walk up to the church, and even load the flowers onto the trolley after the ceremony. The driver went above and beyond his duties for every minute we had reserved the trolley.
We had a wonderful time using M and V limo services. Our driver Zoltan was extremely professional and kind. The bus was very clean and had everything you could need! We would happily use M and V again!
From day one M&V were very professional and worked with me and my now wife to achieve everything that we were asking for. If there was something they didnt have available on our wedding day they went out of their way to get us in contact with another company that could help us. The driver that they provided for their party bus the day of our wedding was very nice. I would definitely recommend using this company. They provided us everything we couldve asked for.

We could not have asked for better service and care for our daughters wedding. We found out shortly (very shortly) before the wedding that we needed a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue. From the craziness of booking made easy, to the arrival of our shuttle at the hotel, to the friendliness and helpfulness of our driver, to the end of the night, everything was more than we could have asked for. Thank you , M&V!!What could have ruined my daughters day, you guys turned it around and made everything run smoothly.
If you are looking to reserve a special specific car for a wedding - be aware that AN HOUR BEFORE YOUR WEDDING they will call you and tell you they cannot get you the car that you had already paid for and reserved FAR in advance. And ontop of that they will still fight you about a refund - and send you a luxury sedan instead of a classic car :)
We’ve used this company many times, most recently for an airport drop off service. They are always on time, polite and wonderful to work with. Already planning my next trip with them in mind for the airport drop off!
In planning my best friends bachelorette party at the North Fork wineries, I was out of my element as an out-of-stater fighting the crowds of people who visit the wineries on a fall weekend. I contacted dozens and dozens of wine tour/party bus companies who basically laughed me off the phone when I attempted to book with them. When I found M&V Limo, Daniel saved the day (indeed, he saved the whole bachelorette party!). He found an available sprinter bus, offered his thoughts on winery tour planning, turned everything around quickly, and ensured it was affordable for us. On the day of, our driver Laura arrived early with an immaculately clean sprinter bus stocked with supplies, drove us carefully to each destination, and made the entire experience smooth. I could not be more pleased with our experience with M&V Limo!
Thank you Darian at M&V for making CELEBRATION 80 / 55 the event of a lifetime for my family. You can see from my parents expression the surprise was overwhelming. Highly recommend. Had a wonderful time touring the city for my sons 18th birthday visiting Rockefeller Center and seeing all the Christmaslights. I had my Mom who is in a wheelchair and Zoltan was kind, patient and caring. We had an awesome evening .

For our wedding day on 9/11/21 we rented a coach bus for 8 hours… We had scheduled for 3 trips from our hotel to our venue and also had in writing the bus would be available for unlimited rides if necessary. For the second scheduled trip, all of our guests that were staying at the hotel were supposed to be shuttled to the venue…The bus driver never arrived to shuttle our guests to the venue! We were VERY unhappy that half of our guests had to take an Uber to our ceremony . The bus driver “wasn’t told” that he had to return for more guests. I went over these instructions multiple times with the company. We were given the phone number of a dispatcher who almost never answered the phone. Definitely not worth the 1,400 we paid for, so disappointing.
We used M&V Limousines to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. They were prompt communicators, on-time and reliable. Would definitely recommend!
Will not use this company again for sure!I had my wedding day two weeks ago and not only that the driver was late 15 min, they sent completely different car I ordered for months in advance.I tried to reach out a few times nobody ever got back to me to apologize in any way!

We used M&V for our wedding transportation and the service was great! It was very easy to schedule our various needs - we used coach busses for our guests and limos for us - the team was responsive and easy to work with. We had a bit of a complex schedule but M&V made it work at a great value!
My limo winery event was perfect! M&V has a well-oiled machine. From RJ assisting with the initial planning to Jenna reviewing everything with me before the trip, everything ran smoothly. Limo driver Tony was professional, personable, and fun. Definitely a keeper! The limo itself was clean and in good condition. We felt very special pulling in in our luxury ride. Thanks so much! I used their limo service for my wedding and the service was horrible. The driver was rude and very incompetent. It rained on the day and when she first arrived, she didn’t even get out of the limo to open the door. It wasn’t until one of my bridesmaids said something to her that she got out, without an umbrella and “tried” to help. She got soaked and her attire was nowhere near what they advertise in their website, let’s say you could see through her shirt. When we got in the limo, the AC wasn’t working and it was so humid, this was August. We asked several times for her to turn the AC on and she said it was, but we told her it wasn’t, and she kept arguing until she realized it wasn’t on and said it was broken. Her AC in the front worked so we asked her if we could leave her little window open because it was really hot in there and she said “no” and rolled up the window. When we arrived at the church (she didn’t get out to open the door again), I told her she needed to find a way to fix the AC because when the ceremony was over it was going to be double the amount of people and there was no way we could do an almost 45 minutes’ drive without AC. When we came out, I found out some of the groomsman figure out how to fix the AC, she didn’t even try. When we got in the Bluetooth didn’t work either and we were trying to play music, we asked her several times about it and her answer was “I don’t know”. When we arrived at the venue, she didn’t even try to get out of the limo to open the door, it wasn’t until everyone was out that she came out to open the back. I tried calling the limo company and left a message twice, because I would have rather talk to them in person than leave a bad review, but they never bothered to return my phone call.If for any reason they believe this is not how it “happened” I have my wedding pictures to prove it.
We reserved the trolley for our wedding in long island and we were beyond happy with the service. Mark really went above and beyond, he was prepared with everything on the trolley even an extra cooler when ours broke! He assisted at the church lining everyone up and coordinated with the church director. He was so great!!!
We rented a Limo through Jenna at M&V for my moms 50th surprise birthday! Everything was incredible. Our limo driver even got us to the wineries earlier than expected, which allowed for extra picture taking time and even offered to take pictures of our large group! Our family had an amazing time and our driver was so professional and fun! I would highly recommend using this company and plan to use them in the future myself!
We used M&V limo for a bachelorette party out East to the wineries. We called last minute a week in advance and they did an amazing job accommodating our group. Compared to other limo services we called, M&V had the best price. We rented the new white Chrysler limo which was an amazing party limo. From the lights to the speakers we had the best time!! Our driver was right on time & extremely friendly to all of us. We couldnt have picked a better limo service!! thank you! :)
Only giving two stars because 1/2 of the services we used from M&V were great, but the other half, not so much.We reserved a trolley for our wedding to take the bridal party to the church, and then to the venue. the trolley was great! very prompt, helped everyone get on and off the bus, fluffed my dress for me before i walked down the isle. he even drove to his daughters house last minute to get a bluetooth speaker because the trolley didnt have the promised AUX cord.The shuttle service was not good. there were about 50 guests that needed a ride from the hotel to the venue. we told them to start bringing guests over at 5pm, and they ended up only making ONE trip. half of the guests had to drive themselves, cramming into cars so that they could make it to some of the cocktail hour. they also only made ONE trip back to the hotel. we paid them for 7 hours of shuttle service, and they provided about MAYBE 2 hours.i would recommend the trolley and Jack! but we are very disappointed with the shuttle service.

Recently used MV Limo for my wedding. Driver showed up on time with fully stocked limo. Car was clean and the drive was safe to the venue. Both wedding parties enjoyed the experience that MV provided. Prices were more reasonable than most other companies around. Would definitely use them again for another event if I had to.
MV Limo is so great! We rented a party bus to go into the city to see the Christmas Tree. We had more fun on the bus than the actual trip.

I used three different vehicles from M&V for a wedding: the Rolls Royce Princess, a Limo Sprinter and a Coach bus. From my numerous emails + phone calls with RJ, who was professional and accommodating at all times, to the friendly + punctual drivers, I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m honestly disappointed on the service, at first RJ was great nice, fast pick and pay I had a wedding the 27th 1 limo & antique car for the bride & groom booked a month advanced. Received a 24hour before the event from billy saying that the antique car was having issues and I would have to pick a “back up” I would think they would have that all figured out BEFORE the week ended & not the day before the wedding.. okay complimentary limo came instead bride wasn’t so thrilled but understood, EXCEPT the driver drove reckless making the bride fall on the floor of the limo she’s upset everyone’s lost as to why he’s driving like that & then had the audacity to say he didn’t know he could leave the church @ 4:30 “why did you not tell me I could of been left its getting close past the time it’s going to be another $100 to add another hour if you want me to stay!? Ok Obviously there’s no communication going on between the driver & dispatcher. The fact that my bride DID NOT get what she wanted at her wedding & then tried to charge me OVERTIME for another limo was ridiculous we let him go & kept the other one as intended. Billy & RJ need to communicate better other than that I’ll give it a 5 out of 10 for overall service.
M&V Limo gets 5 stars !! Needed a car last minute (called night before 11pm needed a car for 5am next morning Billy from M&V provided one with no issues. The process was simple and easy. The driver was on time showed up 5am on the dot , they were extremely professional , and went above and beyond providing top service. I highly recommend M&V
They tried to scam us! I do not recommend booking with M&V limousines. We booked & payed 1.5 months in advance for a wine tour and they called 2 weeks before to let us know they no longer our offering the tour. The original tour included 7hrs driver plus wine tastings at 2 vinyards. They said they could still drive us but only for 6 hours and the tastings would not be included and it would cost the same price. They said they would not offer a partial refund to cover the 1 less hour and tastings they would not provide anymore. I went back and forth with the lady trying to get an answer as to why they couldnt refund us the cost of the tastings and one less hour of service and she did not have an answer other than we shouldnt have been able to book the tour in the first place, essentially placing the blame on us for booking the tour on their website... which is a terrible answer. After expressing my concerns of being scammed and going back and forth with her on the phone for 20 minutes she finally was able to offer a small refund (about 1/3 the cost of the tastings) which in my opinion was an insult and terrible customer service.I recommend you look elsewhere for car services as this place is incredibly unprofessional and when they made a mistake, were unwilling to admit it and make it right to a satisfactory and acceptable amount.She did provide us with a full refund after deciding to cancel all together.
Have used your services before and would recommend you to any and everyone we know who may need your services. The drivers are always very pleasant and are willing to take directions if we know an easier way or a way around construction. Will use your services again in a heartbeat.

M&V has provided a coach bus for a group trip several times for us. Each trip was great. Clean buses, pleasant drivers and safe trips.... Cant ask for anything more.
Saturday June 3, 2017, I rented a limousine for my daughters prom for the cost of $1300. One would assume that a reputable company would send me a limousine in pristine and mint condition; on the contrary the chauffeur showed up with an old faded and discolored limousine. It was such an embarrassment that I could not take pictures of my daughter entering the limousine. This is the classic bate and switch from this company. Sadly I have photos of the limousine to prove its condition. The only reason I am giving at least one star is because the Chauffeur was a true professional. Buyer beware.
I recently hired M&V for a bachelor party. We needed a vehicle that could hold 20+ for a trip into Brooklyn. Right from the start my experience was a positive one starting with the account manager Vinny. Vinny worked with me on the arrangements, provided me all the information I needed and was prompt & courteous throughout the entire transaction. My positive experience continued on the day of the party the driver was earlier, the bus was better than expected and it was very clean. Our assigned driver was fantastic! He accommodated us when we had a few who needed a bio break but still got us there on time. He could not have been more professional or courteous it seems that’s the trend at M&V (professional & courteous employees) how refreshing! This was my first time using M&V, I would absolutely hire M&V again. This was for my son so it meant a lot to me that all went well and M&V delivered!!
MV Limo – Rating 10/10!! Professional Chauffeurs showed up in black tie tuxedos that were there to help throughout the course of the day!! They fully coordinated with our photographer to insure smooth arrival! At the church ceremony they provided the laying down of the aisle runner! They also provided a discount for the Bus for the bachelorette party! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was using M&V Limousines. RJ was so easy to work with and extremely responsive, which is so important when planning a wedding. Our driver Marshall was great and everyone loved him. He was on time, courteous and knew exactly where he needed to go. We loved everything about M&V Limousines and will definitely use them again in the future for any events!
I rented A limo from here for my parents birthdays and the driver was such a sweetheart ! He arrived right on time but of course my mom was running late like usual. He was totally cool about waiting and was extremely nice. My parents said he was amazing the entire ride ! The company was great and easy making reservations. I had to change the date and time a few times and they were very accommodating each time. The Servise here was amazing and i would Absolutely recommend!
I reached out to the owners twice before I leave this review. Being a business owner myself I appreciate if there is a problem customers come to me first before leaving negative reviews. This business did not care that our limousine service for my daughters wedding was a disaster. Owners... a simple apology would have sufficed but since you already have my almost $1,000.00 payment you do not care. So to perspective customers... this was our experience. The limo arrived on time. Thats where the good ends. The driver threw us around in the back seat our entire drive from Long Island to Manhattan. We were not late their was not traffic. We were holding on not to get thrown. The A/C went out in the first 5 minutes. We were sweating and asking the driver to please get the air back working. After 20 minutes A/C was finally restored after the bride was already sweaty and wilted. The final and worse problem is my daughter steps out of limo and there is green gum all over the seat of her dress. None of us were chewing gum. Her gown was ruined right before walking down the aisle. The owners did not even apologize for any of this.

Great experience! Would hire again.Hired M&V for me wedding. Judy was so great calling a couple days before to finalize all the details. Then, 2 days away from the big day, I called to see if we could extend the time we had the car service. For an up charge, it was no problem at all. We really appreciated the flexibility.Fast forward to the wedding day: the car was early, punctual and knew exactly what the day had in store. After the ceremony we went to take pictures at a different location. Out driver was so amazing, dropping us off at the spot, waiting on the sides patiently, and the anticipating us being finished so we didnt have to walk back to the car (it was freezing out!). Our driver was professional, helpful and very pleasant to work with.If we did the wedding day again, I would definitely choose M&V Limousine again. It was so refreshing to have one less worry for the wedding day. Thank you M&V for making out New Years Eve wedding so great!
My large family used M&V for an evening out in a party bus. We had a fantastic experience - the driver was exceptionally courteous and professional, the bus was clean and well-maintained (and the perfect size), and they provided sparkling wine at my request. Booking was efficient and payment was easy. We were all very happy with the trip!
M &V limo was absolutely amazing for our wedding. They were on it with every detail, on time, and Limo was spotless. RJ is who I booked the reservation with and he was extremely helpful and hooked it up. Our driver Vito was absolutely amazing and such a gentleman and was always there to give a helping hand. Would give zero stars if possible. I waited on the day of my wedding with my sister to get picked up from the hotel and brought to our ceremony location yesterday and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Even though we got a confirmation email, apparently someone forgot to put it in the system. What ever that means.. Someone had to leave the wedding site and come pick us up. Our whole wedding was late thanks to them. Sitting outside in in front of a hotel in my wedding dress waiting for a ride that never came was pretty embarrassing.

We needed a limo for my parents 50th Anniversary. Besides the swanky feeling you get from having a limo pull up to your home, my father has mobility issues, which necessitated door-to-door service. Having never before ordered anything more extravagant than Uber, I took a chance on M&V based solely on reviews and I was very impressed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They made the reservation process smooth. The driver arrived early and was very polite. He followed directions impeccably and was waiting right outside the theatre after the show and later at the restaurant. Most importantly, my parents were impressed and it made their day extra special, which made it worth every cent.
M&V Limo is the most professional and helpful service I’ve ever used. I reserved a limousine for a night out in the city with the girls, our driver Collin was so professional, and a safe driver. He made sure to drop us off right near each of our venues, no routing issues. We arrived safe and made great time. From booking to end they were incredible. Their prices were so reasonable as well. Jason was our chauffeur. The most professional, down to earth driver I’ve ever had. He went the extra mile and catered to our every request. Limo was spotless, on time, smooth ride, and great chauffeur for a great price on a Cadillac XTS 6 passenger limo. Can’t ask for much more, we have M&V booked for our wedding day next year and will be requesting Jason to chauffeur our party bus!!
I contacted M&V limousines bc I needed a large shuttle bus for my wedding guests. I emailed this company and almost instantly Darien responded to my email with TONS of information. He was prompt and thorough and explained every option with me. We then spoke on the phone and he reassured me that everything would run smoothly and that someone would contact me the week of to finalize pick up and drop off times. The week of the wedding Judy called me and she was great. We set up times for the shuttle bus and she suggested designating one of our guests to make sure that all of our guests were easily directed to the bus. Even though I forgot to designate someone everything went smoothly and all my guests were on time. That was the only thing I was worried about but everything pulled through! I would definitely recommend this company for any of your transportation needs they are extremely professional and definitely know what they’re doing !

This company was amazing!!! For my wedding in July. Omg I never worried about what time the limo would arrive. I knew I had to be on time for my wedding and when I came outside they were there effortlessly. Our driver was so kind and so loving! My sister used this company for her wedding and when I was looking for a limo company she told me look no further! M&v is the best. She did not lie. If you want a limo company that you will not have to worry about a thing, choose them they are phenomenal. A few days after our wedding, he sent me a message of the pictures he took from our day! He was very thoughtful and kind! M&V prices are extremely reasonable and all their cars were clean when we viewed their selection before making our decision! I would definitely consider them for any occasion!
M & V was awesome to work with for our wedding planning. We met with Billy multiple times and he was a pleasure to work with. He showed us the different vehicles they had in the parking lot and recommended what would work best for us. We had a lot of moving parts for our day, between different vehicles, different pickup locations, transferring coolers, and everything worked out perfectly. The party bus that we had from the church to the reception was one of the best parts of our day. The coach buses that we used for shuttles were great and had plenty of storage for all of the items we had to bring back from the reception. All of the drivers were very personable and professional. Would recommend M&V to anyone that needs any type of transportation for their wedding or any other event!
Several people recommended M&V Limousines to me for my wedding and my husband and I couldnt be happier that we booked with them. They were extremely helpful with assisting me in figuring the timeline for my wedding day and always responded promptly to my e-mails. We booked the 1937 Packard and a Denali for the wedding party, as well as a small bus to transport our guests who were staying at a hotel. Duran was the driver for the Packard and he was absolutely wonderful. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and helped me to feel calm when driving me to the church and once we got there. He was so helpful. He saw I was cold while I was waiting outside the church so he went back to the car to get me my wrap. He helped to fix my dress while I was waiting and then took care of closing and then opening the church doors for my grand entrance. After mass, he was waiting for my new husband and I with a bottle of champagne. Although I did not ride in the Denali at all, my bridal party told me how great the driver, Carlos, was. And he was great assisting all of the bridesmaids in and out of the car, making sure they didnt fall. Lastly, the bus driver Felix was also great all day, shuttling guests back and forth and then picking my family and I up at the end of the night. We had a limousine for our wedding party and a shuttle for after the reception to take us home. Everything was fantastic. Both drivers were more than professional and accommodating. I chose M&V Limos for my wedding specifically because my friend used them for their wedding only 1 month prior. The customer service is outstanding! For my friends wedding, one of the members of the bridal party was wheelchair bound, and the driver was so helpful helping her move from wheelchair to vehicle and back. He also assembled and disassembled her wheelchair for her! For my wedding, he escorted each member of the bridal party to the limo, one by one with an umbrella, as we had to go down stairs in the rain. He brought all of our things to the limo for us as well. The driver was on time, the service is affordable, and the vehicles are so beautiful! The limo ride was definitely one of the highlights of my wedding day! Thank you M&V!!!
Our very large group had to make last minute bus reservations for a Prom after-party when another company cancelled on us. M & V not only accommodated our request, but their luxury Mercedes bus made the ride back/forth an equally exciting and enjoyable part of the evening for everyone. I just took a trip for 4 days to Boston with my school music department and Diran and Marlin were our drivers. I just wanted to take a moment and recognize how amazing they were. These guys were not only on time, flexible to changes, consistently available by phone, and professional...they showed tremendous love to my chaperones and students along the way. I have taken at least 2 field trips with charter buses a year for the past 7 years. In my 14+ trips, these two drivers were the best I have ever had. Honestly, they made our trip. We used M&V Limousines to take 35 pre-teens to eastern Long Island for an event. Driver was courteous, friendly and helpful. Booking was easy, and they checked in with us the day before and the morning of the event to re-confirm the pick-up and drop-off details. Bus was nice, spacious and clean. We recently used M&V Limousine to get to and from JFK airport, the new Volvos were gorgeous and comfortable. The service was prompt and reliable even when our return flight was delayed. My daughter and her friends used M & V Limousine for their High School Prom and after prom on June 23rd, 2016. The services that we received from Billy in the office and the driver, was exceptional. Especially the driver! The children said that the driver took very good care of them. Even when he dropped them off at various locations, did not leave until they were all safely inside. We dealt with Antonio (Tony) initially, and then with Marshall, both these guys were excellent to talk with. Lastly, on the day of our wedding, our driver Steven was on point with everything. Steven was punctual, accommodating, attentive, and intuitive; Truly a professional. For example, Steven took it upon himself to ask for our photographers phone number so he can coordinate the schedule with her, and keep her updated on our arrival from church to reception hall and everything in between (no prompting needed from us - we were impressed). I have used M&V Limousine twice already. Both times have been a very pleasant experience. I first used them for my daughters prom. I think all the kids had a better time on their party bus then they did at the prom!!! They had the limo driver taking them all over just so they could stay on the bus. It was very easy dealing with Mark and making reservations. They were my first choice just this weekend for my daughters Sweet 16. A great limo driver named Clancy took them around in an amazing limo!! Again…the service was amazing. We are about to use them again taking a party bus to the Manhattan Pier to take us to a cruise ship!!
What a great company to work with! We rented a party bus and two shuttle buses for our guests and everything was perfect. The party bus was on time, clean, had a great sound system, and fit our bridal party comfortably. Our driver Doran was absolutely adorable – he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Darin was very helpful, professional and has a great sense of humor. He stayed until 10 at night make sure our question were answered. He made us feel confident with the service we booked. The party bus wasn’t there but he order it to be there a couple days after so we can see it in person. He was very honest and gave his professional opinion. Also, he was very attentive!! I emailed him a couple of time and he answered within minutes. He answered any questions. Safe to say I feel confident I received the best service and he has gained another loyal Customer that will come again whenever there’s a special event! Darin is the best !

M&V Limousines LTD provided excellent service! The trip was very organized, everyone I interacted with from the company was very professional and the bus was in excellent conditions. It was overall a great experience. I was not that impressed with the wineries themselves, maybe adding a couple of larger, higher scale wineries would make the experience even more satisfying, at least for me. The last winery did not handle the large crowd well, they didnt seem well prepared and there was a long wait to get the wine. But in terms of the M&V service, outstanding.
I had prom last Thursday, and this was my first time using this limo service. Overall their service was excellent! Our driver was there right on time. I used M&V Limos for my daughters prom. This was my first time using Thier services. I had to switch cars and they accommodated it with no hassle. Best limo company in the business. Always great drivers, on time and nice vehicles. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours. It finally arrived JFK at 3 am. Someone was there to get us! Wow!!! And the original Driver had to be sent back due to the long delay. Also, party buses. Rented two....always prompt and great drivers. Did an awesome job for HS graduation and sweet 16. Absolutely fantastic experience. We needed a 10 person limo last minute for an office christmas party. They were the only ones who accommodated us last minute. The car was amazing, clean, brand new, and had an awesome lighting design. The driver was very respectful, well-dressed and helpful through the night. My wife and I used M&V for a night on the town in the city for the holidays to see the tree, dinner, etc. and had a wonderful time. First I booked with Jenna and I wanted to see their fleet.so I went to their lot to look at the limos. Jenna took the time to come out and show us their cars and unfortunately it was a cold day but she came out and showed us the vehicles with no hesitation. For our night we had a driver named Bob who was polite and courteous and showed up half an hour early for our night out. Even though the city was crazy it was a nice relaxing evening to be driven around and enjoy the holiday sights. I would definitely use their service again and if you can book your event with Jenna she is very helpful and patient.

There was a mistake made by me when I booked the limo fir prom night, followed by a mistake made by M&V. My e mail address was wrongly noted and I never got the confirmation, which would have alerted me to the error. I have to say that at M&V they were very nice and handled everything with professionalism. My son and his girlfriend had a blast at the prom and although they initially were not happy with the substitution from limo to party bus, at the end they told me that it was the best decision. They danced, had a blast while they were also taken well care off by their driver. Thank you so much M&V for your help in making the night memorable.

My friends and I had an amazing time with M&V Limo service for Memorial Day weekend in Northfork. The drivers were hospitable and very on top of our daily schedule. There is water in the limo so you stay hydrated, and one day we got a complimentary bottle of wine. Such great attention to detail. The limo was clean and comfortably fit 7 people (and a small dog). I highly recommend using M&V if you are thinking of having a relaxing day of wine tasting in a big group and dont want to drive!

The stretch limo for my daughters Sweet 16 was beautiful and clean. The driver was there before scheduled which was fine. The driver on the other hand did not come introduce himself. When I tried to get my daughter and her court lined up to take a picture by limo, the driver says remember we have to be at the ------- ----- by 6pm. I never got the picture because I was afraid he would not take them to there destination. He was not friendly but I found him to be rude. My husband had given him a tip that I really regret he did. With such a nice set of cars , you should really be careful about the drivers you hire. A friendly and courteous driver could have made this an amazing experience for me and my daughter. Four stars minus one for driver.

We made multiple stops throughout the day and he got us to all of them on time. He was also great about checking traffic to make sure we got to our final destination without going over on our time. M&V Limousine is amazing!! It was the week before our wedding when I called them up - we were looking for a beautiful antique car for our wedding getaway and they happily accommodated us. I mention happily because other providers I called had some serious attitude about the short notice - which only made matters more stressful - In the month before the wedding our lives were really thrown off schedule with a very sick parent. The folks at M&V didnt know this - so I think its really fantastic that they obviously treat ALL customers as VIP, not just the ones in a rough spot. The Antique Rolls was exactly what we imagined and was still affordable!! Then we decided to ask for a town car to get us from our apartment in the city to our wedding venue (we had a weekend long celebration in Port Jefferson) and they surprised us with this totally incredible stretch LIMO for the same price!!! That was definitely a highlight for the weekend - gave us a moment where we felt truly pampered and could relax - Thank You M&V!! PS - everyone I dealt with there was courteous & professional! We hired M & V limo for our sons HS Prom and from the moment we walked in the office we knew we made the right choice. Jaime and Billy helped us plan from start to finish. We even made a few changes to the car and itinerary, but instead of losing patience they were always very accommodating and even suggested options to fit our vision for a perfect experience for our son. Our driver Julian was A+++, prompt and even gave us his cell phone number to get updates throughout the night. He even went as far as taking pictures of our son to capture moments that we were not able to see. And he promptly dropped our son off at the specified time exactly!!! I paid for a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade to celebrate my 21st anniversary with my wife and my close friends. Because it was snowing about a week ago, I asked them if they clean there limos before picking us up . They said of course we have our own personal car wash . When our limo arrived for our special day the came covered in snow and ice . I was so embarrassed when all of my guests arrived. The Cadillac was disgusting. I wish I could show pictures and videos on this post. Very very unprofessional. I would never recommend them, unless you wanna garbage truck coming to your house.

I had booked a private bus for my party for a wine tour with M & V Limousine through Darian. He was so helpful throughout the many questions I had. He helped me select a vineyard package and made sure that I got my moneys worth. It is hard to book anything for a large number of people but Darian made it easy. The tour went smoothly and the driver was great as well. The private bus was very clean and stocked with cups and water bottles. The driver was in contact with me to make sure that I got back in time to go onto the next vineyard as well as back to my drop off so I would not go over my time limit. I had on Saturday May 13th for my birthday wine tour. Everything from meeting with RJ to view and book my limo, up until the drop off with Alan our lovely driver was beyond excellent. Even though I was worried about the rain, Alan went above and beyond to make sure that everything went off with a hitch from making sure I stayed dried to making sure we were on time to each and every reservation. Wonderful! The driver was English speaking and very accommodating. The bus was in very good shape when it arrived and the driver was able to fix the clogged toilet while we were marching in DC so we had it to use almost the whole time going down and all the time returning. And the company management were very understanding of our special needs and cheerfully helped me with this, my first ever experience of running a charter bus.

Billy at M&V was great! we booked our coach to shuttle the guest to & from our wedding with M&V, but we booked a car to take my wife and I to a hotel for the night with another company, who canceled 7 days before!!! I called M&V and not only did Billy sort us out with a great car, he gave us a discounted rate as a courtesy which immediately eliminated the issue and helped us tremendously! Our only regret is we didnt use M&V for everything from the start. I will definitely be recommending M&V to friends and family.

I originally loved this place. But after time so many things started piling up to increase my distaste. First time going I was promised a price that I thought was fair. But during the next meeting they decided to change their minds and boost the price back up. The next problem I faced was when they would tell me to come on the lot to see the bus we were getting...I would come and then the bus wouldnt be there/available to see. Our group was promised a specific bus however come the night of prom we received something totally different. Even though this wasnt the bus we payed for we didnt make a big fuss over it because it was getting to and from where we needed to go for 12 hrs. Although we were suppose to have the bus for 12 hrs...they cut our trip short & was told the driver has the right to do that if he wants by the manager. The driver became very hostile and when simply asked if he was going to be outside waiting to take us home, he refused to answer & left us questioning how a group of teens were going to make it home.Interestingly enough the next morning a parent called the company because someone had lost an item, come to find out that the bus that was sent to us was NOT from M&V limousines and they just sent that one over from a whole different company because they decided that other proms were more important than ours.So many people write good reviews for this place so I assume its because they have been lucky enough to get what they payed for & even get drivers that work directly with their company instead of an alternative. From the start my experience with them has not been very honest. If they were to just be honest with me, I would have completely understand. It was just the lack of respect and decent courtesy that led to an unsatisfied night.

I had a trip booked for a month with another company that cancelled on me the night before with no options for another bus except to leave 5 hours after our trip was planned and with another company. Since we had a list of 24 or so people, that was not an option.Through some friends, I was able to reach M&V and book for the next day. Mark was able to adjust some things on his end that absolutely saved our night. Very nice guy. Cant thank them enough. Highly recommend.
October 9, 2017We used M & V Limousines for transportation at our daughter’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. Rob who was the nicest person was right on point with what we needed because at the time of booking I had no idea how many guests would be at the hotels and would require transportation. He was experienced and knew what I should do and he was 100% correct. Whenever I had a question I would call and they were very obliging and patient with me.. Judy in the office was very sweet and answered my many questions. The vehicles were clean and well maintained. I did not have a single complaint. They were prompt and always courteous. Even the driver of the towncar whose sole job was to pick up the couple at 1:45 A.M. was on time (actually early). During the wedding, the driver, Ja had to make multiple trips to 2 hotels and did so professionally and quickly. Thank you Ja for making the exodus run so smoothly. Thank you to Doug, Tim and Chris for getting our guest to their hotels and venues safely and comfortably. Someone suggested that I get the contact information for the drivers - something I had not thought of doing but M&V gave me their names and numbers. They always answered the phone to provide me with their e.t.a., etc. The cost of their services were within my expectation and will use them again if needed. I was very satisfied with the services both planning the event with Billy and dealing with the driver, Zoltan, who stayed in the driveway the whole time the party went on inside.
Used them in the past and they were great. This time around however not so much. The website states 8 passenger limos yet there are none on the fleet. After putting a deposit down and booking a 12 passenger Lino I had a couple people back out. I wanted to downsize the limo and they told me they no longer carry 8 passenger limos. The smallest they had was a 10 passenger and they were all booked. They had me loose my deposit rather then keep a continuing customer. I will never use this limo company again.
Lost my cell phone and limo info in Rome Airport. After arriving at JFK, there were extensive delays in baggage and security lines. After the delays, I went to passenger info and finally was able to find your contact number and use the customer service womans cell to contact you. Much to my great relief, your driver was still waiting for us in parking lot B. Like your other drivers weve had before, she was most friendly and accommodating. A WELCOME FRIEND upon re-entering the good old US!!! Have used your company before, as has some good friends of ours.Thank you a million times over!
OMGGGGGGG LET ME WARN YOU NOW ABOUT THIS PLACE. Stay away. This company had made me wedding experience the worst. Besides getting into an altercation with one of my groomsmen they arrived late for picked up and had my wedding ceremony cut late within an hour and a half. Of course this is the same bus that’s suppose to take us from the ceremony to the reception when I asked if we can have an extra 30 mins that was taken from the ceremony because of their lateness they said no the bus must be at the reception by the time that was given. I explain if it wasn’t for the limo driver being late everything would’ve worked on time the driver just shrugged his shoulders as he didn’t even care. Mind you when they arrive late at the first pick up the first question that came out of the drivers mouth was “where was the gratuity?” Me being the bride had to get numerous of phone calls asking if there was a agreement stating that the Gratuity will be handed over before the trip was completed. Now just being frustrated I indicated to them that the gratuity was with one of my bridesmaids which was after the second pick up. Fast forward till after the ceremony and reaching the reception the limo driver followed me the bride for 30 minutes waiting for the gratuity to be handed to him; which I explained to them in the beginning it was one of my bridesmaids who had the money to provide to him. He harassed me the bride and a few of my groomsmen to the point the reception hall had to politely ask him to leave. Just as other reviews 30 minutes before my antique car was supposed to pick me up the limo place called and said there was an issue with the brakes so I had to get another car (with the backseat window was broken (it’s very unprofessional , very unorganized and very money hungry I will never ever use this place again and mind you I use limo services a lot and this is the worst one that I ever came across. If you want to have a good event and enjoy the time and not worry about simple things choose somewhere else.

Just spoke directly to owner who provided me with hands on service and pricing. I will be visiting their office to see their fleet and possibly book their services. Owner is very friendly and hands on.Since leaving my last review I have used the MV team for transportation to and from my bachelor party/ my wedding day limo/ transportation to/from airport for honeymoon. Their drivers are punctual and very friendly. Their fleet is second to none. We ordered a party bus, a 1961 Princess Rolls Royce and a passenger bus for the wedding on May 11, 2019. They were prompt, everything was clean and well equipped. Thank you for helping to make our daughters wedding an amazing and memorable day.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!* Terrible customer service, communication and drove us on illegal to drive bus.1. Planned a 25 person wine tour. They work with a wine company - M&V did not tell the wine company the information for my reservation. The day before the tour I called the wine company to confirm it all and we had completely different itineraries. I had to change my entire plan. Thank goodness I called and worked it out myself, otherwise i would have missed all my winery reservations.2. M&V outsourced my bus and driver to another company. They did not call and inform me they were outsourcing our ride. The outsourced company drove us on an illegal bus, it was missing an entire window. The driver did not even realize until we told him once the ride had started. There was no emergency window. Anyone could just jump or fall out the bus.3. I was told there was no overtime charge, they then changed me overtime, $500. When i called to work it out with them they told me they were going to take care of it and reverse the charge. I even have it in writing. They never credited me or took care of it. I called back 3x and cannot get a call back. I have to get my bank involved.Terrible, Terrible, Terrible company. Scum and cheaters.
We used M&V for multiple pick up/drop offs for my daughters wedding using various types of vehicles. The drivers were great, communication was terrific, the vehicles were clean. Would highly recommend!
I was a passenger on one of the charter buses. I wish I didnt have to give a star at all. I cant imagine how a charter bus company could allow such an awful bus on the road. Our trip was for three days. To begin with, the tour director had no microphone. The DVD player took 30+ minutes for our director to get working. Our entire trip felt like we were traveling in a wagon. Once the driver got to a certain speed the bus would shake very badly. Definitely a tire issue and not a road issue. By the third day the bus bathroom had the entire bus smelling horribly. The driver had no chemicals to properly sanitize the holding tank. Passengers at the back of the bus were feeling nauseated. This company needs to focus on maintaining their fleet of buses mechanically before every trip leaves their property. I know the tour was booked months ago so M & V definitely was not surprised when our trip went out.
I have used M and V Limo services many times and am always pleased with their amazing service and reliability. They provide optimal transportation services and offer glamorous party buses. The staff is very generous and they take care of their customers all the way. We used their party bus limo this past week for a girls night out again, and they made our drive into Long Island worthwhile. everything was very clean and spacious. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend you do the same!
After arriving at JFK from Salt Lake City, ( a Five Hour Flight)I contacted the driver and proceeded to the curb with my luggage.He saw me wave and pulled over.What happened next I couldn’t believe.The driver remained seated and popped the trunk and sat waitingFor me to load my own luggage!I have never experienced this treatment before.PS. This service cost $ 154.00 one way to Huntington.
M&V Limousines Ltd. gets my endorsement. I used M&V limousines for my wedding. Our wedding was in October of 2021. I called them a few months before as other businesses were filling up fast. From that initial phone call they helped talk me through their options and suggest what would make sense for my fiances party.They checked in leading up until or wedding and were even flexible with the final payment, which we appreciated because the wedding was in Long Island, we lived in Upstate New York, and their office was out in Commack!!! (Im from CA and didnt realize how far that drive was!!!)Most importantly, they were on time to pick up my fiance and provided excellent service to her and afterwards when she was my wife, we took the Maybach to our reception and had a moment of peace which was excellent. The driver was professional, patient, and also sociable. They got us to the reception on time and we sincerely appreciate all that they did to make the special day memorable and smooth.Thanks!
Thanks to Bill from M&V Limousines my daughter, her date and the rest of the crew made it to PROM safely and on time. He didnt rush them to get in the limo and was very patient with parents who had the opportunity to take lots of photos. In fact the kids were able to take more photos outside the venue. Bill gave the parents arrival and departure time estimates from both the prom venue and after-prom-party venue. He even offered his number so we can check with him concerning our childrens safety. The Hummer limo was clean and spacious as well. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Five days before my wedding, the vendor I had decided to use called me to tell me had issues with his limo and couldnt find a replacement. The first call I made was to M&V and the problem was resolved within minutes. Efficient, professional, and pristine service. Couldnt ask for a better experience. The service is extremely professional. Got a phone call a half hour before the arrival time explaining that the limo I ordered wasnt in service, so they upgraded me to a party bus which was amazing. Not only did I get a free upgrade, the driver got there on time and was very welcoming. Recommending the business to everyone I know.
From the moment I booked the limo I was treated politely and given all the information I needed to make my decision about using this company. Our driver, Toanah, was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure my daughter and her friends had a great night. We went to a concert at Barclays for her birthday and she met us right in front and greeted us with a big smile and even a hug! The 10 passenger Lincoln was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this company.
I decided to use M&V Limo for my recent wedding. They were a little more expensive than other limo companies but had much better reviews so I figured it was worth it. I booked a limo and 56 person coach bus with them. When I called them to book the limo it was $600 for 3.25 hours. On their website they advertised hourly rates of around $100 per hour. When I asked them about why it was double the price, they said it was because it was a wedding and they used their better, more experienced drivers. This was not my experience with them.The limo driver showed up on time and was nice. The limo was in decent condition. However, the limo driver drove extremely aggressively and rough. The entire bridal party was getting car sick and falling in the limo. The limo was very, very warm and when we tried to ask the driver to turn the air on or how we could adjust the air from the back, he didnt respond. We realized later he was wearing headphones.The bus and bus driver was the most disappointing. I had the bus from 4:30pm to 12:30am. My ceremony was scheduled to start at 6pm so I asked the bus to leave the hotel with our guests by 5:15pm and no later so they would get to the venue by about 5:35/45. All guests were told the bus would be leaving by 5:10pm and to make sure they were out there or they would miss the bus. At about 5:35 I got a call from M&V Limo saying that the bus driver called and said he had been sitting outside the hotel and no one came out of the hotel. I immediately called some of the guests that were supposed to take the bus and asked them where they were. They said they were on the bus on their way to the venue. I tried to call M&V back to let them know that everyone was on the bus - they didnt answer. The bus got to the venue late and therefore we had to start my ceremony late. After the ceremony when we were talking to some of the guests we found out that they all sat on the bus for 20 minutes and the bus driver would not leave until 5:30 even though no one got on the bus after 5:15pm. The bus driver did not speak english and did not respond when they asked him to leave. The bus ride to the venue was very rough with the bus driver was driving down the center of the road, not in lanes. He also went excessively slow and guests complained that they almost got into a few accidents while driving there.When we were leaving at the end of the night we were all on the bus and I asked the driver to leave so we could get back to the hotel while the bar was still open. He was on the phone and would not respond to anyone. Once he finished his phone call and was ready to go then and only then did we start moving. Someone in the back of the bus was feeling sick and tried to get into the bathroom which was locked. When i asked the bus driver about this it seemed he didnt really understand what I was asking and just said it was not good and was locked. The bathroom was not supposed to be locked. This point was advertised as part of the bus package.Overall, this was the most disappointing part of the wedding. We felt it added unnecessary stress. M&V should not have called me while I was waiting to start my ceremony without knowing the full story. They clearly did not send their most experienced bus drivers. Or rather, hopefully these are not their most experienced drivers.When M&V became aware of the issues we had they promptly called me to try to discuss and resolve the issues we were having. They had said they spoke to the drivers to give them some feedback regarding their service. After speaking with them, we may try and work with them again in the future.
WOW. They were awesome!!!! I must have called them 5 times during the upcoming week to my event, and they were so nice and patient with me every single time. They were extremely organized, everyone I talked to had all the same information. But what was really awesome was our driver, James. He was prompt, kind, and went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough nice things about him. The music cord in our limo wasnt working and he took care of it and the company did everything the right way. They really were just incredible and the best part of everyones night was being in the limo.

M&V provided premium customer service from Billy to Ryan. From Rockland County, I rented a party bus for the senior prom after party. I knew when the bus was leaving Long Island, the bus drivers name and was provided a 24hr contact number. The bus arrived on time, the bus driver, Jerry, was diligent watching 55 kids board the bus. The kids loved the accommodations and the ability to play their music.I highly recommend M&V and will definitely, absolutely use their service in the future. M&V Limousines made my mother-in laws 70th birthday party a perfect day. We had extremely bad weather and they worked around it with such ease. Jamie was wonderful! We used M&V limos for our recent Bachelorette weekend. Both drivers were extremely accommodating and provided great service. Prior to the actual events the office staff was amazing at helping us make the arrangements. Looking forward to the actual wedding date!
They were overall very good. We rented a partybus a shuttle and a rolls Royce. The only reason we didnt give 5 stars is because. The only reason we found out the rolls was being worked on was because my mother in law called to find out where they were because they were running late for the ceremony. They were able to repair it and were only 5 minutes late. They also provided complimentary service to the airport and the service was great. I would recommend them.

BEST COACH BUS EXPERIENCE EVER! My school recently had a trip from LI to Dorney Park and a school near by. We had 3 Volvo Buses... all from M&V. Buses were not subbed out. Buses arrived 15 minutes early. Drivers were amazing and stayed together, as requested. Kathleen who set-up the trip for us was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs.
My limo arrived on time and the driver knew exactly which way to go around the massive traffic into the city. He drove us to a few locations and remained a phone call away when we wanted to be picked up. We were able to enjoy a night in the city without all the fuss of parking and I would recommend M & V anytime you need a hassle free ride anywhere.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend by recreating prom for her birthday. After getting all dressed up, we took pictures, and I was waiting in anticipation for the limo to arrive. It arrived on time. Booked them several times now and every time gets better and better. The driver arrived a few minutes earlier than supposed to, and limo was nicely cleaned and ready to be used. Our Drive Oneil had no issues going from place to place while we were in the back having a great time for a friends bachelor party. He got to every destination without getting lost and the quickest route. It was amazing to ride in the new escalade with the jet door. EVERYONE loved it and it was definitely a nice ride to pull up in front of the club with...I highly recommend them the whole staff was great with the booking and day of experience.thanks guys

M&V was great for our event. The company was well organized during the scheduling process. The driver was great also. When we had to make some last minute changes to the plan, M&V was able to accomodate and fulfill our needs.
Great experience with M&V. Called them almost last minute and ray was able to get us the limo we needed with no problems. Vito was our driver and hes the man. Showed up right on time and picked us up, which was in the middle of nowhere, and when we needed him to get us I gave him a text and he was there in minutes.
Driver was on time waiting on us both directions. He was very knowledgeable of all the equipment on the party bus and gave a great tutorial before we left. They made my daughters sweet 16 amazing literally from start to the end. When booking, speak with Rob. He is great!

Amazing experience with this company. Hired 2 limos for a bachelor party, both drivers were very profesional and respectful. Along with their booking staff who are top notch. The limos were spotless and top of the line, they looked brand new. I use limo services on the regular basis for most of my events and this is my first time working with this company and they surpased all my expectations. They will be my first choice for transportation services from now on.

I had called about a week in advance to book busses for a college formal, where we would need two large busses to transport 112 students to and from the venue safely. After realizing I had not received an invoice on the busses, I began to panic and called again the day before our formal. I was put in contact with Darian from M&V Limousines who immediately went to work to correct the situation. He talked me through everything he was doing, asking questions and really taking the time to understand the details of the situation. He is the most helpful, accommodating, and hands on trip planner I have had the experience to work with. What could have been a disaster was turned into an easy and stress free experience. 2022-05-09M&V were fantastic. Our driver Vito was professional attentive and was easy to contact. We had our junior prom and he provided updates on locations and status. He was great and the kids loved him! Booking was easy and Jenna was great they emailed and called to confirm pick up and drop off. They made a wonderful night for the kids and a great experience I would highly recommend!

Exceptional detail was used to ensure we had the best possible trip we could imagine. Our driver Vito was superb. Incredibly professional but also very down to earth. He went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. He also was very knowledgeable about the city and gave us great tips while we navigated the city. If we could give this company 100 stars, we would. Id recommend their services in a heartbeat.

2022-04-17We used M&V limos for a bachelorette/bachelor party night and Tony the driver was amazing! Always there perfectly on time. Always with a smile. He was the best limo driver we have ever had. Honestly made our night. The limo was clean and modern. Had a great sound system and lighting. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service every step of the way also. If you have a chance to use this company you’ll have a great time!

2021-12-20We cannot recommend M&V limousines & transportation enough. We hired them for our wedding day, as our ceremony took place at a different location than our venue – and we’re so happy we chose them as our transportation vendor. We were worried about traffic, but our drivers made sure we got there safely and as quickly as possible and helped us feel at ease the whole time. They were experts at navigating the city streets and made sure we were having a great time while we aboard the trolley & busses. Each of the drivers was amazingly professional and friendly. We highly recommend hiring them for any event you may have coming up!

2022-04-18We rented their 45 passenger party bus for our daughters birthday. It had a bleach smell to it, the floors were all sticky from beer and when they pulled up there were empty beer cans rolling around. As I started cleaning up to let everyone inside and load up the 1 ice bin, I found empty beers and cups in the ice box. It looks like they had the bus out the night before and just added waters to the mess. It was a complete disaster. I only used this place because the place I usually use was booked. No comparison between the two. Trans star executive is the way to go if you want to rent a party bus. The only good part with this company was the driver. I felt he got us there and back safely. I will never be using this company again and neither will any of the 35 people I had on there.

2022-04-05Initially had a great conversation with the company or book my limo for my wedding. They took my $200 deposit and only sent us a receipt. This receipt had ridiculous terms of service taking about customers not writing bad reviews and them not being responsible for sending the wrong limo. I called back and explained that we didn’t feel comfortable with these terms and requested a refund. I was told that they would issue it right away. Well it’s been almost a week and my refund has still not been issued. I feel like I am being played. All I am asking for is a refund because I don’t feel comfortable with the company’s terms of service which are only listed on a receipt when no contract was given. This company needs to understand that plans change and we customers request a refund it needs to be issued. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and they think that I’ll forget about my money. Please issue the refund or I will need to take legal matters.

2022-06-09I’ve used m & v for my whole life. Well at least my parents did when i was younger. Then when i was getting married this year i decided to go with them because of their selection, prices, and decent ratings. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. We were disappointed when the vintage car was choose didnt make it to the wedding on the day of no less! In addition, the driver made a huge mistake the day of! Not going to get into the details but that’s the reason for the minus 1 star. Overall, lance our other driver was beyond fantastic and the company was able to repair any of the damage done.
