I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with my experience at Mangino Cheverolet! My salesman, Cliff made it so seamless. I had a tight schedule and the expectation of leaving with my new Blazer the same day. He took on that challenge and pretty much had everything prepared before I even arrived on the lot! As soon as I pulled onto the lot he was there to greet me. Cliff made the time spent waiting enjoyable with engaging conversation and setting up my phone app and OnStar. The hospitality truly was second to none and by far the best I have ever experienced! Three hours after pulling onto the lot, I pulled out of it with my new Chevy Blazer!!! I will certainly recommend Cliff and Mangino Cheverolet to anyone who is looking to by a vehicle!
The problem I had was a check air bag system light...was fixed once before by cleaning and re-attaching harness connector. This time, however, the problem was a little more detailed. I was told that the harness connector under the passenger seat was getting worn and would eventually need to be replaced. The part could not be ordered because it is discontinued..so I find myself wondering...why would GM install a safety component in a vehicle in 2009 and not be able to get that part (for an airbag system) in 2022?
Everyone is so friendly I felt like family! And the place is so clean & beautiful! Floors sparkled. And how nice tht u had a coffee bar for the customers. Its a wait I didnt mind! Ty u to all. U all work so hard! I use to own my own business too. (WELLER HOME CARE PRODUCTS) So u know the importance of everythg being right! And u guys hit the nail on the head! Ty again
I specified my Concerns about my GMC 2013 3500 truck, They called me saying that it would cost about $1100 to fix it which didn’t bother me, but two hours later the check engine came on with a bunch of codes so it seems like you guys don’t have professional staff to listen customers concerns and fix things proper
Fantastic pricing and friendly sales staff. I worked with Curtis who took his time to listen to all of my questions and when he didnt have an immediate answer asked another member of the sales team. Curtis worked through all of the incentives and rebates for me and I ended up with a really good deal on a new electric Chevy Bolt. I would definitely recommend Mangino Chevrolet if you are looking for a new car.
Hands down the best experience Ive had buying a truck ever...no sitting around for hours...just straight up I knew what I wanted..the numbers worked..done deal..wife loves her new to her ride!!! Ive bought a lot of trucks over the years...which I am not a fan of car dealerships....these guys made it so simple and painless...it was unreal...go see rich and shawn if you want a no BS deal and amazing customer service
I cant say enough good things about Mangino Chevrolet, always professional, always courteous & always respectful, the entire staff conducts themselves in this manner, always. I have never had a bad moment at Mangino Chevrolet. Service is prompt, all requested service/maintenance is done in a timely manner & the service/maintenance has always been done right the 1st time. Mangino Chevrolet is truly a 5 Star dealership.
Scheduled list of services to include tire rotation, wheel alignment, oil change, passenger door lightbulb check and quote on 3rd brake light replacement...... I received a tire rotation and oil change.. was told alignment machine was being removed currently.. fantastic, but I doubt that was a last minute decision. Dont schedule me to come in for work and then only be able to do 1/8 of the work. Found out nothing on door light. Nobody looked. And Im not loosing anymore money taking time off work to visit this dealership for another in-service. Thanks but no thanks.
Great service! got a video of my car while up on the lift checked over everything on my vehicle and topped off my windshield fluid. explained what was wrong with my car and made sure to do what they could as fast as they could to fix my car. would recommend them to anyone!
We went to a few dealerships and had awful experiences with customer service and sales, I am so happy we got referred to try Manginos from a good friend, and even happier they told us to ask for Jessica. We have bought a lot of cars over the years all over the place and Jessica was hands down the best person to work with ever. Honest, caring and professional. Didnt try to talk us into or out of anything we were interested in. We told her our wants and goals and she made it happen! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
One dealer in Albany had me show to an appointment to look at two trucks they didnt even have and another told me nobody had a used Chevy 3500hd loaded crew cab long bed dual rear wheel truck with low miles. Mangino let me take it 50 miles home overnight to show my wife. Needless to say, it has a permanent home in my driveway. Thanks Harvey, Rich and Sean for the amazing deal and your total honesty. What a great place to do business.
I bought a vehicle there, sales was amazing!! A year later, had to have service fix my fan, and the customer service for their service department was ridiculous!!! Chris was rude, I dropped my car off Friday morning, was told they couldnt get the part til Monday and it would be fixed then, I called Monday to see if it was done, and Chris says Im pretty sure i told you it would take a few days for the part to come in i said no, you told me Monday it would all be taken care of hence why Im calling on a Monday he continued to tell me he KNOWS he told me a few days for the part, so I said please check, well the part WAS there, go figure, but he was rude and it was uncalled for!! Wish my warranty was for a different place!
Your dealership delivers! I`ve had my truck serviced there several times, and each time you have been very professional, efficient, and courteous. Your staff is 0rganized, and communicates well with the customer. I would recommend your dealership to everyone. You can figure me as being a repeat customer and also when I`m ready to purchase a new pick up, I will be paying you a visit. Job well done, your kind are hard to find today.
These folks are top notch, always treat you like a family member. My inspection was due to expire today, and they had no appointment slots open. They said they could squeeze me in, but I’d probably have to wait a while. Bottom line....barely a wait, all is good. I highly recommend Mangino!!!

My first time at Mangino Chevrolet Service and I was very impressed. My vehicle was brought in immediately, I was advised about open recalls and given an accurate time estimate for the repair. I was kept up to date on progress and notified promptly when it was done. I’ll be coming here for all my future service needs.
I brought my 1500 horsepower corvette here to have a built transmission installed and could not be any happier with the experience. The turn around time was way faster than expected. The people there were amazing and the quality of work was better than any other dealership/Shop I have ever been to. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
The sales person Rachel was amazing. She knew everything about the tahoe and if she didnt she made sure she found out quickly. Everyone there was nice and made me feel like family. I was really impressed with the speedy service and knowledge of Mr. Coffey. I walked in he greeted instantly. Upon telling him my issues he addressed them right away without trying to add other things just the issues at hand. He told me it would be and hour and 30 minutes and it was. I was given a video of my service while I waited to show the integrity of the service. Well done!!

Spent two different days at Mangino. Spent almost two thousand dollars for service and the next day I get an email telling me that I can get 20% discount for repairs! We will wait andsee if Mangino honors this. I doubt it, but will wait and see what kind of dealership Manginoactually is
Jessica was wonderful! We came in last minute for a trade appraisal, unsure of what vehicle we were looking for. Within a short amount of time Jessica helped us narrow down what we wanted, the best vehicle options, and into a test drive! I always have a good experience at Mangino. The wait in the waiting room is never a long one, its always under an hour. All the employees Ive talked to are very polite and helpful. After I pulled my car in the building, the first gentleman opened my car door for me as I was about to get out.. and even opened the glass door for me to go into the office! Manners are always in style! Also, I love getting the iService video on my phone.
After having my Check engine light go on calling for service light go off have to call back and cancel. The light still go on and off for the last 4 years and being told Im not putting the gas cap on right or I didnt use mobil gas it turns out to be the computer chip needed to be up dated. You should have a way to check it a faster way.
Jeff is a pro and helped us along with our buying experience. My wife and I are probably not the easiest customers, especially since we rarely agree on what that new car should look like, but Jeff took his time to walk us through the process and then went out of his way to find us the vehicle that we were looking for. We will probably give Mangino Chevrolet the first try when we are ready to upgrade our next vehicle.
Another fantastic service from the Mangino Chevrolet Service Team. The video of the maintenance inspection is very useful, since I usually do not get to see the critical components this close. It is very helpful to plan for preventive maintenance as well. In the 10 years I have dealt with Mangino Service, it has been very impressive and pure joy ! I brought my 2015 Chevy Equinox in for a service appt due to a check engine light issue, and couldn’t be happier with my decision to bring my vehicle to Mangino Chevrolet, even though it was purchased elsewhere. I was assisted by Mike Coffey throughout the process, and he was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was updated on my vehicle status and informed of what exactly had been done and why during the service appt. Would not hesitate to return here for future service (or sales) needs, they did a great job!!
When I walked in, I was greeted at the front desk immediately and friendly. I knew exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was not at the dealership yet. Proceeded with the paperwork. The truck estimated arrival was 3/1/21. It arrived earlier. I was able to come and finish paperwork and pick the vehicle up. Very easy process.
I recently had some issues with an Albany Chevrolet dealer and decided to go back to Manginos. The Albany dealership told me I needed a $1000 worth of work done on my truck. Manginos assured me the brakes were fine on my 3 year old pick up, it passed emissions testing, it did not need an alignment and the tires were good. They have my business!!!!
I really like Mangino Chevrolet. I feel confident when I go there they wont try to talk me into a service that I dont need. When they give me my invoice the tech will advise me the service will need at my next service. I was concerned with Covid I wouldnt be able to get service on my car, and was so relieved I could.
Nice enough. Now well see how it goes from here. I believe honesty with integrity are qualities Im looking for. 8/31...We decided to buy the Armada from Mangino. I must say it was effortless. Sakes people were very professional and listened to my concerns and took care of all of them Ill be back!
My Equinox needed a minor repair. The service department picked up my car, diagnosed it, repaired it, and returned it to me in less than 4 hours! Ive worked in the dealerships for 10 years in another state. Ive never seen such fast AND quality work from a service department. I will definitely be using Mangino Chevy for all of my future service needs.
Rachel Ferina is a very attentive, patient and caring salesperson. She is knowledgeable about her stock and knows when to ask for help if needed. She took extra time helping me understand the car’s computer abilities.Service department is excellent with well trained staff. All staff were friendly and accommodating during my visits so far.
Every aspect of the transaction went very smoothly; including setting up and syncing new vehicle to my phone along with establishing other personal preferences. Also, surrendering old plates and competing all the work for the Department of Motor Vehicles was an incredible perk for the customer.
Service department is excellent! Took my car in, no hassles, work is done quickly, efficiently, cleanly, they go the extra mile! I like the video inspection! Looking forward to some day having a Bolt EV, our friends have two. If charging stations were close, it would be great!
A few months ago, I changed dealerships from Mohawk Chevy in Clifton Park, to the Mangino Buick dealership in Ballston Spa. That visit was an unexpectedly thrilling experience for a simple service call.I then decided to see the Chevy dealership in Amsterdam when my lease was up in April. I was referred to Mike Hodsoll and he was absolutely patient and never rushed through anything, including the lengthy OnStar call.I had been torn between another Equinox and the Bolt. Mangino was having an unbelievable sale on 2020/21 Bolts and thats when Mikes knowledge and customer focus came into play. He never allowed an interruption when we were speaking; I was given his total focus. Electric cars were new to me and when I came back from a test drive, I was sold. I was thrilled to see Chevy putting into action their commitment to electric vehicles!Mike helped me to get my monthly payment into the range I was comfortable with, and Sean, in the Finance Dept, was able to secure a great financing arrangement.All in all, I love Mangino Buick/Chevy. They are so focused on the customer that it is amazing in this day. I cannot say enough great things about Mike and Sean and the Mangino management who make it possible for their employees to take such great care of their customers. I would recommend both dealerships for service or buying/leasing a vehicle without reservation.Chevy - be PROUD of the MANGINO dealerships!!
Ordered a new service truck in May of 2019 through Mangino. I was dealing with a VERY incompetent salesman who missed a few options we really needed in the truck. I hastily approved the order since the previous quote appeared to have all the options I needed (final order did not).Got the truck in Jan 2020 (delays beyond their control). Truck has NO exhaust brake- VERY important feature for towing. Also missing couple small items, not a major issue on these. Whoever ordered it clearly has no clue what they are doing but yet call themselves medium duty specialists.Owner/management do not care about about the customer after the sale. They offered me a $7500 less if I wanted to trade the truck in & order another one- it has 160 miles on it! You know they would just discount it maybe $2000 and sell it right away since these are on back-order. All they care about is profits & even thought about making more money off me on trade!Truck is now at East Chevy Chevrolet now getting exhaust brake enabled. They went above & beyond to help me resolve this issue when Mangino gave up a couple days later.Highly suggest you drive the extra distance to a competent & caring dealership. Mangino is part of the reason why most people cringe going to car dealerships.
Extremely satisfied customer service was very pleasant. I feel they go above and beyond to take. Care of the customer. I own 3 vehicles 1 being a Chevy the 2 different make. But I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else but to manginos Amsterdams. They have the best customer service and employees. And in the dealership department also.but would like to give a special shout out to Rich Youngs hes also been there for me. He has gone above and beyond for me. Thank you...
We had our car serviced there and they were very polite , courteous, and professional. They treated my car so well and I cant tell you how much it.thrilled me to see that they took such care to put down paper mats so not to get floor dirty, and a special wrap on my steering wheel so that also didnt get soiled. What a very well organized runned efficient garage, office Manginos is and the people are also very polite, thoughtful, and very respectful. I wont have any trouble thinking twice about bringing my vehicles back to Manginos , or doing business with them in the future, or will I have any trouble passing a good word along telling all my friends and family what great service was done by them. Really good. Made a call on Sunday, said what car we wanted to lease. Got a price in 15 minutes. We came in the next day, did the paperwork and picked up the care the next day. Rich, Michael, Dean and Tony were all very good to work with. We are from Rotterdam, and were glad we came your way instead of trying in Albany or Colonie.
The experience was pretty good. Had a few issues with the vehicle I purchased. Brought the vechicle back for repairs needed but all were not addressed. Yes they may have been minor issues but that extra step would have given them the 5 star instead of the 4 I gave them. The vehicle had a scratch from the top of the front windshield to the bottom and for some reason I have all but the passenger front floor mat. |
I bought a used car through them. To start the car was filthy and had warped rotors. I asked specifically if I could have the brakes changed and the car detailed as part of the deal and they agreed. The following week I come to pick the car up to see they resurfaced the rotors and literally just used tire shine on the car.
I had heard great things about the service but what I experienced was the exact opposite. Went in for a tire repair and oil change, ended up having to replace the tire which I had no problem with but I had to go back to have them correct my tire pressure AND they never topped off fluids during the oil change. I called, told them and they never reached out to make it right. That was my first and only time I used the service.
Anytime, I go to this dealership, I always have had an excellent experience. They always are very professional and explain what they did. This time I had a problem with my car, I contacted the dealership and spoke with a very nice gentleman who listened to my problem and asked me to bring the car into look at it. I brought it in and spoke with Jody, who is very professional and also listened to my concerns. When I picked up the car she explained everything they did and let me know that they could not duplicate the problem I was having and let me know what the checked. They even called the next day to see if I had the problem again and I had not. It is nice to work with a group of professional people who are always friendly to you and listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
Great Service! I had scheduled to get my truck inspected, oil changed, and my travel trailer inspected. When I arrived it started to down pour, the service tech ( I believe his name is Greg) came out and did the inspection and told me to stage the trailer in back parking lot. As I was unhooking the trailer Greg came running out and held an umbrella over me as disconnected. He said he was going to change his cloths before he did the service on my truck. Joe behind the counter was very pleasant as was all the staff behind the counter. The waiting room was very comfortable and spotless. The service took less than expected, Ive been in a lot of dealerships and Manginos service was by far the best. Hats off to a great team.
I highly recommend Rick Bell and Rich Youngs even to my own friends and family. I did my research on the car I was looking to buy, and I knew what it was worth. Rick and Rich were able to work together to give me a substantially lower rate for the vehicle than other Chevrolet dealerships were asking for. They never lied to me, and they never made me feel pressured to agree to anything that I wasnt comfortable with. This is in contrast to the Albany dealership that I went to.In the end, we were able to negotiate a deal that Rick, Rich, and I were all happy with. This is likely the best experience I could have hoped for when leasing a new vehicle, and I cant say enough good things about them.As far as the rest of the Mangino dealership goes, their repair service is fast. The waiting room is very clean, and they have tea/water. Im pretty sure they have coffee too!7 MONTH UPDATE:There isnt a single word in this review that I would take back. When I am ready to buy or lease my next car, you can bet that Ill be looking to Rick and Rich of Mangino Chevrolet.
Worked with Casey in sales who was really great. He ran through all the options before I finally made my decision and he even checked if he could find other options to make sure I received a good deal. He knew knew each person who bought a car and what they traded you can really tell they car about their customers. I compared rates around the region and drove 30 mins because they had better rates. I definitely recommend!!
I really wish I had all positive things to say, I ended up with an amazing vehicle but I probably wouldnt get a Chevy from this location again.The test drive and purchase of my new truck went well. The salesman had lots of promises about everything being perfect, and reminded me that he needed a perfect review about 100 times. Thinking back the review (and subsequently his bonus) was what they are trained to care about and not the overall customer experience.I go to pick up my new truck a few days later and a few of the addons were not installed. They said they were back ordered but it was obvious that they forgot since they then could get them in 1 day. I agreed to come back the next day to get them installed.Now the third time at the dealer I arrive for what is supposed to be a 1 hour install of a tanhoe cover and floor mats. I quickly learn they ordered the wrong parts and their solution was to take the cover off another vehicle in the lot. Not only did the maintenance take 3 hours instead of 1, now I have second hand parts on my brand new truck. I figured I would shrug it off, told the salesman he would still get his perfect review, and was just happy to be done with it.Then a week later I get a call to tell me they forgot to put the paint sealant on the truck that I paid extra for. Now I get to drive back for the fourth time and this time leave the vehicle. The hard part of this is I asked 2 separate people if the work on the paint was done when I got the truck and they said yes, obviously they just say what you want to hear. I drop the vehicle off and after hanging around for 30+ minutes waiting for my loaner they almost gave me one with no gas so I had to wait longer for a fill up.Now the fifth trip back today they tried to charge me for the gas in the loaner vehicle. The only reason I had it to begin with was because of their incompetence. Fortunately I think this saga is finally over.Short story is you can get a decent vehicle here, but plan to come back time and time again for it to be the way you were promised.
My experience at Mangino Chevrolet was fantastic! I cant say enough about all of the employees- especially Dave! From the moment I first walked into the dealership I knew I was at the right place! I received such a warm welcoming feeling from everyone. Im so thankful for Dave and all of his knowledge! He helped me tremendously throughout the whole process of buying my first Chevrolet! Im looking forward to future purchases at Mangino- I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Looked into buying a truck with Mangino Chevrolet, the service through the sales department was absolutely horrible. The salesperson I was working with failed to answer most of my questions, or respond to them. Talked to a manager and heard from the sales person once more after that, before being ignored.Very disappointed in your customer service.
I bought a Used Truck here . 2015 Silverado back in June. The truck had scratches on both sides of truck front to back. Asked if they could get it fixed. the salesman came out with a bottle of rubbing compound and handed it to me and said her you go . you will have to do it. Well so much for service. HA HA HA Never go back again.
The people at Mangino Chevrolet are all super nice, and very professional. Definitely much better than the other guys, who are actually closer to us. We will continue to purchase and service our vehicles through Mangino. The team at Mangino definitely makes all the difference...
Good customer service but I will not be returning. I was misled to believe in my lease agreement to have 4 free oil changes over the course of 2 years; this is false. Also, it took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil in my car and rotate the tires when I had a scheduled appointment. This amount of time is excessive in my humble opinion.
Tony Isabella is the BEST salesman and Mangino is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are honest and hardworking and do whatever they can to support the customer. Mangino Chevrolet is 1.5 hr drive from our home, but well worth the travel. We purchased a truck 4 years ago from Tony and had such a great experience that we were comfortable going back. We have looked at Chevrolet trucks all over the northeast and I can tell you, none have the touch that Mangino has. Tony I. and Mangino are a dealership that supports the honest, hardworking man. If you are a Chevy truck man, give Tony Isabella a try; you wont be disappointed.

Jodi in service went well above and beyond to make sure my 04 Suburban was safe and sound. The old truck was sitting idle for 9 months. My steady mechanic had it for 6 weeks and couldn’t figure out what MANGINO found out and fixed in 3 hours. Kudos to the technicians and Jodi!
Ive done business with Mangino before and returned because I like the helpful, low pressure atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful, answered my questions, and never made me feel like I was pressured into buying. I love my new car and know they will support me in the future.
I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Premier AWD new form Mangino Chevrolet new aprox. 2 years ago. the service has been excellent. What Im not understanding is not passing my inspection because my tire or tires were 1/16 to low on tread to pass. my vehicle came with Michelin Premier LXT tires on it which are rated at 60,000 miles. My vehicle doesnt even have 18,000 miles on it.?????
My car salesman Victor made the experience! He was very kind and down to earth and more than willing to help me get into my first new car at the price range I wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner and my new car is absolutely amazing! Couldnt have gone to a better place or had a better experience!
I brought my vehicle to Mangino’s after a turkey ran into my windshield and totally cracked it. Michael Cofey(service advisor) was very attentive to me and the situation I was dealing with. I asked him if I could leave my vehicle and if he could have someone take care of my windshield. He took care of everything. Mike called me the next day and told me the windshield had been replaced. I picked up the vehicle the next day and everything was done as if it never happen. I am a loyal customer, but I would consider what Mike did above and beyond great customer service. Buyer beware!!! Drove 2 two hours to test drive a vehicle, before leaving home we confirmed our appointment to test drive and purchase only to get there and have a an employee take the car home. Wanted us to wait for him to drive the car back to dealership and wait around, knowing it was well over a 15 minute drive back, we were already sitting in cube for 30 minutes. While they tried to find the car. We have them 15 more minutes and their reply was well thats not going to happen Needless to say we will never be back or recommend Mangino to anybody. Do not trust anything they tell you!
I went to have a window replaced at 4:30 PM. That was done within the time promised. I had an additional question regarding USB ports that werent charging our phones. The service people said that there was no one there that could check them out, there was no there qualified. I was told by the Service Person that I could have them checked when I return for my first oil change at 6000 miles. (I was at 3200 at the time) I question, if I return for an afternoon appointment for an oil change, if there will be anyone qualified to check the USB ports....11/30/2017: Update, USB ports checked on 11/27 & parts had to be ordered. Returned on 11/30 for installation of ordered parts. After 50 minutes I was told that another part would have to be ordered. Maybe they still dont have anyone qualified......Update: Mangino Chevrolet contacted me and explained the specifics of what needed to be done and the need to have the car for a day to ensure that everything was corrected with the USB ports.The repair was rescheduled quickly and Mangino made sure I had a loaner during the repair so that I would not be inconvenienced.Now that I have my car back I am VERY happy as everything works as it should. Also, Mangino stepped up and communicated much better in explaining each step of the process.I am MUCH happier and confident that my car will be in good hands when I take it to Mangino for Service and Repairs!
I use Mangino a lot for repairs on my vehicle. I was a surprised that changing a 3rd brake light would be 2 hours in labor. When I asked, the service tech told me to remove the light myself and bring it in and they would pop it back in free of charge since I was buying the part from them as well. I took the 10 minutes to disassemble the part so all that was required where 3 plug ins on the light and three screws on the top (a 5 minute job) and was charged $90+ for the labor. I am a little disappointed in the service dept.
To pay $59.99 for a oil change is high way robbery $15 for 4 quarts of oil when i can get a entire case for that price is ridiculous. i asked them to look at my back brakes left side because it was making a noise and they went ahead and took the brakes all the way off did some work without my ok and then charged me another $50 i will not come to this dealership again for service or for another vehicle my parents get free oil changes and tire rotation from thier dealer and thats where i will b going
What a great buying experience it was with Mangino Chevrolet.After having the truck I was considering sold at Whitemans and at Maltbies the deal changed from what i was verbally quoted and neither were willing to make the deal I wanted on a comparable truck. Maltbies wanting me to stop in a third time to discuss it was a joke and would of been a waste of time.I made a phone call to Manginos and spoke with salesman Tony Isabella telling him I was price shopping at several dealers and I wanted them to pick the truck they could make me the best deal on. It had to be a 4x4 1500 Silverado Crew cab with power windows and heated seats and the hands free phone controls.Within 10 minutes Tony and the Sales Manager, Rich Youngs called me with the deal they could offer me based on their vehicle and what I had to trade in. I asked them to fax it to me and i had it in writing within 5 minutes. I drove there after work last night, drove the new truck and they confirmed they could do the deal as quoted after seeing my truck. I then met Shawn Bulger, the business manager and they all stayed late last night to work out the details. It was well worth the hours drive each way to their dealership from where I work. Only 2 trips to complete the transaction.Early this morning Shawn called to tell me he had gotten me approved with the best rate at NMT bank who I have never done business with but will be looking into working with in the future as they have a glens falls branch. They prepped the truck and delivered it to me along with a bottle of champagne at 1:30 today.What a great team they are. If you go to see them, be sure to tell them I sent you as apparently the have a referral program and will send me a nice check for the referral.
I dont know if its the dealer or GM directly, but the service department doesnt know how to get parts efficiently and demands that you pay for your parts before your keys will be handed back to you, even if they cant provide the parts. I went around and around with GM corporate and the dealer and no one had any reasonable or good information as to why the parts requested were not available. This is very poor customer service for a vehicle that is only 3 years old. The parts directly affect the safety and performance of the vehicle.Updated 5/2/19:Vehicle repaired after waiting 3 months for the parts. No payment assistance from GM or the stealership. Total cost $984.69 for sensors that failed with 3 years.
I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala. Sales agent was excellent in interpreting my needs and suggesting a vehicle that met those needs. All my questions and concerns were answered completely and extra effort was expended to explain purchase process from beginning to end. I was surprised that the dealership handled everything from vehicle registration, financing, insurance transfer and programming features of the vehicle so that I didnt have to worry about them.
I have been a die hard Ford F-150 owner for 30+ years and this was my first time in the dealership and my very first Chevy pick up that I have ever owned, my first impression of the service team,my Silverado, and the facility itself was WOW.... excellent first impression was made...!
First I dealt with was sales person, Tony Commisa. I came back to Mangino two weeks later and he remembered me. With his 37 years in the automotive industry, Tony has a large knowledge of working with people and getting answers to my questions. Tony did not pressure, but listened to me as the customer. Instead of going back and forth with me and his General Manager, Dave Groesbeck. Tony got Dave and we talked turkey. Dave, also listened and did not pressure me. We made a deal and I said “SOLD”. If you are going to Mangino for a new or used vehicle, I recommend see Tony and Dave.

2022-02-23This service trip was one of the best. Last year August started some not so pleasant service trips several trips later I swore I wouldnt be back. The service issue this time was handled by more professional service advisors (Mike Coffey Jr and Mike Werner) that knew what they where talking about. From now on any issues I have will be handled by one of those two. Im glad to regain my confidence

2022-05-17Went to sell a vehicle and their purchase tactics include telling you that you car is tired or needs work within a times 1 minute 30 seconds in the car. Fun fact it passed inspection the day before with NO repairs needed and had been properly maintained since purchased. Don’t trade/sell your car here.
