I just moved into an absolutely beautiful apartment on the Upper East Side thanks to Manhattan Flats and Yael Avi David. When I tell you my process couldn’t have been easier — Yael made my apartment hunting experience so effortless and wonderful and I recommend Manhattan Flats to anyone looking in NYC. I truly couldn’t be happier thanks to Yael!!! 10/10!

I was looking for an apartment in a time crunch and was shown an apartment that I liked and applied for. Was told like 1-2 days and that too only after I asked that the owner wants $200(1900) more than the price I was told. So sort of a bait and switch.Guess I should have seen this coming as this was not listed by them anywhere but I saw the same apartment listed by another agency on StreetEasy for $500(2200) more. When I asked them about it they said they are both showing it, the $1700 price of theirs wont last so to apply soon.Wouldnt recommend you to trust them based on this experience.

I was looking for an apartment on very short notice and Yael and her team were great. They really do their best to find the best place for you within your budget. I highly recommend using them when finding your next place in NYC.

I had a really wonderful experience with my property manager, Yael which is quite uncommon in New York City! She promptly responded to my texts, emails, and calls to answer any questions I had or help fix something in my apartment. Shes super warm too and friendly too—one of my best renting experiences in the city to date.

I contacted this business everytime I visited NYC for short term stay years ago. Good location and better price than hotels. Dont know if they are still offering short term stay for the visitors.

They were able to help me find an apartment that had what I was looking for yet not over my budget, made sure all the paperwork and handling was taken care of, and continue to occasionally check in with me making sure things are well. Couldnt ask for better people! Highly recommend!

This was the besssssssst experience ever. I rented out my first studio in NYC three years back. My mom was around to help out. This was my first time ever dealing with a brokerage firm. N then I met Yael who helped me through the process. Yael is superrrrr nice.. She is the besssssst ever. Over years we developed such a nice bond. I never had any complaints with the service and more over the attention I received during my stay was exceptional. One day I even misplaced my keys at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. Yael had the copy and she was responsive and she actually came out of the way to help n drop the keys at the office. I mean, you rarely find such nice n kind people in NY. To all the Yelp readers.. If its your first time and you need help finding an apartment do not think twice just go for Yael at Manhattan flats. She is bessssssst ever.

This company is a pleasure to do business with. Yael is always available, always finding solution, a straight forward and realistic woman who will do what she says and help you out. She got me the best deals and continued helping even after lease signing. Recommend 10/10.
