New to the area, Mannys was highly recommended. Called Wednesday afternoon to ask if they were taking new customers, and explained car wouldn’t start but I could have it towed there Thursday. Wanda said they could look at it Friday and would call to inform me what was wrong. I let Friday and the weekend go by not hearing from them. Called again Monday afternoon to see if it was even looked at. Wanda said it was all set and ready to go. I explained someone was supposed to call me before any repairs were started, repairs were NOT approved or authorized. She rudely said, guess I’ll have to go yell at someone. Told her I would have to wait to pick up car since I wasn’t not prepared for the cost they had given me. When I arrived I asked why no one called, said she wasn’t there Friday so didn’t know why the call wasn’t made. She continued to say “we don’t normally call anyone” which I replied “then don’t tell someone you’re going to”. They wouldn’t work with me due to the inconvenience and failure to follow NYS regulation. Then when she said the total, I handed her the credit card and she huffed saying she would have to add 3% fee and that using a card costs them to lose money. Not my problem. Was directed by DMV to file complaint, will be doing just that. Tired of be hassled by repair shops. Unacceptable.

Work was done properly.prices were very fair. Lady in the office was not good. Overheard her saywish people would wait for us to call. Communication from the office was terrible.

Had them replace my fuel pump on my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Very pleased with customer service and quickness of getting my truck back even though it went a little over my quote that Pat provided. Very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to any one and would defiantly use them again.

My family and I havent taken our cars 2mannys corner for the past 16 + years. You can trust them to do a good job and not bend you over with the bill. If you bring your car to Mannys Corner Garage you can trust that when you look at the bill everything listed on it is Justified. The work listed on the Bell is work that needed to be done. Personally, I remember this one time when I took my car to a different garage to get 4 snow tires put on my car. The Other Garage told me that I needed to replace the front right ball joint in my car. Instead of getting the repairs done at The Other Garage I took my car up to Mannys Corner Garage. It turns out that was a smart move. Because Mannys told me that the Ball Joint on my car was perfectly fine. It didnt need to be replaced. Mannys Corner Garage save me a bill of $550 Honest mechanics, who has fair pricing.

If you want to be ripped off thats the place to go.They use old and used parts from junkyard, and charge you for a new part.STAY AWAY ,Pat is a scumbag
