Chris saved the day! Thanks again for your professionalism and kindness. Upstairs bathroom was leaking onto the first floor. It was terrifying stepping into splashing water at 4 AM in my kitchen. Chris found the problem quickly and efficiently installed a new toilet. He cleaned up after his work was done and treated my home with care. He clearly takes pride in his work (as he should)! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable with installing a new water heater. He provided an estimate and had the installation completed the next day. Manzo overall was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend their services.
I called the company and explained to them what the actual issue was and a small replacement part needed to be fixed in order for the issue to be resolved. I explain to the company that I myself will replace the small part I JUST needed the company to run a diagnostic on why the issue keeps happening. Instead, they repaired a $50 piece, diagnosed my issue (which themselves did not repair) and recommended another company. And proceeded to charge me FOUR times the amount Of the actual replacement part All in a matter of 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. I recommend consumers stay away from this company. They are scam artists. They also charge you $80 just to show up to your house. That’s ridiculous. As a combat veteran I would recommend all Americans stay away from Manzo Plumbing.
I was having a washer/dryer installed early in the morning and the guys couldnt find the water main shut off. I called Sal Manzo and within 15 minutes they had two guys here. Turns out the water main is not accessible so they shut it off at the street and waited for the installation guys to be done and turned it back on. They were professional, responsive and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. I highly recommend Sal Manzo plumbing and heating. You wont regret it!
Mike and his assistant did amazing work. I had a different plumber before Mike from a different company who did not fix the problem. Mike from Manzo came in and fixed it all. LESSON LEARNED. Dont use anyone but Manzo Plumbing in the future. You will save money and have less stress!
I had a complicated issue with the washing machine drain and Mike found a solution that didnt involve ripping up my floors. They were very responsive to a new customer . Polite and listened well. Only charged service charge for this visit but gave me up front charge to fix a sink in the future. They are my new plumbers!

Very very over priced, quoted me $600.00 plus tax for a simple replacement of the outside cold water shutoff, I paid the $86 dollar estimate fee and sent them on there way, called a different plumber and paid $125 for the same work. You need to look around before calling them way over priced

I cant say enough good things about Kent and Manzo Plumbing. Have a home warranty service that couldnt get me service in over a week. I contacted Manzo and they were able to get Kent here within a few hours and the whole repair was completed in one visit. Very professional and personable. Sal, Kent, Jay, Israel and the rest of the team did a fantastic job converting my home from oil to gas. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were super careful and organized, and very patient in explaining everything to us. I highly recommend them.Update: Mike and Mike came by today to handle a few new problems that came up (unrelated to the boiler install). Once again, the Manzo team proved to me that it is one of the most professional outfit around. Clean, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. They even noticed something I intended to put off, thinking it was a bigger job, and told me they could fix it quickly and for not a lot of money. Them doing that saved me a bunch more in the long run. That is great customer service.
Manzo did excellent work for me installing a new boiler, heating system and basement fuel tank. They did it all in one day and worked quite late so that we would have hot water in the morning. A pleasure to deal with; very professional and very knowledgable.

In my case, they found a way to fix an old leaking pipe in a way that saved me about $1000. Jay and Mike Jr did and excellent job. Thy repaired a leak. They were courteous, professional, prompt and left a clean job site. Sal ordered me a new sat of High efficiency baseboard heaters.I would highly recommend Manzo Plumbing and Heating!Kent came today with a helper to install the new baseboard heating. They did a fantastic job! When they were finished you couldnt even tell they were here. I wouldnt think of using any other plumbers.

Chris was very inexperienced with his trouble solution of why hot water was not working. Suggested to replace cartridge, but there was no leak. As I mentioned several times that no hot water was coming out of the shower, he highly recommended that the cartridge replacement would solve the problem. I trusted his “knowledge” due to my family having a good experience with the company, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience plus had an over $300 bill for something I kept suggesting would not fix the problem. Not to mention all the mess he left for us to clean up after. Thanks for nothing…

I needed a 15 gallon expansion tank an automatic feeder and valve replaced on my boiler, plumber stated it would be $699.00.I refused and they still charged me $84 dollars for coming to my house for two minutes.Stay away.

They updated my kitchen and bathroom drain pipes from cast iron to PVC and left a clean and well-finished job behind. They were personable, professional, punctual and efficient. Yes, service and communication very good. Repair work was done well and quickly. My only complaint is price very high. Replaced small piece of pipe, and replaced new valve..20 minute repair job...$358.(with tax). Even if materials cost $100. (which Im sure they didnt), that means 20 mins of labor was $258. In my estimation..pretty steep price.

Mango Plumbing is a very trustworthy company. They are reliable and I have used them over the years. As recent as today to repair and replace a pipe and water connector nozzle that was damaged. They men did excellent work and were very polite and knowledgeable and put down a Manzo Matt at my foyer and put on paper booties so not to track in dirt and rain from outside. I highly recommend them for your heating and plumbing work. And today just wad called to check out my faucet concern and once again I was very pleased. I would ALWAYS use Manzo Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone
Very satisfied with Manzo Plumbings service. Had a leak in wall behind kitchen cabinets on a Saturday. I called an left a message with Manzo who promptly returned my call and scheduled me for later that day. They arrived early and were able to access the leak without having to remove my kitchen cabinet would have cost me more $$. Even though the leak was in an extremely difficult location to access and repair, Mike was determined to come up with a solution to make the fix. I was also impressed with how they were very respectful of my home as they worked by using drop clothes, wearing booties to cover their shoes, and bringing their own floor mat to wipe their feet upon entry to the house. When they were done, they even reinstalled the cabinet hardware they had to remove to access the leak, as well as vacuuming the cabinet where he had to cut an opening to sweat the pipe. I would highly recommend them.. .

They cleaned my drain and tested inside to make sure my bathroom was running properly and my washer had no issues when it was draining. They worked clean and cleaned up before they left. Chris, the plumber, was very knowledgeable . He immediately explained what he would do, what the possible outcomes would be and the cost for each. He was very forthright about issues and offered choices to allow me to save money. Best of all, when he was done, everything worked.

We had a sewage backup in our home that was flooding our basement and found these guys with a quick google search. They came within 15 min, wore protective shoes so as not to ruin our flooring, even put mats down on our hardwood. They were prompt, kind, professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. I was so happy to see their truck pull up so quickly. They resolved my plumbing problems quickly and professionally. The servicemen were respectful and very nice. Explaining what had to be done , why and how much before beginning the repair. They wore face masks the entire time.

Great experience! I was in need of a plumber to repair a leak. I was told he would arrive between 8am and 10am. At exactly 8am I received a phone call saying the plumber was on his way. Mike arrived ontime, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, explained it all to me in detail and he was finished quickly. Mike and his assistant wore masks the whole time. Beautiful job too - he needed to install a new shower head and faucet and he completed the job without damaging any of the bathroom tile. Thank you!

Fast response Found leak under sink that started last night right away. Very reasonable price and excellent profession attitude and ability. Was surprised with all the equipment and plumbing stock he had on truck. He didnt have to run out to Lowes or Home Depot, had everything he needed with him.
Sal re-installed and repaired my garden spigot faucet. He was on time and explained the whole procedure. His work was professional and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing services needed to be done.

They were prompt, neat and professional, friendly, and skilled. They even wore protective booties and brought their own floor mat to stand on while they put the booties on. They assessed my broken faucet, took me through the process and gave me options, and then installed a brand new faucet. Once they were done, one of the gentlemen used my bathroom...when he came out, he mentioned a problem with my toilet that I knew about but just lived with. He fixed it on the spot, no charge. This was the second time that I used Sal Manzo Plumbing and because of my experience with this company, I will only use them for all my plumbing needs. They recently installed a 60ft gas line for my portable generator. This was a big job, so I wanted to be sure that I understood every detail of what would take place. Mike came to my house bright and early and assessed my leak(s). I expected he’d schedule a second appointment but instead he offered to fix everything on the spot! One hour later everything was fixed. He explained everything he was going to do, took pictures, and was lightning fast. Very prompt service. Mike was polite and neat. The work was expensive but necessary. I had a kick plate heater replaced in my kitchen and it cost $1300 for the job. I’m satisfied with the work Mike did and would call him again for other heating or plumbingwork.One year later;I called Manzo Plumbing again. This time my sewer drain was backed up and made a mess in the basement. Mike arrived and showed me the house trap to clean out, going to the street. In ten minutes, he showed me the cap he removed and broke up the mess in the trap. Water flowed again. We did the cleanup ourselves. It was reasonably priced to fix the clogged drain. Mike and his partner were polite professionals. If use them again.

He represented the quality of Sal Manzo I expected. the pricing was fair but given the quality of the equipment and parts and the use of the latest crimping technology instead of solder and sweating pipes as well as the respect Joe had for our home it is well worth the the few extra bucks. Today Sal Manzo Plumbing came to our home for a clogged tub which led to a leak in our living room ceiling. Chris Pupke was the technician who came to our home and he was wonderful. There was another young technician with him who was also polite and explained different things to us. Chris explained the issue with the tub and the process to fix it. He was up front about cost as soon as he looked over the situation. It was a messy job because Chris had to cut out more of the ceiling to check some of the pipes. When they left the mess was gone and our tub is no longer clogged. Chris also made recommendations regarding some improvements we could make to our tub to decrease the clogs. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. We are so appreciative of their incredible service.
The technician claimed there was no power to my pool heater. I paid service call and nothing was accomplished. Very disappointed

We have a Triangle Tube Prestige heating unit which many plumbers are not familiar with. Even Jay had not worked on this particular unit before but he had no problem with getting the job done bravo and thanks!

Chris from Sal Manzos plumbing & heating responded to our emergency call on a Sunday regarding a clogged pipe which resulted in a back-up into our laundry room. Chris was prompt, professional, and clean. He took time to explain what he did to repair and gave us a requested quote for a future project when were ready to tackle it without being pushy at all. He took all Covid precautions (mask/booties) without being asked to. We have a newly crawling baby and Chris put booties on the wheels of the snake for further cleanliness. I just had another wonderful experience with Sal Manzo plumbing ! As with all their repair techs, Mike was so very friendly, more than competent, and took the time to explain what my issue was after quickly solving my particular problem. My toilet now flushes like a champ! I have highly recommended Sal Manzo plumbing to my friends and will continue to do so.
They are pricey, but Ive been using them for years and have never had an issue with their work. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient, and does excellent work. His assistant, Patrick, also did a very good job. I will call them again the next time I need plumbing help.

I was so nervous trying to find a honest and professional plumber for my pipes that were leaking. I’m so grateful I decided to call Sal Manzo Plumbing. From the secretary in the office to Mike, everyone was so nice and helpful. Mike came the same day and reassured me he could resolve my problem. Mike and Pat returned the next day and within the hour the pipes were fixed and the sink unclogged!! Mike even reattached my kitchen cabinets back on the wall and replaced the stove he had to move to do the job! They cleaned up everything and you would never know he had to remove a piece of sheet rock to get to the pipe. Mike is so professional and so friendly and I will be using them again! Jay came and looked at the ductless AC. Determined it was working but it was to cold to put out heat. He didnt try to sell a repair that wasnt needed.
Beware, if there were a -5000 star, I would choose it because this company is a sham and should be shunned. I needed a gas line for a fireplace insert. They told me just the estimate would be $89.00, which no other company Id spoken with suggested. I decided then not to have them come bc I was not about to waste almost a $100 if they did not meet my needs. I received a call back that the boss waived the fee. I agreed for them to come, but wish I had stuck to my guns. I then received a text with a pic and bio of Mike, who showed up and parked his huge truck in my driveway where Id not too long ago installed pavers. I asked him to move it because I didnt want to chance any oil leakages or damages, and besides other family members cars might need to exit and enter. He responded, Well, where am I supposed to park? Duh - I told him on the street in front of my house (where he would have parked if there were no driveway). He did resentfully move his truck.Afterward, he and his associate looked at my living room fireplace and basement where the gas line originated from the boiler. After about 5 minutes he tells me that the job would cost $5 , 0 0 0. 0 0, and they would have to tear open my walls and not repair them after. This is more money than the gas insert, electrician and normal plumbing costs combined would be. I guess he thought I was a new fool, and he really didnt want my business. Good riddance!! But before I deleted their contact info, I didnt want anyone to be deceived by Manzo Plumbings and Mikes gimmickry - the text with pic and bio, the mats with logo they use to remove their shoes in your home, the painted truck, etc. Beware!!!

My hot water heater needed to be replaced ages ago. I called Manzo Plumbing on Thursday; Mike and Pat arrived Friday morning. Clean, courteous and efficient! Mike and Pat were geared up with masks, gloves and booties. I am currently working from home and was not inconvenienced at all. They drained and removed my old hot water heater from a tight, dark space in my basement and installed a new, larger model while doing the required upgrades. They cleaned up so well, you would never know anything was disturbed. Mike even helped me to change the lightbulbs in a high fixture in my kitchen! I would highly recommend Manzo Plumbing.

I called this morning and spoke initially to Mary in the office regarding my dripping bathroom faucets. I was surprised that she said someone could come out right away to evaluate as I am not really in their service area. Sure enough Chris was at my house within 30 minutes.Chris was professional and also very cognizant of of the rainy day bringing clothing protectors before entering my house. Even though I had pre- purchased a new faucet - sadly it did not fit yet Chris had enough inventory in the truck to give me alternatives.This was a positive experience! Thanks!

Im upset ... In 6/2014 I did an entire oil to gas conversion and was extremely happy with the job. An incredible installation which was very clean and organized. Fast forward, a bit . At times we have a sewage backup problem from the main sewage line because of tree roots. Manzo plumbing was always my go to guy for the issue because I believe in loyalty. Our last sewage problem he sent one guy was on 10/14/18. An emergency job which I paid 655.68. His serviceman didnt have a snake line longer than 50 ft and the problem was past that length. The problem came back the following day, and I rented a 75 foot drill snake machine from Home Depot that resolved the problem. So on filed a complaint against the worker because 1. he was promoting another company, 2 he pretended to get longer drill snake but used the same 50ft length. Sal called back and asked what will make it right, I asked for a partial refund because I believe the company should keep the emergency fee. Sal returned the money as promised...Now here we are 1/21/21... My A/O smith water heater appears to have a bad thermocouple. I called last night to see if they can come down to fix it. I get a return call that my address is blocked and someone will call back today. They called back and said Sal rather not do business and appreciates the opportunity. Im angry. Because he gave me a refund, he doesnt want to do business. I dont get it, if Im calling you back for business, and I always paid , im the bad guy? I wouldnt have called back if Sal would have said , Look im issuing a refund but I rather part ways for the future.The company does do good work, unfortunately, because I had one bad encounter with an employee of his, im banned.. Makes no sense.
Always pleased with the service and workmanship completed by Sal Manzo’s staff. Our old radiator had a small crack and was leaking water. Mike and his crew arrived, removed the old radiator and replaced it with a new one. They were neat and careful in getting the very heavy new cast iron radiator in to my house and when removing the old one. Very impressed with their service and care. They wore their masks as per covid precaution. They used drop cloths to protect my wood floors. I Highly recommend Mike and the Sal Manzo’s staff of plumbers. They are honest and reliable!

In 30 years of home ownership we have not experienced a better plumber than Chris P. : His demeanor and performance were consummately professional, evident in his ability to quickly diagnose the repairs needed, to explain the issues and alternatives to us straightforwardly, but also in a way that demonstrated his ability to really listen to our needs and concerns. The result is that he has inspired our trust both in him and in our resolve to work with your company from now on if we have continued plumbing needs. Five stars for this young man. Chris was highly efficient at locating the leak in the slab and was able to access it with minimal disruption to the wall. He completed the job with the needed supports and insulation. Although his introduction described him as the youngest, he was experienced and professional.

We hired Sal and crew to complet 2 major home improvements and could not be more pleased. Sal and his crew, lead by Kent, completed an oil-to-gas conversion and installed a home water filtration system. Sal worked with us to optimize our space and location of the filtration system.The crew was knowlegable, professional, and followed COVID protocols that made us feel comfortable to have the work completed. Both projects required very intric work and all the plumbing lines look neat and clean. Kent walked us through the final projects and gave us a quick tutorial on how the systems work. From start to finish weve been very pleased with Sal Manzo Plumbing and would not hesistate to use them in the future.

Everything went perfectly with the water tank installation. They were punctual; informing me when they were on their way. The installation went well, the men put drop cloths down to prevent any problems, explained what they were doing and answered all my questions . i would highly recommend them.

After a couple of pleasant encounters with sal manzo plumbing, I had them come to repair/ replace my kitchen faucet today. Though I agreed and went through w the service, I severely regret it as I am confident that I was vastly overcharged. Im sorry but 927 dollars to replace a faucet is highway robbery. The only thing worse than charging that is agreeing to let them fix it and then paying them. I will not be using this company again.I do appreciate their timeliness and I certainly enjoy Mikes sense of humor but I dont think hes the one that dictates the prices. So this review is more directed towards the person or persons that came up with that obscene number.
Sal Manzo Plumbing and Heating is a well run, well organized operation. Recently did a gas conversion and laundry room relocation for us - Sal is professional and unquestionably knows his stuff. Besides, hes a wonderful person. Interacted with about 6 members of his staff from start to finish and each person was polite, respectful, and prompt. It was quite and involved job - lots of pipes moved, lots of big, heavy equipment moved in and out of the house. Guys were very clean and the finished product looks great. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommended.

This business I was giving a try , because it’s seem like a family owned business. What I was told is that my wire connection need to be change he showed it to me, then he said my roll out switch needed to be changed . I honestly trusted and believed everything he was telling me. Then he waited told me he will be back . When he came back he told me I needed a whole new boiler because it was not repairable.That caught me off guard, now your telling me this he knew exactly what he was doing. My husband came out and now he was saying something different because my husband was asking questions he didn’t expect. This young man charged me an outrageous price to basically do nothing my boiler stop again the next day . I know for a fact he wanted me to get a new boiler from his company costing a ridiculous price. This man gave me an invoice stating what he did and I believed he changed only one thing. He charged me for wire connection and roll out switch the roll out switch cost more than triple the price of what it’s worth.That’s not right for a company to do it’s customers today a pandemic not everyone has money like that . Be fair, honest , and kind to your customers and don’t take advantage of clients who’s supporting a a small company or a family business it’s said. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Felt bullied. Instead of starting with the estimate I hired them for, he started telling me all the things that need to be fixed trying to gauge me for money. He referred to me with words like sweetie or something like that. He was condescending, aggressive and I couldnt wait to get him out of my house. They contacted me repeatedly offering me my $86 estimate fee if I would take down my review. I warned about this service guy and agreed. They never refunded me.
Joe and Pat were very professional. They arrived on time. Was told between 8-10am and they came at 820am and they called before coming. They replaced a broken water heater. Prices were good and work was done accurately. Would recommended them to everyone
Highly recommend! Have been using them for years! Mike and his partner were very professional, polite, and personable. They covered the floor and surrounding areas where they were working so they wouldn’t get dirty. They cleaned up the area nicely and moved everything back.
Guys were nice when inspected the job, but when I was told that it will cost me $265 to change one valve in bathroom I was disappointed because I got an estimate for $100 valve and water supply line from some one else; I just paied $86 to know about there over priced jobs. extremely Over priced estimate and it doesnt seam a family business!!!!

Mike and Mike were great. Very efficient and really worked hard to get to the root of the problem with our gas heat unit. Started with a full estimate and once approved, proceeded to quickly fix the problem.
No heat or hot water and serviceman Jay responded within an hour of the trouble call. Jay quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective sensor and ordered the replacement part. He also identified a couple of potential poor installation shortcomings that should be addressed to prevent problems from developing. Very professional and provided clear explanation of trouble.
The entire experience was professional and straightforward, from the first phone call to the spotless cleanup. Chris did solid work repairing the drainage from our double kitchen sink.

Best service we have received from any contractor the company and jay are upfront with you they are truthful honest and knowledgeable we were without ac during a heat wave Jay was punctual pinpointed the problem and when he didn’t have the part in his truck he went out to get it if you don’t use this guys for your ac needs you’re making a mistake
NOT A GOOD BUSINESS. Tell me if all these things are good business practice. It was a horror. Did not give me soap pump in original faucet picture ordered with all pieces. Why would I order part of a faucet? Later visit, Joe to my face, said I was lying, in my own home, about the picture and showed me a sketch of a faucet he claimed was what he showed me. So now I have a new faucet that leaks with missing soap pump. Leaked after their service. Since repaired by another plumber thats why I must post this. Late 3 hours, 2 visits, out of 4 visits, late 1 hour other 2 visits. They do call when late. After installation, I had to call back to replace rusty, old clamps already there they used to hold brand new pipe. Had to ask for return of copper pipe taken on truck, they were supposed to leave me that was taken out. Also, had to request return of $300 deposit as it was never deducted from the total cost. In business a long time, never expected this.At one point, they said they would come back and fix soap pump issue and rusty clamps. Told me rusty clamps were my fault that I needed a dehumidifier running, which I have. Did replace clamps, but wanted to charge $59 for soap pump. Originally requested $200+ when telling me it was separate from faucet right after incomplete installation. Not an option, as it was included in original order. Ive never posted complaints before, but this called for it.
Chris was a great plumber who replaced parts of a shower, fixed a leak, and worked on a toilet and a faucet. He explained things well, was fairly priced, and was a reliable worker.

I would have negative review if I could. They would not quote the prices over the phone until they visit. Quoted $350 to snake the drain so we asked them to leave and paid for the visit. We found better price with another local company in Carl’s place. Shop around.

Great professional guys with a lot of knowledge but prices are off the charts. $200.00 to make a small cut into a wall, $400.00 for them to unclog pipe with snake machine. Dont expect any MERCY from them if you have a budget. But the job will get done right.

2022-02-10I have used Sal Manzo before in the past and have always been pleased with their work. The services that were performed were the updating of the washer and dryer faucets. Also, I had my gas line to the dryer capped off as I am converting to electric. My technician was Mike, he was very pleasant and courteous. Very knowledgeable of his job and very respectful of my home. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

2022-01-05Sal Manzo company set up an appointment promptly and came promptly. Their plumber, Chris, examined each of three problems we had, gave us an estimate, and explained possible additional costs if situations proved more complicated. However, he would not do the extra work unless we discuss it first.Chris did all three jobs in a couple of hours. We did not need more work. Chris is honest and efficient. We have used several plumbing services and a contractor since we moved here in 2005. Our Leavitt house was built in 1950; that meant a number of repairs and upgrades.Some of the plumbing companies didnt do a great job, and the ones that were competent were also a bit pricey. Also, several had service fees that were twice what SM asked.. No fee because we had the work done.Pleased that Sal Manzo knows its stuff and is fair and upfront about costs.Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

2022-03-24I had a plumbing leak (slow drip) that was haunting me for a few weeks - I could not identify the source of the leak and it was driving me crazy! Kent and assistant came by (on time) and spent their time diagnosing the issues, describing what they were doing along the way, and was able to fix it very easily. Kent was very careful and laid down drop clothes when he moved my dishwasher to check behind it.Im very happy with the service and will definitely use Manzo Plumbing again in the future!

2021-12-23We had a leak in the waste line due to pressure build up. One of those toilet wand heads was accidentally flushed while cleaning the toilet. (Why do they even make these?) Three days later there was a leak. Sal Manzo responded quickly and had someone at the house 2 hours later. Mike was great. Took the time to research and diagnose the problem. Also spent time explaining the issue and educating us on the pipes. He and his son were also respectful of our wishes for mask wearing as the wife is compromised and needs to be protected.We trust Sal Manzo for our plumbing needs, their professionalism, responsiveness, and getting the job done right.

2022-01-14I had a fantastic experience with Manzo Plumbing, in many different regards. Chris Pupke is a professional, well-spoken, and knowledgable individual. My wife and I felt very comfortable listening to his advice, and having him work in our home. He was very patient with answering my questions, and really helped me to understand the varied situations at hand. At the end of the day, we chose Manzo Plumbing for four different (and diverse) jobs, and it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

2022-06-26So my mechanic was Jason and I cant say enough wonderful things about this guy. He went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my pool heater was working before he left the job. We encountered numerous problems with the heater but he had so much patience and had to come back a few times with additional parts. Its hard to find companies that still offer outstanding customer service. Thanks for your help and excellent customer service.

2022-01-22My radiator started leaking late on a Friday. I called and Manzo was super responsive. They had a technician out within the hour. Chris was knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak, replace the broken valves, and preform maintenance on a few radiators that werent working. Chris was knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. I would highly recommend this company.

2022-02-21Excellent service! Chris was dispatched over the weekend to help with an emergency in our only bathroom. He was knowledgeable, neat, friendly and efficient. He not only fixed the problem but our shower has never worked better!
