My daughter lives here she’s African-American and feel they target her and also seem to call & text her phone with a complaint so I would say they’re racial profiling every sense she moved she said the maintenance guy is so mean he doesn’t work well there been a big ice patch on stair case only at my apartment they showed her a different apartment then when she moved in it’s wasn’t nothing like that apartment she went to tour it was a way bigger apartment then the one they put her in please think wisely and check out the environment before moving and ask slot of question

Management is professional and friendly, the grounds and apartments are beautiful, maintenance is prompt and thorough, the pool in the summer is very nice and well managed, the neighborhood is very quite and there is a nice community feeling here. Pets are welcome which is a great plus for many people. Also the option to pay rent online is a nice convenience.The drawbacks: parking during winter, they increase the rent alot more than any other complex I ever lived in and I did have alot of ant problems, not alot of storage (there is an extra charge for a small utility sized closet but you would think for 10$ a month, it would be included especially for the higher rents).Despite the drawbacks I think this place still deserves five stars.

Lived here for a few years. Nice property but was not given the option to renew my lease. Attempted to escalate, but the executives werent interested in a negotiation. What I gather is they decided to increase the rent and force tenants out. I would strongly encourage you to look at a different complex. Anything positive I could say would be overshadowed by being evicted. I work in business downtown, the moving expense wasnt an issue but the massive amount of time wasted was. This company should not be trusted, give someone else your hard earned cash.If you insist on a review, the grounds are nice, but I had issues with parking, noise and bugs.

These apartments are really cute and conveniently located within the Syracuse area. Lots of green space throughout the complex to make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I have been here 3years and I love this place. Very clean kid and pet friendly. Well run from the management office to the facility staff. Quick responses and pleasant to be around.

Maplewood has been extremely accommodating to all of our needs with a prompt, attentive staff. Very pet friendly!
