2022-05-20After nearly half-a-dozen updates, my personal laptop went haywire and locked me out of making any changes to security / privacy settings. I had a law school exam in less than 36 hours and had no luck with Windows assistance after waiting for hours to speak with a human being. A quick call to Marchese Comp. Products and I was sorted out in less than 5 minutes. Owner walked me through step by step what the issue might be and was spot on, fixing it within minutes. Really saved the day and wish I knew them from the start - will definitely reach out again with any computer issues.

2021-04-04Had a PC that wouldnt boot so I brought it in. They were super patient with it as it was a very unique issue and they kept me updated the entire way. Highly recommend and will be back if need be (lets hope not though 🤞)

2019-10-27Great company! Helped me set up dental office with 20 computers, server, firewall. When trouble happens these guys got your back. At a time when our whole server went down these guys made it happened and saved my data!! Thank you!!

2020-01-25Dishonest... I spoke to their tech on phone and he had me do a few things and it didnt work. I was quoted $300 more or less to repair. Several days went by and they claimed to be working on it. I went and picked up my computer and took it to a Geneseo computer shop. My computer still had the seal on the case so no one at Marchese touched it. The only thing wrong was a sign in setting less than 10 minutes and it was done. The Geneseo Computer Shop said no charge just remember us when we make our next purchase.EDIT to response: Mr Marchese I did speak to you about your TOP TECH as you called him. Mr Marchese you defended him up and down there was no reasoning with you. Just like the famous saying My kid wouldnt do that.

2018-10-13Unethical business practices. Took my desktop computer in for repair. They said it would probably take an hour, maybe two to fix it. I Signed a contract to diagnose the problem and make repairs authorizing up to 2 labor hours for the project. A one hour maximum labor fee-$89 would still be charged for the diagonsis even if no repairs were made. (I paid that up front). When called with the diagnosis, they said it would take at least 3 hours to fix. Since the computer was 9 yrs. old I said I should probably invest in a new computer and asked if they could build one for me. The phone was turned over to Paul, I think the owner, and said he would give me a deal with an out-the-door price of $830. The next morning I called Paul and said I am not going to go for a new computer and will pick up the old one later in the day, which I did. That afternoon he called me back and said his tech spent 4 1/2 hrs. on the diagnosis but would cut me a deal and only charge me another hour of labor. After the call, being shocked that he wanted an additional $89, I double checked the contract to confirm the first $89 I paid is all I owed. Is this an ethical business practice?

2018-10-27I had a machine critical for our business and Paul was able to save everything on my failing drive up to the last thing I was working on. I will never go anywhere else. We had brought our machines to others on the area an no other company serviced us so quickly.
