We’re connected to fiber optics and still have incredibly slow and patchy internet which we have to pay nearly $200 a month for. Of course, that’s made even worse when they shut down our account for “suspicious activity” without bothering to contact us first. We only noticed two months later because they’re threatening to shut off our internet and piling on late fees because they didn’t send us a bill (and we didn’t even notice because we have autopay set up and weren’t given any warning up to this point). Tried to call, but of course they’re closed by 4:30 so nobody who works a typical day job can even contact them. Ridiculous.

We spend 250$ a month for 250 MBs and it can’t even break 50MB at all on a good day, the service dies when ever it gets warm outside making it purely useless, the place closes at 4:30 so you can’t even call in to report a problem after 4:30, it’s even at the point where the router will literally die on you if you leave it on for more then 3 months

MTC brought high speed internet to an area that had no options, and provides superb customer service. The network is as good or better than i experienced in the NYC area, and the responsiveness to service calls is unparalleled.

Installed residential internet package only. Price and speed is great especially when compared to Satellite internet. Only paying $10 more per month over satelite, but literally 3x the speed and no lag. Customer service was awesome. Scheduling was easy and technicians were very professional and installed in the wall right behind the TV! Highly recommended if they have fiber laid in your area.Update: Three months after getting the service, it is still just as fast. Not sure why other people are having slow problems, but I have not experienced anything like that, and I am on the medium speed plan. Can stream Netflix in HD and browse the internet at the same time.

You thought dial up was slow well margetville telephone companys internet is just as slow if not slower than dial up. Then if the la k of speed wasnt bad enough it only works about half the time and when they come to see what is wrong all they have to say is that you are at the end of the line and there is nothing we can do. The worst internet out there and the most expensive, yet there doesnt seem to be anything else available in the area so everyone is forced to go through them to get their internet.

Terrific customer service and the best neighbor ever. The few times Ive had a problem, MTC has been supportive and extremely responsive. When I moved here in 1978, we were offered 3 cable stations (Im from NJ and was used to the average of 12 channels in the days before cable.) MTC took over and has updated with the times, providing us with 3 or 4 different internet speeds and exceptional customer service. When they had to change their e-mail program, Pete and the MTC staff helped me through the entire process - more than once! MTC is incredibly active in our community, giving back and sponsoring many community activities. Quietly, I might add. Thank you MTC, thank you.

Basically an antiquated system. We pay a lot for little TV service. their ON Demand service does not exist. I have to wait to go back to NJ to catch up using on demand.These Cable companies need competition to get on the ball.

Contrary to other reviews I have experienced exceptional Internet connection speed. I am connected to a fiber optic optic cable. Perhaps that makes the difference.
