The dentist office is beyond clean. The office staff is funny and speak both English and Spanish. The dental assistants ensure youre comfortable while you wait for the doctor to arrive. The dentist I go to is all smiles and makes me feel at ease, even though I used to be nervous at the dentist office. I also got a wisdom tooth removed from the oral surgeon there and I was able to go to work the next day without any bleeding, swelling, etc. Oh, and they take tons of insurances. Ive had three different insurances in the last three years and they took every one. I highly recommend this dental office if youre looking for one in Queens!
I traveled from Seattle, WA. and recently came in for a cleaning. I didn’t have an appointment when I first came in, my teeth were very sensitive and I thought I had chipped a tooth but what was causing my sensitivity was recession on one of my molars... after my cleaning Dr. Herrera and she applied fluoride on my tooth and it felt better by that evening. I recommend her to all my friends and family!
Once I had to have surgical procedure and Dr. Reyes was THE DOCTOR! Ive never had such amazing experience before in dental office! Dr.Reyes is so professional,knowledgeable and calm, that for a change you want to come back for his services.
I think this is quite literally the worst place i have ever been. i have been coming for years, even though i shouldn’t have, but every time i have an appointment set for a time, i get out at least two hours after. they have no respect for your own time, despite you being a customer. if you can avoid it, don’t come here

Awful, I waited a week and a half for my visit to be told on the waiting room that my plan was not accepted. After confirming twice on the phone that they did. Then they attempted to see me to then tell me my x-rays were bad. It reeks of incompetence and disorganization, If you enjoy wasting a tremendous amount of time. Visit this place.

Ok so the front desk secretaries are horrible they dont know what there doing and always gossiping. The wait time is horrible also like my appointment was at 1pm why am in being seen at 3pm. Ok place is redicolously unorganize.
It says there a check up free when you see the add in the street. The free staff is just for surgery, i.e. tooth extraction. Not for cosmetic. False advertising
The waiting time is horrible. I had a 10am appointment. No doctors were on time, nothing was even open at 10am. Then they said I had to wait till they sterilize the rooms from what I was told....in order to be seen.(doctor still wasnt there) Thats something that should be done before the place opens..not when people come in for appointments. Customer service SUCKS
Do not recommend no one to go there. I went to a check up and i do not know what they did to my left side of my mouth because now i can’t chew on that side it hurts it feels like my teeth is going to break .

I do not recommend anyone to visit this office, the people who attend are not friendly at all, the day I made an appointment they left me on the phone for half an hour until they gave me an appointment for a month, the day of the appointment they kept me waiting for two hours and a half and when they called me the doctor told me that he could not extract my tooth because he no longer cares for more people, of course I complained. Because of the bad care. I was very sorry because it wasnt just me, we were like 5 people who, after waiting more than 2 and a half hours, did not attend to us and the doctor told me that I have to complain to the assistants for giving more shifts than he attends, that is irresponsible and disrespectful to treat people like this. Because of them I missed a day of work.I do not recommend anyone comes to this office, the people that work here are not helpful. The day I called to make an appointment they had me a half hour on the phone until they scheduled me for a month from then. The day I had the appointment I sat there waiting for 2 and a half hours and when they finally called me the doctor said they could no longer extract my tooth because they were not seeing people anymore. Of course I complained for the bad attention. I felt bad because it was not only me but 5 other people who I saw that also waited 2 and a half hours along with me only to be told they couldnt be seen. The doctor told me to complain to the assistants because they gave out more appointments than they had available. It was very irresponsible and horrible that they treat people like this. And after all this, I lost a day of work that I wont be able to get back.

There is poor coordination in the office, they do not work as a team, one says one thing and the people who are going to evaluate you do not even know what you are going to do. the only reason i visit this office is because i have insurance with little coverage and within my plan i dont have many options
Dr. Herrera is a very professional person. She inspires a lot of confidence because she gave me the pros and cons of the treatment to make me. I was very satisfied with her work and would recommend it to all people for her professionalism.
That dentist is a good dentist but her staff is bad and her manager is a bad word and rude to the patients and their colleagues, disrespectful and with an air of superiority, patients pay for their service, no patients, no payment, no work, educated lady
This place is not recommended, the waiting time is terrible and the assistance of the Horrible Doctors do not know how to explain well and the work they do is not a good thing. They should be more professional.

2022-04-01Aside from the place being too small, I had a very nice first visit dr. Reyes has one of the best chair side manners he made me feel so comfortable and Im scared to death of dentists but once I sat in his chair he talked very calmly and reassured me that I would not feel any pain and to be honest I didnt I didnt even really feel the needle. I would definitely recommend dr. Reyes. At first I was looking at options to be put to sleep or have laughing gas just for my extraction but then I opt out of those options and just decided to put on my big-girl panties and go sit in that chair and get my tooth pulled and it was a great experience I wasnt traumatized thank you dr. Reyes for being such a good doctor and having such a great chair side manner

2022-06-17I went there to get my teeth cleaned and whitening. They didnt mentioned I have to pay for whitening, and when cleaning was done they changed the story to oh we dont do whitening my question is why you didnt let me know before I even do my cleaning, no conversation, had to wait 1 hours even taking my appointment ahead of time.

2021-12-31I broke my tooth and it hurt horribly ..I was thinking that they would help me.., it was more the wait for the dentist to see me. very unprofessional told me directly do you have the money or you have to take it out, they are $900 I asked for payment plans and He told me no with his mouth full of food because she was eating, they did not help me, they made me feel uncomfortable for not having the money in the moment in this pandemic, they should help people ,better go to another dentist that is not worth it.

2019-11-12Ive been a loyal patient for several years and HIGHLY recommend this dental office for good and honest service. I always have a great experience here and I know that Im in good hands. The office is clean, bright, and modern with the latest equipment. All staff members (receptionist, assistants and dentists) are friendly, warm and attentive. I have a huge fear of dentists; but the staff are so welcoming that they make you feel super comfortable, which definitely helps diminish my fear! Dr. Dallas is very professional, thorough and overall amazing. She is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She takes her time explaining everything she is doing and makes me feel at ease. I always leave satisfied and pain-free. Never going to any other dental office!

2020-10-12This place gets a zero in customer service. My mother is 82 years old and her appointment was at 12 pm and was seen at 2pm. They have no respect for their patience time. They should not be allowed to be in business with such lack of respect. They are taking advantage of a poor minority community and overbooking patients. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. Everyone deserves to be treated in a timely fashion. No one should wait two hours at a dentist. This office needs time management 101.

2019-11-10Very warm atmosphere with caring staff. The front desk is always warm, professional, very friendly and helpful. I have been visiting Dr Herreras office and her team for over 5 years. Dr Herrera is very lucky to have such a dedicated employees, not easy to come by these days. She accept many insurance plans.I highly recommend this establishment for all of your dental needs.

2019-11-10I was in today for a cleaning with Dr. Herrera, she made Me feel like comfortable and was very caring with my needs. I have very sensitive teeth and she was able to put anesthetic so I did not feel the discomfort from the cold water from the cleaning. I recommend her to all my friends and family... 2019-12-12I never write reviews and never made an emergency phone call to be seen by a Dr, but today I had to. I was in excruciating pain (toothache), hadn’t had sleep the night before. Last time when I came for the same symptoms I was given referrals to go somewhere else. Today I made an emergency call to be seen, waited for 2 hours and I am still waiting to be called. I am a pharmacy student and I have finals to study for , due to this unbearable pain, I lost two days of study. I can’t believe how irresponsible certain people can be. I do understand there are more patients, but prioritize patients in pain first. Really disappointing.

2019-12-04A friend recommended Dr. Herrera 20 years ago and I have been a loyal patient ever since. I always I have been treated as a friend rather than a patient and whenever I have had a problem DR Herrera always goes the extra mile. Her office is opened 7 days a week with an array of specialist located downstairs to take care of all of your dental needs....Highly recommended
