Came to playground randomly looking for a nice playground to take my kids. Was very happy and content with the different play areas it had. My kids played on the swings, down the slides, climbed the yards. My middle son really like the turning poles. There were a lot of.places to sit and watch the kids. Parking was easy. Bathrooms available. Areas for adults to play as well. Will return soon.
Our kids 🚸 love this park. Lots and lots of equipment to play on (more than any other playground around by far) and lots of basketball 🏀 courts too. If youre looking for a great place to hang out with your children for 2-3 hours, then you definitely want to check out this fantastic spot.
Large playground with lots of things to keep the kids busy. Multiple play areas, swings, handball courts, basketball courts, sprinklers and a pool during the summer. Parking can be kinda hard to find but it is manageable. Also in walking distance to restaurants and treat shops if the kids work up a big enough appetite while playing around.
Thrilled to discover it got a 3 ft deep kiddie pool, fountains where kids can run through, a spacious court where walkers can do their daily walk when there is no basketball nor football players. Lots of playgro7nd equopment to keep kids of all ages entertained particularly in fine weather. Plenty of shaded treea but no grass yards.
It is a playground that our 3-year-old child loves. There is only one toilet, but it would be better to have two. Good because there are many benches. There is also a pool, so you can enjoy cool in summer. Its nice to have a Paris Baguette bakery on 2 blocks away. Opposite the Bayside Presbyterian Church is located.

2022-05-27One of if not the best playground for kids is Queens. Huge play area for kids age 2-8, swings, sprinklers, and a pool during the summer. This park also has a handball court, a calisthenics workout area and a basketball court. The basketball court is one full court, the ground is all cracked up and needs to be replaced but people still play on it. Theres also 5 half court basketball courts behind the school. Its always clean and a very safe environment.

2020-08-27It’s a rather big playground. One of the playgrounds in Queens that has a swimming pool. Pre-COVID they used to allow 10 kids in the pool with supervision of an adult and a life guard. Right now, swimming pool is closed. On a hot 95 degree weather day, this is perfect for children to get away from screen time at home. They’ve got sprinklers here for them to play with to cool off. If they need to dry off, the playground is big enough for a lot of children of all ages, especially during social distancing. The ice cream truck is always around too. I guess my only complaint is that the drains around the sprinklers are covered a lot so the water puddles. Have to constantly clear the drain. Otherwise, great place to kill time.

2022-04-16Great kids playground, lots of options. Bathroom was disgusting and doesn’t flush, which was expected so only taking one star off.

2021-06-04Great park for young and older kids. It has sprinklers (in the summer), nice playground, basketball court, big open area for scooting and biking, handball court, and a tiny workout station. It does get crowded when school lets out. Parking is easy and there are restrooms. Pool open when there was no pandemic in the past. Not sure about now.

2021-06-16Love this park. I have been to parks in many parts of the country, NYC playgrounds usually dont match up to playgrounds outside of NYC. But this one has lots of sprinklers, rubberized playground jungle gym, courts large open asphalt lot and a cute little pool. And it is walking distance from places to eat.
