Geek squad ignored us for quite some time. One gentleman that was supposed to help walked back and forth to the printer and never helped us. We stood and waited for over an hour. The were not very helpful. Will not go back to this Best Buy.

Best buy commonly has bait and switch tactics with their sale items. Claiming they no longer have it or claiming they have it at another store.I did not experience this at this location, but have experienced it in many locations. I am wary of this and stay away unless something is of dire immediate need.Prices are generally higher than expected. Best to shop elsewhere.
Well stocked pet store with everything you need for your pet. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well lit, lots of free parking and if your item shows cheaper on-line they give you the cheaper price at check out.
While other stores are letting people in, they are not. So I usually go elsewhere. But if you know what you want, and ordered online, they are very quick to bring it to your numbered spot. But I probably wont do that again because you have to pull out your license and show them the pickup number on your phone. All of which takes up to much time. Should not need a license if you texted to say you were there.

Raheem the Assistant Manager was great to deal with, I felt confident that his level of outstanding service was routine and everyone gets the best he has to offer. Greeter, Mohammed was super polite to an irate customer and deescalated the whole situation I was impressed by both gentlemen.

Electronics galore at the Best Buy store in Bay Shore! Best Buy has more laptops than you have laps - trust me on that one. And they stand by their items, willing to offer an add-on warranty for every item they sell. Theres no place like it in this strip mall!

Typically Best Buy get a 4 star from me but this Best Buy in Bayshore was under going renovations and slot of items were on pallets and things were a bit disorganized. But it was the same Best Buy experience
Ok for little stuff for the car and house
There are shopping advantages here; an exclusive toy store, hardware, pizza parlor, pet store, and discount shops. There is the major attraction of Best Buy, a supermarket, and a dollar store nearby. The management been maintaining the parking area favorably with plenty of lots for autos.
They would not honor their OWN internet price on Blu tooth speaker, so bought it online instead from someone else... Best buy is now good bye to me and family.
Ample parking for customers. Stores can be clearly seen from roadway. I did find exactly what I was looking for. However, the substitute merchandise was sufficient. Sundays between noon and two is a great time to catch up with shopping.
It was all right but they had no promotions. And it was the third store we had been to out of 4 after calling Verizon and them calling this store and making sure they had everything in stock that we were looking for and that we were indeed going to get a promotional purchase once we got there the store itselfstarted singing a totally different tune once we walked in! When we got there it was every excuse in the book as to why we couldnt or as to why they didnt all they wanted to do was sell me an iPhone or Samsung
This place has everything you need for a frugal shopping experience, Aldi has great pricing on all of their products and at low prices (side note: store does not sell short-dated items. This is a lie)5 below gets me everytime, they sell all types of cute and useful things in there everything $5 or less, who could go wrong with that?Still so very sad about toys r us but I used to take my niece to that one all the time

In the mornings as the stores open the mall makes a awesome indoor track. there have been a lot of nice updates. new food options in the food court make meal time in the mall a breeze. they also have carnivals periodically for the whole family
I go here when i need help and to get 📷 equipment stuff and they have deals and sales all the time...
Went to aldi market for some items prices were great and place looked clean, line was not too long.

I really like this Wendys it is clean and new. Lots of other food surrounding, and across the street on the Suffolk Ave side are Dollar Tree Family Dollar, and even a new Billiards spot I would like to check out

While the salesperson was courteous she didnt seem to be knowledgeable about the items I was interested in.
Aldi has a security guard that lets people cut the line. Good prices long waits to check out
Update - the Toys R Us location is now an Big Lots store. There are a few stores that have gone out of business (toys r us, babies r us, etc) and the 5 Below is a nice store to stop in to get items much cheaper than a regular retail store. There is an Aldi grocery store and an Abundance of free parking. Its easy to get to and access from Sunrise Hwy our Brentwood Rd or one of the side streets. Theres also a nice pizzeria with good food for a quick bite or a sit down area too.
Aldi SupermarketI was very disappointed in my visit to Aldi Supermarket. Poor quality produce, not many brand names, dreary atmosphere, not even good prices. Shop-rite, Stop & Shop, BJS, & Costco, this place will never complete with you!
Good variety of stores in a shared parking lot. Best buy, Five Bellow, Petco, ToysRUs, Pizza place etc.. Its more of a Strip Mall with an Aldi food store set across from it separated by large parking areas.
Clean, well run supermarket across the parking lot from HomeDepot. Spoiler alert: always carefully check your receipt before leaving the store - sale items don’t always ring up correctly #annoying
My go to market. Has a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood. Deli man is friendly, professional and runs a good shop. Best hero sandwiches around.
I really like this place. Good meat selection and really good fruit and vegetable selection. Just watch at checkout. I always get one or two sale items not ringing up the sale price.
This is another great Plaza that you can handle up on and get good stuff at Best Buys here so you can play video games five belows here so you can get wires for cheap and theres also in all of these Toys R Us is closing so you can go there and still a bunch of stuff and no ones going to chase you out the store theyre all out of a job and pretty pissed off anyways so enjoy
Cool fact about this location is that there is a clothing drop bins opposite of Best Buy. Also, periodically some truckers from the South sell sofas in the parking lot. My favorite store in this location is Buseto. Another cool fact it that Aldi is a sister company of Trader Joes.
Busetos Pizza is awesome and I usually visit Harbor Freight after Aldi. Best Buy, Petco and Big Lots are also here too.

Five stars for Buseto pizza! The best on Long Island. A restaurant too. Been going there for many years and Jerry makes the best pizza around. They have a card too where you earn points and end up with free pizza or gift cards. Its awesome.Used to be a Toys R Us here so we will leave it there...A Petco had good variety of reptiles. Some fish n pet foods.Best Buy is there.A foot massage/nail salon.A Habor Freight place and a sneaker store.

This Plaza is great. Best Buy for all my electronic needs. Harbor Freight for all my tools. There is also a Aldi Supermarket.

Renovated, changing it up constantly to meet the high demand of their clients. Live coming here for the staff and they always have what I want.

2022-04-24Thearket had a great selection of stores. I enjoyed seeing children w families walking into the 5below store, eagerly, I enjoyed the pizza I had there to. I was there around lunch time and there was a growing crowd building up. It isnt a large place, but large enough to accommodate groups of people coming and going, and sitting. ❤🙂👍🤠🙋♀️

2022-05-15I was help by a young gentleman named Saad, he was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and funny. I bought two items from Saad, he went over all of my needs and made sure the specs of the equipment matched my daily usage requirements. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. There were several other gentleman that answered questions and all were super nice!

2021-10-18Of course I had to go by Best Buy for some cellphone accessories. I havent been here in so So long. My accessories turnes into an hour visit. I had to look around and see whats new and different. Pretty cool. Not sure if Im getting myself another TV this year, but Ill definitely be keeping an eye out. 👍🏽 Keep up the awesomeness.

2021-08-17Staff was very helpful. Our sales person helped us try to find a new stand but didnt have stock for the size of our tv. Our sales guy even assisted us in other departments that he didnt work in.

2021-07-28Its called Best Buy I dont know why its calling the market Its the Best Buy Ive already raided this place its where my daughter my first born started about fifteen years ago our first job when she was living here on the Long Island now shes got three other friends now send Hulu app for Microsoft and Nick V who now runs the Riverhead main branch Christians now in Jersey for doing nothing and the primes New Jersey area Best Buy is the best place for your electronic dont buy from eBay when you can buy local and have a guarantee and a warranty of satisfaction backed up by Best Buy and they have the TV brand electronics brand called insignia they stand by that product more than anything if it breaks their warranties are alone and its their product so theyll back it up tell them pops sent you the Iron Monkey
