Customer service is on point! When our order wasn’t done to our liking the manager was so understanding and overall just great in making sure we were satisfied. Our remake was done to perfection and they included an order of fried dough for the trouble! Now we have a new favorite add on to our regular order. Thank you!!!!
From the area. Marks used to be great fresh Pizza. Their prices were a bit high, but you got what you paid for. Now that they have Franchised out it isnt what it used to be. My breaking point was when they made the change from fresh to canned mushrooms. Spend your money elsewhere. Its now over priced and sub par quality.
Good pizza and very nice people inside. They are decently expensive but someone should get it when they want a movie night or hanging out with there family.
Good food. High prices but worth it if you find things from the menu you genuinely enjoy. Great garlic pizza. Decent wings. I have found that their thin crust pizza is top notch. I honestly did not care for their regular pizza much until I ordered a thin crust just to see what it was like. It is by far the best way to order pizza from Marks.
Marks pizzeria is a bit of a drive from my house so I dont get there often. However when Im in the area its a must stop. The buffalo chicken is just to die for. It has just the right amount of heat but not to much to make us cry.. Its slap your mamma good.
My daughter and I had a late night dinner here. Service and food is always good! Tonight was no exception! We saw they were sanitizing everything anyone would touch! We had a great time!
Let me start by saying their food is great. Everything Ive tried from there is yummy. But the prices are outragous. A $4.00 delivery charge!? It used to be $3 :( also if they happen to forget something (witch is rare) they take way too long. I understand you have to drive back get 1 item and come back but I once waited an hour because they forgot my dressing and I live 5 min away. The staff is SUPER friendly and they are always happy to help me. I just wish their prices were more reasonable.
We live in the country and Marks is the only place that delivers to us. Always hot and on point. We have been getting the kids lunch specials lately, they are perfect!!!
Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza this evening. It took almost an hour to get to our house (when it says 45 minutes or less) and it wasnt even hot. Then apparently my card wasnt charged online and the delivery driver had us Google the phone number ( Shouldnt he know his workplace phone number?) so we could call to fix the payment issue. Then it takes another 10 minutes to talk to someone. Never ordering from here again!
They were out of regular chicken wings. We ordered two different sauces/flavors of boneless. NEVER AGAIN. Very dry. Almost crunchy. Pizza was good.

The pizza here is delicious, I definitely recommend the grilled buffalo chicken. It has a great eat-in area, and is always clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I was looking forward to enjoying a good old fashion thin crust Hawaiian pie tonite. But to my surprise, the pie turned to be a disappointment. I believe it was undercook since the crust just slopped down when I lifted a slice. Since I was a bit hungry I figured maybe the next slice might get better....unfortunately, the next two slices came out the same. Once the crust slops downward, then the toppings with the cheese just follows off. And since its snowing pretty hard now and the roads are bad, I wont even bother driving back and will just toss the remaining slices out. Have I mention the pie cost me $23 ... oh well...just remind me not to bother with Marks Pizzeria in the future.
Best pizza in Auburn. I tried ordering lunch at one of the other pizza shops in Auburn around 2pm and was told they dont open until 3, so they lost my business. Love Marks pizza anyway, a little more expensive but worth it.

I havent eaten at marks in years and i remember why. We ordered a BLT sub. Mushroom swiss burger. Mozz sticks and a piece of pizza. All came to about 35 bucks and yep 35.00 down the drain.The burger is a frozen patty that is absolutely tasteless and is obviously not seasoned. The chips are terribleBLT sub was super thin. Pretty much nothing inside. A very lame sub.The pizza is not bad but too much dough imo. Best part of the food imo was the free pickle.Even tho i hate Dennys they do make a 6.00 burger that is 1000 times better
Food is good when cooked right, most times my pizzas been overcooked, but was still good nonetheless. I always order garlic bread and 4 out of 5 times its been delivered with no sauce. I also ordered during a busy time I was told and it took almost 3 hrs for my food to be delivered when I live only 7 minutes away (driving). I would go there personally to get faster service, but I have a baby, so usually pizza is a last minute decision and only an option because they deliver.
Absolutely awful. There was almost no toppings, it was like eating a toasted sub roll. I guess that is how they afford a Super bowl commercial. Save your money, go next door to Angelos, and get a pizza. Marks processed commercial garbage needs to be out of business.
Been having bad experiences lately but today put the icing on the cake, a young lady cash me out then went over to talk to one of her friends and use the same gloves to break up someones meat for their steak sub ,not knowing it was a steak sub I was nice enough to say thats mine then I would like my money back they reassured me was not my food, told herneededger to change her gloves . Then when he moved away from her was using her new gloves for her cell phone . Completely unacceptable to change her cloth gloves excetera exceter
Got a turkey bomber sub an a meaty calzone, both were hearty an delicious. An I received cookies with both my orders. Nice
Its too bad they changed their calzones. Their wing are great. If ordering pasta ask for double sauce or else its dry.

Pizza was cold. 7.99 salad had only three little pieces of tomato in it. No peppers, no cucumbers, just stale croutons, lettuce and three onion rings. Not worth what I was charged.
Awesome Pizza! Calzones are to die for! However I only gave four stars because its a little on the expensive side compared to the other pizza places in town.
I always order food from marks because they deliver and I don’t know what a day off is and the food is always mediocre and pretty pricey. $16 for a salad is absolutely outrageous.
They got the best pizza in town. Even though I no longer live in N.Y. I make it a point to stop here when I come up to visit family and friends.

2022-02-22I love Marks Pizzeria. Theyve been in Auburn as long as I can remember. And also part of our family. I delivered pizzas for them when I was young. Both of my sisters, my mother (who has worked there for over 20 years and still does 2 days per week!), and my nephew (who is currently working there!) have all enjoyed working at Marks over the last 20+ yrs. Great employer. Personally I love their Buffalo chicken wings. The wings are a very good size and reasonably priced considering the actual cost of poultry. Theyre well known for their tasty calzones in Auburn. And the relatively new location is right off Route 5&20W and is very spacious and comfortable. Definitely worth checking out when in Auburn!

2021-12-04Called in an order and waited around for it; spent the better part of my evening waiting for an order that would never show up. Decided to call after more then twice the quoted time went by. They never keyed in the order. I am not even sure how that happens. They did not seem the least bit sorry that it happened.

2021-06-19The pizza always tastes great. The first two times of asking for a thin crust that doesnt bubble at the edges it was done perfectly . After that the dough was thicker and bubbly at the edges Also I ask to have the ingredients to the very edge of the pizza like it was done before and it wasnt. So even though we love the taste the consistency isnt there.

2021-03-14Used to order pretty frequently but food went downhill. Had to start ordering extra sauce on wings and bbq chicken pizza (extra charges) so they werent dry. We stopped going but try again every few months. Just got home, wings are dry and burned -pizza is dry.It also really bothers me that the employees play with their hair, phones, face masks then handle the food.......wont be going back.

2021-10-09Was very sad when the marks pizza in Liverpool and the surrounding area left. My wife and I often ordered from there. Went to bass pro shops and got the pizza on the way home. Its as delicious as I remember!

2021-07-0416 and change for 4 slices of pizza. I asked how much a small pizza was .14 and change one of the staff was very pushy that a small pizza would be half the food. Like dont do it.The slices we received werent great. They were lucit. they were our only option today.
