I ordered a breakfast pizza tonight and it has an unbelievably thin layer of cheese on it and that is it.
We have ordered pizza from this location a couple times a month for the last 3 years. The quality and service has been on a steep decline over the last year. Tonight was probably the last straw, ordered pizza for pickup, told 20 minutes, arrived and paid and waited....and waited...after 45 minutes was told it wasn’t even in the oven yet, got a refund and left. Time to start trying other pizza places.
I had a great experience ordering over the phone recently. I have a strict gluten free diet, when I called the gentleman who answered was above and beyond helpful even checking all the wing sauces to let me know which ones were gluten free and which were not. This was not only very appreciated but also refreshing to have someone be so helpful and understanding even over the phone. 5 stars for Marks! Oh and the pizza was delicious I will definitely be visiting again and spreading the word. Thanks for the help :)!
I love Marks. Ive worked at the establishment in Palmyra and I would gladly work for them again! As a driver and not a phone girl this time though. The moneys in the driving! But anyways, Marks has the best pizza, the best service and theyre expensive because theyre worth it when youre craving real mozzarella cheese and the best sauce AND dough youve ever tasted! Or maybe you have a gluten allergy! They have a delicious gluten free cheese pizza and it can come with gf pepperoni if you prefer that. :)But order from Marks! Theyll treat you like an Italian family and theyre the best. ;)

Marks in Macedon is the BEST! The employees and managers are ALWAYS REALLY FRIENDLY!!! GREAT, PROFESSIONAL PLACE! Been going here for the last 8 years EVERY FRIDAY for my autistic daughter. They know her by name and greet her with a smile.
I was so impressed and thankful for the thoughtfulness of the staff at this location. My place of work wanted to order pizza for lunch, which is not always easy for me because I am vegan. I decided to order with them and get a cheeseless veggie pizza. They didnt give me a hard time about it at all, at other places I have tried this I can hear the eye rolls. Then they actually took to the time to call me back to inform me that there is parmesan cheese in the regular pizza sauce and see if I wanted marinara sauce on the pizza instead. Thank you so much for caring about your customers, I will definitely be ordering again!
Had a pair of fresh out of the oven pepperoni slices. Marks crust is the best! A cookie and an iced tea out on the patio on a warm October evening in the small town of Egypt topped it off quite well. Nicely appointed facility, clean restroom, decent staff.
He now charges $5 delivery charge...lol....his treat you like family is a joke...he only cares about himself and his fancy house and family trips...didnt he learn from not giving his drivers the delivery fee and being sued...so sad about this....the pizza is good though...the rest is just selfish....
Horrible!! Used to be so good but, quality has gone way down and prices have gone way up. Chicken wings had barely any sauce on them and were cold when picked up. Very red inside. Subs were sub-par. No pun intended. Last time we ordered from Webster, a tuna sub, they put no mayo in the tuna!! Thought we would give Fairport a try... nope! Being a faithful Marks diner for years, we give up. Spend more time and money on your restaurants, less on your commercials. $32.50 for 2 subs and 10 wings, ridiculous!! Good bye Marks and good luck bringing in business at your prices. Some days is Soooo good!Then a week later, order the same pizza and it’s almost not even pizza. (Wet, thin cust, toppings are sliding off OR barely enough to even matter.Sometimes enough sauce, sometimes barely any.It’s much better to go pick it up than delivery. I think there’s more pride in the ‘pick-up pizzas’! Hah hahPlus, you’ll save FOUR BUCKS fee.Inconsistent pizza the last 3 years.
Best pizza ever. Only place that Id say Id rather have pizza from is Naples, Italy. But this is the best American pizza there is. Im seeing a ton of negative reviews but they seem very circumstantial. If I ever had an issue with this place, they literally speed back and fix it, always compensating for anything done wrong. Best friendly and local place for pizza, hands down.
Delicious breakfast pizza (I added peppers, onions, ham and bacon). I ordered one to be delivered for brunch, as they were the only place open early enough, and received a second because they had cut it in triangles instead of squares as I had ordered. I thought this was extremely kind and though unnecessary, great business. I will return.

Why would marks pizzeria in a pandemic screw their driver out of a tip. I ordered online one price. 22 dollars. For delivery 26 dollars. Then they aklsked me if I would like to leave a tip for the driver. Whete is the 4 dollars going to begin with. Isnt this supposed to be going to the driver. A lot of companies offering free delivery. This is the true meaning of fleecing of America. I think i will call Berkley Breen for a story. I talked with the delivery driver. Apparently mark doesnt know how to handle the insurance with drivets. Very disappointed. the delivery
Absolutely Horrible! Paid $50+ on 2 pizzas and 2 dozen wings... pizza had NO SAUCE ON IT. MEAT ON THE PIZZA WAS DRY AS A BONE. Took ONE BITE, and about THREW UP, and had to have something else for dinner. Wings were also dry and had minimal sauce on them... If I could give this a negative reviews I would. If you do decide to eat at Marks in Pittsford, please remember you are wasting your hard earned money on a dry, nasty meal. Please find another place to eat. You can thank me later.

My husband ordered a calzone that got delivered as a white pizza ... Tonight I order a medium Philly cheese steak sub and get a cheese pizza! Order here if you want the exact opposite of what you ordered on the phone!

2022-04-25This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered a pizza and it was not edible. The other two times we brought it back. We started ordering from somewhere else. We gave this location another shot because we had to order fast. I ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, fries, and wings. We ordered the wings to be well done. They were mush. The large pizza was not cooked in the middle at all. The medium pizza was fine. We don’t have time to return it and complain because we don’t have time. But this is ridiculous. We will never order from this location again. I just wasted $60 and have to cook the pizza myself!

2022-06-24Still my favorite white pizza with cup & char pepperoni. This pizza is to die for. But service is slipping as of late. Some nights when you call in you get a quick sharp employee who gets your order right and done quick while other nights you feel like you are training the person who answers the phone.

2021-09-28This is my favorite local pizza! Havent been everywhere but these guys are tasty, consistent and dependable. My wife and I ordered from a Pittsford place that was recommended, they hadnt started the pie when we arrived to pick it up. Called Marks, ordered and drove out, had to wait a couple of minutes on my wings, no worries! Our supreme was a masterpiece of pizza engineering! Brown and crispy on the bottom. No sog in the middle. Excellent distribution of toppings. Great pie! Planning to get another soon!

2021-08-25My wife got a plain cheese pizza, and she said it had no spices on it, and it was bland. I got a cheesesteak sub, although it was large, it too needed salt and pepper, and the onions were raw. Usually a cheesesteak has the onions grilled with the steak, and salt and pepper is applied while cooking. Other than that it was good.

2021-03-11The pizza was good... not exceptional but very enjoyable! The sauce was plentiful as were the rest of the toppings the crust was thick and amlost crispy... not my favorite pizza but I totally enjoyed it and definitely recommend Marks if you are in the area and looking for a quick slice!!

2020-09-06I have been ordering from the Walworth shop for years, but over the last couple years I have experienced a HUGE decline in the quality. When ordering pizza the last 2 times I actually had to ask them to put sauce on the pizza because on a previous order it came with No sauce on it. I swore I wouldnt order from Marks again ...but .. I did again tonight ..I ordered 2 calzones... Horrible... Mostly bread, very little fillings. Super disappointed !! You just lost a long time customer .
