I am so grateful to work for Marquis Home Care. They are so supportive to all of their employees and clients and are always willing to do whatever it take to ensure our clients and employees are happy and well taken care of.

I used Marquis home care for my father . I live out of state and they helped me apply for community Medicaid to cover the aide services. They held my hand the entire time and reassured me that they were their for my father when I couldn’t be . Their staff from the internal office to the aide who came to his home , were caring and compassionate . I couldn’t ask for more .

I Chose this organization for homecare services recently and I got the best experience with the whole coordination . The staff helped me with the whole process on every step of the way. I work at marquis home care and am constantly in awe of how much they do for their employees. They are always so encouraging and generous with everything they do for all of their employees. I love my job and there is no better place to work!!
This agency, without notice or attempting to find a replacement, took away our day-shift nurse, leaving my son unable to go to school and unable to get any of his many therapies. Weve had about half a dozen case managers over the past two years because they either quit or get fired, and none of them seem to know what their job is. The nurses, if you can get one, can be great (weve had three wonderful ones and one or two we swapped out), but the level of incompetence from the business side is truly remarkable.
Marquis Home Care have some amazing people working there. They are very responsive and pay attention to every detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great home care company.
This was by far the most unprofessional ghetto home care I have ever in my life worked for . They would not pay me for 4 months continued to send me into high risk buildings & allowed their coordinators to handle situations any way . None of them have ever been in an office they sit behind at home behind a screen . This is absolutely no company you should ever work for !
Ive been working on Medicaid for my dad Joaquin Garcia since July 2019. Sometime in September, Medicaid was approved. To me, it has been a complicated process with no follow-up and inaccurate information provided to me.I am not sure who referred Ruth Wertheimer to me, but from the first time I spoke to her, she was knowledgeable on Medicaid, Pooled Trust & MLTC and rules and timelines. She promised me she would help me throughout the process of the Medicaid, Pooled Trust, & MLTC. She has been my little angel answering my questions and reassuring me; everything will be okay. Trust me when I say things went wrong from, setting up this Pooled Trust, forwarding rent payment incorrect address, no follow up, etc. Again she reassured me everything would fall into place with the Pooled Trust & MLTC.First and foremost, her knowledge of the procedures of these programs is essential to complete enrollment. She is so kind, her listening skills and her take-charge attitude have eased by stress. It amazes me how many people work 40 hours a week and are unable to answer a call and or get back to you. Although Ruth only works part-time, she can do it all. It is always a pleasure talking to her, and Im so grateful for all she has done for me. By the way, on her day off, I called Ruth panicking, informing her I received a letter from MLTC stating my dad had to enroll by 12/21/19. She immediately called me back and told me not to worry that she would follow up with the social worker at the rehab. Because of her persistence with social worker, my dad was able to qualify for MLTC within the guidelines.In closing, please thank Ruth for her amazing service, incredible following up, and diligent service.Regards,

I refer patients to Rachel and she always follow up with patients and make sure patients receive MLTC services. She is great if you want to refer a patient in need of assistance. She will assist with the challenging paperwork that patients often get confused with.

They were very helpful in obtaining Care at home for my father. A young lady by the name of Enid Soto was very helpful in getting that started. I would recommend them for anyone who is in need of care.
This company doesn’t deserve one star. Im not even sure where to start! First and foremost most of the coordinators are beyond rude, hard to contact and or one is always on maternity,vacation ect. Its sad to say that they dont even no there clients needs or know what type of condition they are in. They stick these aides with no common sense who barely speak English on these poor people. If your client requires a hoyer SEND AN EXPERIENCED AIDE this can not be taught over the phone nor is it in the aide who does know how to use a hoyer job description to teach the next aide. This makes it even harder for the good aides who ate definitely being robbed not only for their time but for their money as well. I am not a fan of this company what so ever CAN YOU TELL? STRIKE IS IN ORDER! Up the pay for your hard working aide, update your voicemails, HIRE EXPERIENCED UNLESS THE CLIENT DOEST REQUIRE MUCH LEARN YOUR FREAKING CLIENTS AND KNOW THEIR NEEDS WANTS AND REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU GO STICKING SOMEONE IN THIS FIELD WHO IS ONLY CHASING A CHECK AND NEVER GETTING THE JOB DONE PAY YOUT EMPLOYEES WHAT THEY DESERVE AND ON TIME GET WITH IT OR STRIKE IS A MUST!!!! 2020-06-08As Director of Social Services at a sub acute rehab in NY, I have had 5 years experience with Marquis Home Care. They are outstanding at both the care as well as getting us and families connected with appropriate people, from medicaid information, other facilities and services in the community, to their home care services. The Marquis representative that I normally deal with, (Stephanie) does an amazing job at keeping us all in the loop and assisting as a liaison if there are ever any bumps in the road (which is rare!). They are a go-to home care service for me.

2020-05-15My wife got very sick and I needed a home health aide to take care of her . I could not afford one and I didnt know how to begin . A friend of mine used Marquis home care and recommended them to me. Marquis helped me apply for medicaid. I can not express enough my gratitude to their office staff for helping me the entire time and reassuring me along the way . The home health aide in our home is kind and loving , she is a part of our family . Thank you Marquis.
