Fun atmosphere, great service. Bar tenders were awesome, they were attentive and even helped my friend celebrate her 21st birthday. They have games and huge TVs. Perfect for groups or just hanging out with a friend. Prices were decent and they serve food until 2am!! The menu had a ton of variety as well. Will be returning for more!!
Bartenders are very attentive. Always noticing if you need another and very friendly with excellent knowledge of the different beers on tap. A very mixed crowd of people so you can always find someone to talk to. With the 3 giant projection screens you can watch all the games or anything else youre interested in. Food is always awesome, especially anything shaken in Marshall sauce. Tons of board games to keep everyone entertained .
Fantastic time had this evening. Socially distant, and emotionally unable just like I love my service industry peeps.... jk.. in all seriousness tho. clean environment, staff always wiping up with sanitizer.Still was able to engage positively, food was great, drinks superb.. theyre open for take out too!!..
Exactly what you would expect to get at an upscale dive bar. Great drinks and drink specials. Great, great bar food. 3 huge projection screens to watch SyFy channel or hockey. A well kept pool table and many other great games. This place is... Great. Oh yea, the staff are great too.
Enjoyed the environment, especially the games! Food was decent for the price. Very slow service and your group wont get meals out at the same time. They seem to make the easiest first, leaving others to wait 10+mins. My biggest complaint is the drinks were VERY watered down. Everyone in our group was unhappy. Even the person who got a coke said it tasted like water, so maybe its the bar gun. To top that, they charge $1.50 for a cup of water! After crappy cocktails and spending $40+ on food, I would expect water to be free. I would go again, but I will be sure to drink elsewhere before hand and bring my own water.
Great alcohol selection. The owners like to change things up and add new things too. They have board games to play and a giant connect four game. They also decorate with some interesting stuff. 3 huge screens playing different things with closed captioning. Cornhole on Wednesday nights in the winter. Walking dead Sundays. Darts and pool. So many options for a bar and they have a kitchen. You could literally spend all day here with the options they have.
I went there excited about the place and was very disappointed with the menu it really needs to be worked on dont show a picture of regular bone in chicken wings if you dont have them on your menu yes this was on the Google page for your business we actually went to McGregors in Henrietta.
I went there a few weeks ago atmosphere is good staff was good, Food was not good. We ordered a grilled cheese which was burnt like crazy and they just flipped it over to hide it the bread was the heel which some people like but what ever. The cheese was that cheese that does not melt... The pbj we ordered was not grilled just like lightly grilled so idk how it was hard to mess that one up.. we use to come here and love it so maybe they just had a person covering the grill that day. But idk it was not a good time
Excellent hybrid sort of bar - kind of a sports bar, neighborhood bar, dive bar, but with great selection of spirits and a fair amount of beer choices .Excellent and varied bar food , a fairly open plan bar with 3 large screen tv’s tunes to very different shows , a pool table and other amenities.Crowd is varied but friendly and eclectic crew.
The service is always great, the food is delicious (no matter what you get), everything is affordable. The place is large enough to bring a big crowd. They have bar seating which is nice if youre just looking to grab a drink and some snacks. They have games and large TVs too.
A large group of us went here after an event, and while the staff seemed friendly enough, the kitchen had major problems. About 4 of us ordered waffle fries but got tater tots (and they didnt run out of waffle fries because people after us got some). The guy sitting next to me ordered his sandwich without cheese, but it arrived with cheese, he sent it back, but then got a new one after much delay ... with no sauce, either! But to top it all off, one of the people who ate here with us had food poisoning for the two days following the visit, and the only thing she could trace it back to was the meal at this place.
Cheap amazing food and great beer selection! This place was awesome - my husband and I went there for dinner tonight and we remembered going there before the new owners took it over - what a difference! Clean and nice atmosphere - great service and cant say it enough - great prices and great food! We will be going back - better wings than the distillery and cost way less.
Great bar food and plenty of good and attentive bar tenders. Bar games plus a shelf filled with random board games. Darts, pool table, several large screen tvs and juke box. No fried chicken wings after 12am but a decent menu of appetizers including quesadillas, tator tots, waffle fries and more.
I love you Marshal Street, but the consistency from the kitchen is sometimes an issue. Recently ordered Irish Nachos and Grilled Cheese to go. Waffle fries in the nachos were not crispy, kinda oily. Grilled cheese had no cheese on half, and was almost burned. We had the grilled cheese remade and the second time the cheese wasnt melted... I think you gotta step the game up back there, grilled cheese is super easy and a money maker! I also had the wings, which were fantastic, no issues there.
Best Bar. Hands down. Whether youre looking for a classic beverage or a crafty new beer, they are always on their game. The bartenders (Andy, Badger and the other dudes) are the nicest, most genuine people you could meet in Rochester. They play every football game, line up the tables to watch the Walking Dead, have plenty of board games & jenga, pool, darts, jukebox music, food til 2am (wings stop at midnight)... Everything you could ever want in a social gathering place!
Amazing wings, Don picks some great microbrews, accommodating and fun staff, music will range from mumble rap to death metal which is excellent, TVs show anything from Rick and Morty to WWE, convient and prices are great, can get an absolutely 🔥 meal here at fast-food prices! Ideal neighborhood bar, keep slayin it Marshall Street! 👍
Female brunette bartender was rude af. Was waiting 20 mins to be served, when I finally got her attention I asked her nicely how long will it be until I can order something she said with the worst attitude “There’s only 2 of us working tonight, I will get to you when I get to you.”

2022-01-20Nice bar, very large. Small searing area but I like the way it was set up. Lots of TVs. We went on a Friday night, Kinda dead and very weak drinks. I ordered double shots and couldnt really taste Alcohol. They ID at the door. Must be 21 to enter. No parking so good luck finding a parking spot around the Monroe Ave area 🤣. Overall Id go back though.

2021-07-22Food was exceptionally salty, restaurant was out of multiple items, and the bartender did not wear deodorant and it was pretty evident. It was bar food and it was open, on a day when everything else wasnt

2020-09-28Brian with and I not with a Y was fantastic. Threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband. Everyone I talked to at Rochester pedal tours was super friendly and accommodating. It was fantastic to finally have a great night out that felt like pre-covid days. Brian you’re the best. Will definitely be putting another one together in the near future.

2020-03-06If you’re looking for late night vegan food on Rochester, look no further. What an awesome spot!!! Can someone say VEGAN OPTIONS!? I would totally recommend the Portabella wingz (basically glorified fried mushrooms😍) they were crispy, perfect on the inside, and what a sauce!! We got the Marshall sauce w/ vegan ranch dressing as a dip. They’ve got an awesome vegan sloppy joe, too! All in all, I’m definitely happy with my visit, and I’ll be back for sure!

2017-03-14This is one of my favorite places! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great and they have tons of board games! Other games include darts, pinball, the claw and a huge Connect Four.If youre not into those kinds of games you can watch football or The Walking Dead on the huge screen in the dining area. It includes three projectors. The menu is extensive and includes an array of apps, sandwiches and other noshes. They have taters! My favorite sandwich is the deep-fried turkey club. Get a side of queso and youre golden! The long bar is stocked with at least 10-15 beers on tap and all kinds of craft brews. Samples are encouraged. The dining area is large enough to party with a group of friends, yet cozy enough to enjoy quality time with your BFF.Marshall St. is awesome and you will thoroughly enjoy it.

2022-03-21OK food, servers chatted more with buddies then patrons at the counter - hardest working guy was the older guy from the grill - cooked and served and you can tell he had a bad back - parking can be a nightmare but its Monroe Ave so expect off street
