I did not go in but spoke with a person from the store. They are requiring masks for everyone even though the governor said when we reach 70% vaccination rate all restrictions gone except for health care facilities which Marshalls is not. We are at least at 75% vaccination rate now. Why were all these stores so eager to follow the governors mandates when everything was just beginning to open and now that we can be free they are requiring masks? I guess online shopping for me will continue.

Store seemed empty of merchandise, though there was still plenty. It was odd that it wasnt overstuffed with holiday decorations, etc. Carts were sanitized and they were keeping count of occupancy. Registers had dividers for distancing between them and are sanitized after each person. A nice shopping experience. 4 stars due to low merchandise.....probably shipping hassles.

Great deals on snacks and great price for clothing when you want something elegant but not too flashy or just need some pants and blouses for work. Recently the check out has been extremely long. I acknowledge that covid has changed the way we function, but it seems unnecessary to have 3 associates at the doors and 2 cashiers when there is a line of 8 customers waiting to pay...Edit : 10 and counting ...
Good selection
This store is excellent of its kind: the low prices and heavily discounted clothing and supplies make searching the racks worthwhile. I have been coming here since I was a boy. I generally shop at the thrift store or Walmart, but if I want some thing nicer I will come here. The service is very efficient. This is not a boutique, but its a great place if you want to hunt for a bargain.
I enjoy just browsing in this store. So much to look at! Clothing, housewares, shoes, toys, pet care, baby items, seasonal, etc. I could browse forever. Great place to get someone a gift! I can find a lot of Buffalo Bills & Buffalo Sabres items in here around Christmas time.

Im always buying stuff at Marshalls. It isnt always the best stuff, but it is often well priced, stylish, and I can usually find just what Im looking for. The shoe selection is particularly good, and I always know what register to use, thanks to the helpful dinging noise.

Its a small Marshalls. Selection turns over quickly so you need to come regularly if you want what youre actually looking for. Womens section dwarfs the Mens, kids toys are a joke. Footwear and home goods are good. Kitchen items sit for a while. Rating is based on size of the store. The staff are amazing.
Great store for school clothes. The prices are fair and the store was very neat clean and well organized. I will return to the store for my future needs.
Not enough of a selection for men, the mens jeans selection is extremly small and no variety. Especially in color. Caters more to women.

New review- friendlier customer service todayI like walking around Marshalls you never know what you can find. The staff is extremely rude at times. Every time Ive been in there I feel like I bother the employees when I ask them a question. They dont say hello or offer to help if you need it. They glare at you with a blank stare or dirty look. And most of the managers are the same. A very select few dont do this and I wish I knew their names. They make it pleasant and have smiles on their face.
Staff are somewhat friendly, that is when you can find someone! One maybe two cashiers are nice. Wanted to buy a pair of sneakers but only one shoe was in the box and NO ONE could be bothered. Instead went to Kohls and treated much better :) and saved lots of money.....Yay!!!

Marshalls is ok, I feel they need a larger selection of clothing that is in season even if the season is ending in a month or so. Looked for swimwear and didnt find anything in July and August. They need more full figured clothing and also juniors clothing. It could have a better atmosphere and design then it does to make it a more appealing shopping experience

Good store if youre a teenage girl, everyone else youre out of luck. I brought my newborn and 7 yr old kids with me, shopping. The shopping carts do not allow you to fit an infant carseat in them at all. They have a seat area but the entire cart is smaller than the carseat itself. I found this very frustrating. I had to carry my 8 week old baby in his seat through the entire store while my 7 yr old pushed the cart. If she wasnt with me that day I wouldnt have been able to shop. No way could I have Carried a carseat and push a cart. Very inconvenient. We did find a couple of the things for my 7 yr old but nothing for myself or my baby boy as the choices were extremely limited. Like one rack of baby clothes limited, same with little girls. Womens selection was garbage worthy of a yard sale. Very highly DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! Stick to TJ MAX online.

2022-05-12Pros: Clean store, friendly staff, usually a good selection of what Im looking for. Cons: The push for the credit cards. I understand the pressure as I have a younger relative who works there part time. They tell me that the pressure to ask for cards is insane. How is it ok to have minors selling a credit card when (a) they cant apply themselves and (b) they dont even understand how credit works. Folks, do you know every time you apply for a credit card your credit score gets dinged and it stays on your credit report for 2 years? Management, lay off these kids.

2021-11-04This place has gone down hill as far as mens clothing goes. Use to be a wide variety and a fair amount of great clothes and prices. Yes we all know prices go up bla bla. But wasnt expecting the clothing area be knocked down to about nothing no good selections what so ever and woman clothing mixed in. There is maybe 3 or 4 racks of mens clothing and 1 rack for shoes/boots combined. No good selection what so ever. Now for the ladies there is probably 20 racks of clothing like 4 of coats/purses and a wide variety of shoe wear to pick from so with that being said, male dont even bother you have a better chance of finding something at a competitor store and not pay some crazy prices for same clothing. Great place for the wife . Great prices and one stop shop for clothing and all essentials.
