It has beautiful prices but the lines where so long..
Much more organized than the Marshall I usually go to, would recommend this location and the one in Huntington.
I love Marshall’s, but I can’t stand going during the weekend because it feels like I’m walking into a day care. If you want to avoid running over a kid with the cart just don’t go on weekends because it’s scary seeing so many kids running in a store. I can’t even take a cart when I go there or if I need something I’d just go somewhere else but definitely not in a weekend
Its always chaotic in Marshalls, and this store is no exception. The staff were helpful. But good luck finding what you came for. It could be where youd expect, or you could find it laying on the floor in the pet section. Good selection though.
Not a good selection of clothes or cosmetics. The building is physically separate from Home Goods so you would have to go outside and re-enter to go to the other store.

Nice location servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Big store. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. Nice Staff. We will definitely be going back.

It could be cleaner, I found the store quite dusty. The cosmetic section was in disarray. They need some retail reorganization. Someone who knows how to display the merchandise properly.
Cleanest & most organized marshals Ive ever been to & to my pleasant surprise there was barely a line at the register.
A bit disappointing as their selection of boys clothing is like non existent. For kids to about size 4 they are ok, plus mens and womens are good, but boys, man, it stinks. Boys shoes are ok.Again, womens, mens and lil kids are good, plus home items like kitchen needs(utensils, odds and ends) towels, blankets etc are good, just not boys clothing.
Love Marshalls! Never walk out of there without a cart full of stuff. I can go in there a few times a week and always find a great buy! Its my guilty pleasure!
As a long time customer i expect good service for my money. I shop here very often. Some employees know me by name and others by face. However on Sept. 9th, 2015 at this Marshalls store i encountered a very rude store worker Lisa. This employee did not stop following me around the store and giving me very dirty looks, as if i were shoplifting. She was so rude. I was in disbelief. Ten minutes prior to closing she raises her voice at me for no reason whatsoever saying i had to exit the store. Embarrassed by what she had just told me i had no choice but to put down the merchandise i was interested in buying and leave the store. Employees like Lisa are an embarrassment to your brand and i will happily take my business elsewhere!

So many awesome finds here and the line went pretty quickly for the amount of people there! This is my new go-to Marshalls!!! Did I mention they have a HomeGoods and HomeSense AND Target in the same center! I was in shopping heaven! Some of my favorites all in one place oh lawdy lawdy halp me wallet!
If you can its at a good price
The store is a total complete mess. Everything is disorganized, impossible to look through, items are in wrong size sections, or in horrible condition. The bathroom is extremely dirty and gross. Staff is nowhere to find. Nothing good at this store.

Marshalls always has a scented trinket or an unexpected Jordan almond wrapped in a satin bow that makes going there a fun a pick-me-up treasure hunt. Also, snatching up a cute marked down satin biker jacket or a set of bunny eared headphones🐇2nd-handed from Sharper Image after flicking thru the latest doo-dad jewelry & Clarins overstocked neck cream while my man can satisfy his bottomless demand for light-up phone or musical battery chargers make this joint one of my hubs n my favs. Its a whimsical mole hole breather before the hardcore grocery shopping of Costco next door.

If your luck is in your favor you can find the best bargains and deals in town I picked up a crossbody Michael Kors bag the day before on went on vacation it was the best purchase ever.

2022-02-17Ive been here a few times and this location is Great. Customer Service could use some work but Prices are nice and everything seems good. Easy Access Via the Elevator for Handicapped Customers and the Escalators make it easy as well to get right in for a good deal.

2022-01-08Customer service is a JOKE. I went there early morning and walked straight to the counter. The cashier told me I had to go around a wall to start the line but she had no line and no other customer waiting. By the time I turned to go around the wall more customers were entering the line and now I was behind them. That been said while I was waiting now a customer walks straight to the same cashier without going around the wall to make the line and she helps her. The cashier didnt tell that customer to go around to wait on line. I dont even know how this people will behave late afternoon because this was early morning and the service and the attitudes were awful. I DONT RECOMMEND this place. please do yourself a favor and work on customer service. No customer needs to be treated like this.

2021-06-21The store was overcrowded with a long line at checkout and only 2 cashiers. The clothes were very messily displayed and the footwear was missing matching pairs. Very few associates to tidy up such a messy store and help customers. Not a good experience

2021-08-05Its not as any other Marshall I went. Its a little closed in. Selection was not there, HomeGoods have the one of a kind of a selection and thats why it rank beyond 5 stars for me, but this Marshall, leaves me sighing for more stuff. Maybe its the size, or too many people in one space..IDK

2018-08-19The store was a decent size and had a lot of variety but I had the most unfortunate experience of having to use their restroom. I have not been in a more unsanitary odorous ladies room. Store was very busy but still not an excuse. Aside from that would go back...on an empty bladder.
