Marshalls always has the BEST stuff for fall. From decorations, many different fall scented candles, to cozy fall clothes, jackets, scarves, shoes, (awesome kid selection as well including super cute boots) and you could even find a great purse to match a new outfit. I just love the wide variety of name brand products, all at decent prices. Im sure I sound like a commercial but its true. Their hair and makeup section is amazing and theres always good finds in the clearance spots. I also love the super low prices on their cat beds and scratch posts and I love checking out what kind of new kitchen gadgets they have. I could literally just spend a whole day and night checking out all the amazing finds. Oh, and they have these adorable pop up cards for basically any holiday thats on the way. The Halloween ones are always so cute. Just be careful because theres no way youre going to be able to only buy that one item you went there for, lol my arms always end up overflowing with stuff that I just have to have 😆

Went in for one item and bought more because some prices reasonable. Overall clean, busy and a lot to look at! Very wide range of unique items that I loved. Thinking about going back for a 3 piece serving bowl set I loved as a gift for my daughter. But its 60$ and not sure I want to pay that. Lost a star for being hot in there. Left because of heat (and if i stayed would have spent more money Im sure). Kick up the AC!

There were lots of shoppers but not a lot of merchandise. I couldnt find a simple pair of black flats. Not sure if stock or lack thereof is COVID related. Peoples shopping carts were full though!

I went here when they first opened during COVID. I waited outside like the rest of the folks and it was not to bad. At the time, they were trying to liquidate their current inventory, which I figured before evening going as most retailers were doing the same. What I was really impressed with is that the manager was handing out water bottles for people waiting inside and outside. This was a very nice touch that shows they care about the customer.

I went there hoping to find black skechers, grey slippers, & a short white robe. Unbelievable I found all 3!!! & then some lol I then get to checkout..cashier tells me about 10% discount if I apply for credit. No thank you. 10% off with your drivers license. Its in the car I dont want to hold up the line. Go get it. I ran lol & again to my surprise I not only received 10% off I was granted the credit card!!! Definitely a 5☆ afternoon at Marshalls Extra thank you to the cashier

Just so you know where Im coming from. I remember Marshalls from the 60s when you could actually find terrific bargains, like 80-90% off. Now, youre buying year-old clothing styles for 20% off, if youre lucky, and household items that are no bargain at all.My recent visit to the Latham store was a joke. I returned an item which had been purchased more than 30 days ago so I was given a store credit of less than $5.00. That was fine with me since I was going to spend it anyways. Although, I didnt expect to be carded when I I redeemed it!When I checked out and tried to use the credit, the clerk said that I needed to show my drivers license to prove that I was who I said I was! I was flabbergasted, but kept my cool and showed my license. He closely examined the license, wrote my name on the credit slip and proceeded with the checkout. The problem is that when I got home, there were four items in my bag, not the five items that I paid for. Marshalls is so intent on squeezing every dollar out of their merchandise (ever check the broken items on the clearance shelves?) that they are micro-managing their help to the point that customer service is not a priority. If my wife didnt want to go there, I would live happily ever after never going back.
