I love this place, the young lady at the register was really nice and sweet, I had a whole conversation with her and found out that she’s just a minor and Iwas really shocked because she sounded mature. I love how they have everything organized. I think it was the manager who helped me find what i needed and she was really nice as well. The line was long but we know how marshall’s is. They have good deals as well. definitely gonna go back.
Lots of great finds and deals if you have time. Lines were too long and had to leave without my items.

Bright spacious store. Seems well staffed. Employees seen straightening up the merchandise and shelves. 5 of 8 registers open seperated by health safe distance screens. Security too. 2 clean rest rooms accessible. Its a Marshalls store! You never know what youll find. Come back and you wont find it again! 30 days return with receipt for exchange or refund.
Store appeared fully stocked and I was able to find what I was looking for, plus several other items that didnt think I needed.

Went to Target and Walmart to find some comfortable yet professional shoes I needed for an early morning interview. At Walmart nothing fit the bill but at Target there was a pair for $30 no brand or anything at Marshalls I saw a pair of Cole Haans for the same $30, glad I trusted my gut and went elsewhere.

Love to shop at Marshalls but this particular store in 5-Towns leaves much to be desired. Things are disarray and they definitely do not have many items that their other stores have and the staff needs to be more informed about their products so that they can better assist customers and not only say you need to look on the shelves as all we have are on the shelves and if it not there then we dont have

This Marshalls location is pretty good. It is always in order, meaning stuff is not all over the place as with othe Marshalls or/TJMax.You know what i mean. Stores that have merchandise lying all over the place. When you like a pair of shoes and you end up looking for the companion among piles of other shoes.Good selection. Clean and organized properly. Ample parking.

After I finished using my shopping cart they wasted no time to get it sanitized. The store was immaculate and the employees were eager to help me find everything I needed.
I really believe this location could be better.But the employees are certainly nicer and more helpful. But this location is always a mess,its very similar to a thrift shop but less organized.I saw a beautiful Mk coat for $200 but it was filthy and nobody wanted to give a discount so I could have it professionally cleaned so I left it at the checkout.🤷🏽♀️

This place is totally amazing, any little thing you need you can get it there, even things you dont want. A little advice you see something in the store at anytime and you think you might be able to use it, then buy it cause it will really come in handy at sometime soon
Marshalls is the store you go to when you just want to shop. You may not know what you want, but you will sure end up with what you may need. I enjoyed this particular location because its quiet and easy to get to. I feel like a can always catch amazing bargains, and that is always delightful. One small issue is that they ran out of bags, so I had to leave with a grocery store bag not good!
Dont understand whats going on there. Their shelves are so sloppy, fitting rooms are not available to use. Prices are low enough, and its possible to buy good things.
It was okay. I felt the place was under stocked. I think it was kinda empty. Not much product. The register line was long and slow. I was watching videos on my phone while waiting to pay.

Got luggage there. Very good prices, but this is not a place where you go into looking for something specific. Best to go in with a vague goal like need a new carry-on and see what they have vs. a very specific list of requirements. Line can be kind of long.
Marshalls is a great place to shop. Great quality clothing. A variety of apparel, and the cashiers are very polite. Hurry up and head down to Marshalls theres always a sale or discount.
I love Marshalls even though its a hit or miss spot. Their prices are phenomenal on their merchandise. Their items range from clothes, kitchen, lingerie to things you didnt think you wanted. I only wish they had more employees on the floor to assist.
Stopped here after dropping off a relative to the airport. I got to say its way more organized, but what I really liked was that this Marshalls had way more stuff like shoes and boots than the Marshall around my neighborhood. Why is that??
Great selection of items to buy, but the line to check out or return at this store is always 20-30 customers long. Waited in line for 20+ minutes just to checkout.. wish that could be worked on
Great selection and variety of merchandise for regular price and clearance price but the cashier I dealt with was very rude, disrespectful, and snappy! After she filled the bags with purchased item, she wouldnt let me grab my bags but rather grab the bag and put it behind the counter till the payment was over, which was very insulting because I have been a lifelong Marshalls customer and I have never had I been treated like this in any other Marshalls or similar clothing stores! Im not sure which is worse, not seeing her name tag, her not greeting me or hiding my shopping bag behind the counter! Poor customer service, very unprofessional, extremely disappointed! I would not recommend this location as a result of this one employee!

Helpful staff (dressing room); Its like a treasure hunt everytime you shop there, where as you went for maybe one thing but get many more. Be prepared to spend sometime there when you visit. The shoe dept has expanded but needs to be attended to periodically throughout the day. Luggage also expanded.
Yes this is another favorite of mine if you go at the right time you would be able to get a lot of things. otherwise theres people there all the time
Clean and spacious enough I dont feel claustrophobic. The lines can get long but the cashiers work pretty fast so its not that bad

I love shopping at Marshall’s, but this is a very disorganized, messy and dirty store. I was really disappointed when I went to the bathroom to change my daughter’s diaper and first of all the bathroom itself was disgusting, very dirty, and there was NO changing table! I had to go outside to change my baby inside my car.

Long lines, broken merchandise, nothing where its supposed to be. People bring their kids to play with the toys like its an open play area and no one stops them. The staff is very disagreeable. Avoid shopping here very often.

Selection is completely random, but if youre patient, you can find a gem or two. None of this matters when it takes FOREVER to check out. Too many times Ive found something great only to leave it because the line is ridiculous.

Marshalls is generally an awful place to shop, with things thrown all over the floor, and terribly long checkout lines. However, you may get lucky and find something good for cheap.

So a bast*** by the name of Travis that works there has no etiquette what so ever . Very rude and misbehaved associate . To describe how this person looks like ...imagine Stuart little the mice just a lot darker in complexion .He has no control over his mouth and runs it as through he is in frat house . Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this specific Marshall because their employees are very nasty .

2022-06-01I liked here. It had some really reasonably priced clothing and the staff was helpful. I got a couple jeans and a shirt. Going back for some caps, shorts and socks. Oh and my first Crocs.... didnt take pics of the stuff I bought but this is the shirt.

2022-06-16I like the clear store entry when you walk in the front door you can pretty much see all the Departments by how they replace the signs and you dont have to ask anyone where to go because you can see where to go unlike most stores then have the shelves too high and you cant see the signs it gets a good reading for me because they deserve it they got a good quality stuff and most of the time theyre in a shopping mall so parking is easy enough I recommended it

2022-06-10Well I was in Shock!!! I have not been in Marshalls in a good while..pre pandemic....Mannnnn!!! Marshalls use to be The Store designer clothes, a variety of needs, housewares, cooking items....and The Shoes!!! Well now it seems like EVERYTHING is on a smaller scale. The Whole shoe section looks like The Clearance section of....Ill say the old Marshalls....still good finds, but now you need a flashlight...

2021-09-14Came to look for Sperry duck boots which was in stock, and in my size. Browsed around the store and was happy to also find a pair of Levis that fit (score!). I found this location to have their merchandise arranged orderly, clothing was hung neatly on the racks, the attendant in the fitting room was courteous, and the cashier was pleasant. I would definitely return to this location again.
