Very convenient, rarely disappoints when it comes to finding a great deal. But today the checkout line was super long even though all 8 registers were open, and people were not respecting the 6ft distancing rule, so I decided not to wait in line under such conditions, so sadly I left empty-handed. May try again tomorrow tho¯_(ツ)_/¯

Good deals and prices. I am always able to find something I need at a reasonable price. However, it was extremely crowded. The line to checkout was super long and people were not respecting the 6ft apart rule. I had someone so close to me that if I farted she would eat it. They are very short staffed and those who were at the register were having side conversation in front of the customers. They really were not paying any attention. If it wasnt for the good deals I probably would have left without purchasing.
I went in to purchase a couple of shirts. After doing the mental math I figured it would be about 60$ but total came to close to $80. Clearly my mental math was off so I asked the associate for price check on an item and she got rude and told me the computer knows what it’s doing. I pointed out it said 25$ for an item and it was charging me 35$ and she started taking items out the bag and tossing them back on the counter. The store overall had good selection but the fact this one associate made me feel unwelcome is the reason for score of 2.
Last time I was in Marshalls they were moving things around in the store. Today the store was neat and orderly. It was Sunday so the store was quite full. Even though the line at checkout was very long, the cashiers moved quickly and efficiently. The checkout counters were separated by dividers for Covid reasons, and the counters were being sanitized in between each customer.
Ok selection of clothes. No shoes.
Marshalls is such great store we all know it, thats why we keep coming back. Great prices for great items. Am sold,,,, there is so much to look and buy. Love it. Happy shopping.
While the website claims that online orders can be returned in store, and they will waive the return shipping fee, this location that refused to accept return and provide refund to our PayPal account they set the only provide store credit.In addition this store had a long waiting time on Sunday of about an hour.I will never order online from this website.
Lots of things with good prices
The selection at this location is dwindling it used to be a great place and I dont like what they did with the shoe section it looks terrible
I like coming here once in a blue moon to look at their shoe selection and there kitchen assortments, everything here is mostly affordable but be prepared to wait on their extremely long lines almost every day of the week!
I felt unmasked-shamed by an employee when I entered the store. NYs governor advised if we are fully vaccinated we are not required to wear masks so that employee was out of line in making a statement about how he cant force me(to wear a mask.) Thats right, he cant. I have been responsible throughout the entire COVID pandemic & honest in having been vaccinated. I am an essential worker who has been on the front lines from the start. That comment was entirely unwarranted. Why would I bother getting the shot if I still have to wear a mask after the order was lifted?? Although it wouldve been against HIPAA law to ask, I would be happy to share my vaccination card. I really felt like walking out of the store even though I knew I was right.
Veronica is an amazing employee! I have shopped and checked out multiple times with her. Each time I buy A LOT and she is always very fast. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Veronica, the store coordinator Deborah, and the rest of the staff have ensured I will continue to shop here on a weekly basis.
I always liked shopping here. If you want to shop smart this is the place. I got some nice 6 to 9 month baby clothes and wasnt expensive at all. This store has a variety of items and you can really get nice name brand items if you catch them at the right time

Majority of there employees are wearing the mask below the mouth or not wearing properly . Asked a female worker a question about inventory and she had her mask down. How can she possibly think this is ok and safe to talk like that ?? How is that professional when we are in the middle of a pandemic ?? Very unprofessional !!! This place is absolutely disgusting and I hope the department of health comes and shuts it down. No one is taking covid serious at this location and doing safe protocol like other stores .
Been to this place plenty of times. Most of the stuff is good for the prices they offer. If have a budget and want to get decent stuff for the money, check out this place.
Always a good variety of various clothing, bedding Kama shoes, Handbags and more. The opening of a new store in Manhattan was strange. Ive never gone into a grand opening of a store and most of the shelves were empty. Not a good idea. Someone did not think that through I will probably never go back in the store again.
Absolute mess! Line to check out and return was a mile long, slow moving. Coordinator Hari R., who was handling my return was very rude for no apparent reason, throwing receipts at me instead of handing or simply putting it on the counter. No customer service interaction at all- no greeting, no thanking. Miserable staff.
I expected the store to be messy due to the holiday hours. But it was beyond messy. Clothes, perfumes, shoes, toys etc. all over the floor. Even worse, only about 2 people cleaning up. But worse part was the employees attitudes. No hi or how are you when I checked out. They seemed more interested in talking to each other. I said thank you & have a lovely night and nothing from the young man who rang me up. People on the floor arent much more friendly.
I went to marshals today with my mom and i saw this lady working there with the name naheed s yelling at girl another employee that works and insulting the girls mom and her even tho the girl did nothing.the lady also was very rude to me during checkout definitely my last time going there. disgusting experience never again.
The wait time on line is horrendous.The line can be at the door and they won’t open all the registers. This happened to me today and most other times that I have been there. The cashiers are polite and efficient, but there needs to be more of them. There should never be a time that the line is at the door and not all registers are open. Where are the managers, don’t they monitor those things. They too should be at the registers taking care of customers. I have seen others as well as myself walk and leave items because the lines are just too long consistently.
The staff young man at the door offering sanitizers was such a gentlemen...I went for boots...their stock on woman shoes is almost nil...nothing...nada...it was depressing...but...this epidemic has hit everybody...I wish them the best
This is a great location. It can definitely get crowded but this store is well organized. The shoe and furniture collection is pretty large compared to other Marshalls Ive been to
Store is a complete mess. Many items in housewares broken and damaged. Its the customer base in this area...pigs. One plus is they had plenty of cashiers on and the long line was moving quickly. And I am the type that will throw the merchandise down when there is a long line with only two cashiers on.
Love their brand garments. The only downside is that one doesnt find an employee in the shop to ask questions, so some items gets thrown on the floor with no employees to check orderly. Staff gets concentrated at cashier...
For a Marshals its a very big store. With big comes busy. The place was s mess. Items thrown around the floor, shoes all over the place and I presume customers sitting on every bench stool seat that was for sale in the furniture area. People these items are items that are for sale not to make a rest area while shopping. Not sure if what I have seen is a management issue or just patrons making a mess.
Always like checking out a new Marshall’s when I come across one. Today happened to be one of those days. I usually shop in Queens, NY where I’m from, and this Marshall’s cleanliness, organization, and variety blew all the other Marshall’s out of the water. I was so shocked that the store was so neat. It was unbelievable. The selection was great too, and some of the same things I saw at other Marshall’s were even more reasonably priced! Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great shopping experience!
Wasnt impressed at all! Another TJ Maxx & Homegoods, except this is by far the bottom of the barrel. I found a couple things here or there, but once 7pm hit & they were rushing us all out of the store because they were closing, i wasnt willing to stand on that crazy line for something i can get at TJ Maxx, likely in the right color too any other day without jumping over & through aisles to get to the line for the register. UNIMPRESSED MESS!

Lacking in XXL clothing. Would love also the ability to find items in the designated areas. Otherwise had items I was looking for elsewhere.

Marshalls has great buys. However....You really have to look through the racks to get the best buys. If you dont have the time or the patience this store is not for you. The whole store was torn apart, aisles had products all on the floor, and the bathrooms were disgusting! Ive never felt that my hands would cleaner by NOT washing my hands in a sink but I did here. Blood on the walls, paper all over the floor and paint scraped all off the walls. Totally gross.

I usually have a good experience shopping at this location until today 9/14/18. After finding some items, I directed myself to the fitting room with my cart. The person that is supposed to be helping me set a fittting room and count my items, yelled at me the moment I stepped in with my cart. Giving me order wanting me to do HER job!!! The ruddest person I have ever encounter. She started talking to me in another language, then English and embarassing me in front of other costumers. I said to her I was a cstumer and that she was not supposed to treat a costumer like that, to which she repplied she didnt care and threatening me to call a manager, so I said to her: Please call a manager I would like to speak to one, and she still repplied she did not care!!! It was 5:40 pm. The women (named Rosa) refused giving me her name. I spoke to one of the managers available, which was very nice and understood the situation and apologized. If anybody from Marshalls in Nanuet reads this coment, please verify the cameras. So u can identify the way workers treat costumers.

Surprisingly Marshalls is still open while the likes of Sears, Kmart and others have gone, and I found a decent pair of modestly priced shoes there.
It is one of the places where you find everything convenient to look very good.
This location is particularly good because of their selection of shoes. Of course all Marshalls are a hit or miss type thing so its best to check the store frequently.
One of the staples of Rockland Plaza. The store carries a huge selection of clothing, footwear, toys, accessories and furniture at a discounted price. The store looks pack most of the time and the cashier lines tend to have a waiting time so be patient.

The place itself is nice but I can never find what I feel like. For the shoes, there are usually no sizes. I dont see how they compete with TJMax

2018-12-01Today we went to Marshalls and we went to buy some suit pants for me. The staff was really friendly with helping me find my pants. The fitting rooms were neat and the lines were quick! Really nice people here and everything is mostly organized. This store is a really good place to get some clothes and other necessities, like how my sister wants some make up stuff from here. There are toys here, like a big teddy bear and a giraffe that is there right when you walk in here. Overall, everything is outstandingly good.

2021-11-02Marshalls is a great place to shop. You always find what you are looking for and more and at a great price. I cant ask for more. The lines do get long, but the always have lots of cashiers and they bring the lines down very quick and efficiently. I cant complain, cause they are exceptional in service and taking care of their customers. Thank you Marshalls for my experience when ever I go. 🙂🙂🙃🙃💝💝

2021-09-19I love Marshalls , although this one is pretty poorly run. Its very dirty, and the stock instore is always a mess. Ive also been here numerous times over the past few years, and its been the same experience every time I go. If youre looking for a organized and clean visit, this store wont be the place for you.

2020-11-30There were a lot of really interesting items and the prices were good. I just wish that the store was more vigilant on the proper use of face masks. I didnt shop as long as I would have liked to because there were too many other customers whose masks were not on or not on correctly.
