Vast assortment of goods over 3 floors... cosmetics, clothes etc. Difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. Some good offers.

Who doesn’t love Marshall’s right?The snacks are fun to shop.Too many employees working the floor, socializing with each other, getting in customers way. Also please teach your employees how to WRAP fragile items. I had to rewrap my goods.

I couldnt find what I initially went in for, but we know in our hearts Marshalls exists to remind you of all the things you didnt want, but all of a sudden needed. So, while I couldnt find what I was looking for, I did find a candle that smells incredible. The Sand and Fog line of candles are subtle yet long-lasting and very affordable.

I tell you I was so happy to see Marshalls on Broadway. I found a great deal on a kettle balls. I have been looking for one for weeks. Today I have in and put one in my cart on Amazon.I realized great sales are still in stores still. I found two amazing pairs of sandals also. Go Marshalls.

While not nearly as diverse as its counterparts downtown, it is a comfortable store with reasonable prices. To be very honest, if youre looking for a true home goods experience and you want the best for low prices, you should avoid this store and go to the TJ Maxx in Chelsea.
Super convenient location in the midst of upper west side. Great selection of so many deals and the biggest deal was how friendly and well informed the staff is.. this location gets 5 stars all day and night

Pretty good selection of merch for an underground store. Needed a light backpack and found one. Looked like much smaller clothes collection than the store on 6th avenue and 19th so I will go back there next time.
Line to pay is always 20min or more.Great selection otherwise, but the wait is unacceptable. Last time I waited 40 minutes to pay. This time 23 minutes and Im still waiting. Literally.
For being in the middle of the holiday season that Marshalls was well staffed well stocked and a very enjoyable shopping experience!
The store has something for everyone. You can find some of the designer brands sold at major retailers reasonably priced. You can also find a great selection of holiday items for your home. Im a stickler for customer service, everyone was polite and friendly. You may have to go several times because theres so much to see.

It doesnt have kids section, other than that, regular medium to smaller size marshalls.
I miss that other big store that had everything but i could find what i was looking for. A bit drab. But good prices attract shoppers.
I came here specifically for jewelry for a more formal outfit. There selection was minimal and it was all kind of cheap and bizarre looking things. The store itself is fairly small, even though it has multiple floors. They seemed to have a large selection of purses/handbags and rollar luggage. Not sure if Id come back here if I was looking for clothes, but Ill keep it in mind if Im looking for luggage.
The usual bargains but the unusual layout makes this store tricky to navigate. Virtually all the merchandise is on three underground levels all of which are cramped. Nevertheless persistence will pay off if you find something you want the price will never disappoint. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a shot.

Place is friendly with helpful staff; generally a clean and tidy store. They recently did a re-organization is the store which I love and makes it easier to navigate. The only downside is that, like many big stores in the city, you spend your time underground in a windowless shop.
Love this place not messy at all. Although is a little small, but you can find amazing good brand name clothes.
You can find a lot of good stuff at this Marshalls. I come here all the time when Im bored or am looking for a gift. Most of the time the prices are reasonable and they have a beauty section where sometime you can find some great finds like high-end makeup or face masks, hair products and more. As for the clothes, if youre looking for basics not really the best selection but if youre searching for something like an event you can definitely find something that suits you, but I have found some good pants and shirts from here before. Overall, really good selection and decent prices.

I love shopping and the only reason this Marshalls gets 4 stars is because I only wish there was more space and more merchandise at this store. I bought pajamas, slippers, a shower caddy, a toothbrush holder and a tee shirt...All of these items came to just $66.50!.What a bargain!
I always loved Marshalls ... and this one is no different.This store doesnt have any furniture or home goods... only clothes for men, women and children, some travel gear and some accessories.Very convinient. Good quality and taste
Nicely stocked store, however, I came here in need of proper working shoes approved by my jobs. I tried to explain to the shoe associate what I needed and she directed me to other shoes completely opposite of what I asked for. I told her multiple times the requirements of the shoe and instead of offering another place to check out or stating they do not currently have a shoe that fits the requirements, she had showed me other shoes that again were opposite of what I had asked for and needed.
Its not a bad place for shopping, you can get some clothes from the past season for a nice price. Its a bit small, and doesnt have a great selection of shoes and snikers.
Jamila who works in the men’s department was very helpful and took the time to find the dress shirt I was looking for; sometimes it’s difficult to find help in stores like this when you were blind but she really seem to make the extra effort to make sure I found what I was looking for!

This Marshalls is so amazingly clean and organized. Usually after 4pm these stores look like bombs hit them and you cant find anything.This location had an abundance of everything, I just did not know where to start???It was so nice to just calmly peruse the aisles, unafraid of someone ripping the items our of your hands. Great time!!
Fine shopping experience. The store was mostly clean (customers sometimes drop garments in the sale racks on the floor). The employees were helpful when I asked about a lost item. I came to get a lot of clothes my partner and I needed for a trip and was able to find items I liked for everything we needed in under 2 hours.
I love the pricing and variety at their stores. But regardless of how empty the store can be you will always have to wait to check out. Even if their is is just one person ahead of you, you will have to wait. Starting to think they have a policy that requires a certain amount of time for customers to wait before hey can checkout.
This is one of the best places in the UWS to get clothes without paying exorbitant prices. My staple. Love it.
Nice place but need more brand clothes
Its a good store to find brand name cloths for half price or less. Also, you can get good quality purses for little bit of money. However, the long line to pay frustrated me when I go there, specially on the weekends and hollidays.
As always a walk through the aisles, even after you have found what you were looking for, can surprise and absolutely delight you! SHOP but dont drop anything cuz someone will snatch it up.. Happy Browsing & Buying!

For me, Marshalls is excellent for accessories such as belts, ties, umbrellas, and the like. I am very tall, so most of their clothing does not fit, but they have awesome deals on belts! I have been buying my belts from Marshalls for the past 20 years. Just gave away one of my best kept secrets 😎😃😉

I love Marshalls in general, but this one is pretty small so the selection is limited. Its hard to find exactly what Im looking for. Also, the escalators are broken almost every time I go in, so I often end up walking out before I even get to the main sales floor. (This one is strange -- you enter on fragrances and have to go down a couple of floors to a sub-basement to the real shopping area. Its a little claustrophobic because there are no windows and all underground.)

Big selection. Not well organized. Bathroom is only accessible by a slow elevator. Staff is not friendly or actively helpful, but are pleasant enough if you have a question.
Smaller than most Marshalls. I think it does a good job catering to the neighborhood needs though. No kids clothing section. No toy section. Kids books are not visible since they are displayed as you are walking away from the cash registers.

Horrible service!! I bought a dress and they put the wrong receipt on ,it and were not willing to take it back. I left it there and left. So disappointing!!!

The only good stuff this Marshalls has is in plus size womens dept, purses/bags, perfume. Other than that its pretty much junk. And the maze of escalators are not always on In both directions.
Great place. Stuff is nice, when I called to inquire about charging station for cellphone, lady on the phone was very nice, she even checked to see if station is working, without me even asking, when in store asked the security for restroom she kindly told me where it is, unlike other stores, that make a big deal to let ppl use it.
Small floors with almost nobody helping you.The main department is 2 floors subterranean, you dont get any cell reception and the escalators werent working at the time. The elevator fits 4 ppl comfortably 6 and it will feel like rush hour on train.
My experience inside Marshalls was great, the prices are great too.I always buy cosmetics from them because they are reasonable priced,so today I bought 4 more .I will be back in Marshall next week with my daughter ,there are so Mich beautiful dresses I know she will like.

I went to buy something with my girlfriend and they were following us everywhere and then they sent a security guard to check on us. We were not doing anything besides looking trough clothes and items we where interested in buying. We where putting the ones we wanted on our shopping cart and we bought it. I feel they violated our freedom and made us feel like thieves without a reason. This is the first Marshalls where the staff made me feel like we where in a hostile environment. We will not be returning.
Such bargains! This location is kinda weird, with most of it being underground with 2 basements that contain the majority of the store, but things are well organized, and they really have some good products at very low prices, so down I go.
Ok store. Escalators were out plus the aisles are way to small. People have to take turns going thru the aisles also only three registers open out of like 10.
Staff are nice. It’s June 2021 the changing rooms are still “ under construction””I call BS

Marshalls on 125th Street between Lenox and Malcolm X Boulevard they are so out of order you constantly got the bag products of breaking up they not wheelchair sucking the escalators or the elevator is always broken vert and they got they make too much money there to have these dysfunctional things going on there take me to get it together

They only had 2 registers open on a rainy, Saturday afternoon. While I was waiting so long, I decided I really didnt like the 8 items that I was going to purchase. I put them on a shelf and left wondering why there were so many people behind the counter not ringing people up
Some guy stole abag and was about to walk out. A good samaritan tried to stop him and told the cashiers that he took a bag. They didnt do anything and left the poor woman holding on to the man until he got out of the door.
I really like this spot. I usually find great face and body cream- but its a gamble. Best prices on wrapping paper, and once in a while I find a frock or two. The place is what it is.
Oh my - had a holiday disaster when my daughter was unwell on our last day in New York. The young man from basement floor was astoundingly kind. I had to buy her new clothes and the ladies in that department were so delightful (they didnt know about my daughter). So YAY to Marshalls staff and Marshalls selection. Only annoying thing was I didnt get to go shopping for myself as had to get her back to hotel !!!! Next time.
A lot of real sales, you can find everything for a excellent place, every time I went , I found something new and cheap, good products of a good quality and awesome brands, I love the sunglasses there and the health care products.
Just an FYI, theres no kids section at this location.

I get a lot of good stuff for bargain prices at all Marshalls. Highly recommended for those who want quality products (unlike dollar stores and Walmart) for great prices.

The hours of this location are not updated online. The store closes at 7pm, but google notes that it is open until 8pm. It also says that was updated a week ago, but it’s been closing at 7pm since the store reopened in July. Is there a way to update the store hours so customers to not travel to a location that closes earlier than listed? Thanks!
The personnel was sooo kind, especially the manager Terrance, who went out of his way to help me with the return of a jacket which i had previously bought from another Marshalls store! Thanks Terrance, a raise is in order, or at least more vacation days :)

Squeezing in merchandise where they can is not easy.. not the cleanest of dept stores in comparison to others ive been to.. stock of most items are inadequate.. elevators & escalators are inconsistently working..sorry, improvements should be made in this particular location..

Go downstairs and find a huge selection of discount clothes. Also they sell discount luggage. Good prices... quality...get what you pay for...
New store. They have 3 different stories under the street level. Just take the escalator and enjoy the ride and the treasure hunting. You never know which treasures you may find :-)
I purchased a carryon bag in Burbank, CA and used it a couple of times. I arrived in NYC today and the expander zipper busted. I went to this location to exchange the bag and they said I couldn’t. I asked for a manager and the manager told the associate over the phone it was “his call”. He said no. Now I’m out $50 and no luggage to get back to CA without spending more money on another bag. Being in retail myself, this is NOT how you keep a customer. Marshall’s are you so hard up for cash you can’t take exchange my $50 bag??
A large store with great deals. Its not always easy to find what youre looking for but theres something for everyone. There are several floors and multiple checkout locations.
Very strange and poorly laid out. Selection is slightly limited. Pretty much nothing for small kids. Staff is hit or miss. Which makes a difference with how hard it is to find things.
Disheartened to see how the Mens dept has diminished. There werent any dress shirts.

2022-05-18This place is incredible! 🤩 Like many great Marshalls stores 🏪, this one is no different - it has an endless collection of household items and clothing at extremely affordable prices 🏷️! Walk in and explore the vast variety inventory on display! This spot has three levels, but the bottom one is the main one. Staff is super welcoming and cashiers are extremely nice! I wish their home section and snacks section were bigger!

2021-09-22I love Marshall’s and this one seems organized from what I could tell on the first floor. I couldn’t shop though being in a wheelchair. NOT wheelchair accessible as the elevator is broken and they don’t have an estimated timeframe for repair.

2022-04-21I love Marshalls but this specific store is the worse elevator has been broken for months as well as restrooms. Several pieces of clothing were ripped or stained or had bleach spots. Really disappointed of this and staff is not helpful.

2022-02-27Its bigger than it looks from the outside since most of the sales floor is two levels down. Not a super huge selection of housewares but seemed to cover the essentials. The elevator was out of order when I was there, which was not a problem. However, only half of the escalators were running. I get that you can still use it like stairs, but thats not very accessible for someone with pain or mobility issues when theres no elevator option.
