Always decently priced and quality goods !
I like Marshals and TJMax when comes to the gifts giving season. It is as a treasure hunt for presents.This specific store is is falling into the Christmas spirit as well.The shopping experience was okay

Ive been shopping at Marshalls for years, I do like what Im seeing from this place. And this weekend, Im getting two pairs of sneakers and a pair of sweatpants for Christmas.
Love the price and the brand name purses, clothing, shoes for men, women and children.. I will definitely recommend this place to my circle of friends and family.. make sure you bring a extra big bag just in case you have a fun shopping..
Definitely amazing but you want to avoid going around 3pm and 5-6pm. The store gets pack and the lines are really long. For a cashier a wait can be 30-40 mins mind you we still in Covid and all. Overall it a great store.
Two cashiers took my jacket and stained it so they would not have to do the return, just now. Went to another marshalls with better customer service. Beware of the cashiers at this marshalls. They will do anything to not take in returns.

The price is right, cashiers are courteous and polite but theres always a long line to cash out. Also theres a Guyanese sales woman on the floor whos so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thumps up to her. She always greets you.
Im in a Powered Wheelchair and it was a little difficult to get around the store. And a Store employee was following me around.Eventhough I went to register and purchased what I had the employee still followed me out of the store.

I have always enjoyed shopping at marshalls. They have a wide variety of things. I especially love shopping for children. Marshalls is my go to place for bedding, bathroom accessories, dresses and a load of goodies. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I love this store🤗
Nice employees and they close at 11pm now so no long lines after 8pm

Very large selection of home products and clothing for very cheap prices. The customer service from the staff was great as well, willing to assist customers in need of help. Decent prices, lots of options. But, I can never find what Im looking for. They rarely ever have my size in shoes and my sons size in shoes. I almost always end up leaving to go look elsewhere. But I still shop here nonetheless. Im loyal.
Great discount prices. But this marshalls the cashiers are not friendly and not accommodating.. and I dont like the way that they just assume that you want your receipt to be sent to your email address without confirming with you first. She did not gave me an option. She just took my email address and told.me that she emailed my receipt without my knowledge. Maybe I wanted a paper receipt. And she never sent my receipt like she said. So now I have to return and dont have a receipt. I am not happy about that. They need to give their customers options when it come to their receipt. They staff also need some customer service skills.
The lines are always very long no matter what time of day I go there. Would be nice if they had more cashiers or they moved faster

As a customer I have seen several customers that makes the place look unorganized when the staff is trying very heard to keep it organize!!!SHAME ON YOU customers just throwing items all over, knocking things off the shelves & leaving it on the floor, eating items you did not pay for & leaving the garbage on the shelves!!!

Although their selection of shoes and plus size clothes is great, they lack the ability to keep the store (especially shoe department) in some type of order. I dont blame the staff but more so the customers who frequent that location. They leave messes wherever they like and dont put items back. I wish this Marshalls would have more staff on-site to help with this as it really deters people from coming. Some of the staff are pleasant while others arent and also can everyone be notified that the customer bathroom is out of service.

Oooh, Marshalls was a hot mess, I was so disappointed. The place was total chaos. The store was sloppy and messy, I could find no one to assist me so I decided to purchase a few items I found, then proceeded to the ridiculously long line. I must say though that the items I did get were very nice, the long line moved along pretty quickly and the young lady at the register was very nice and professional so I guess Ill take the good with the bad. Customer service surely outweighed the messy store. If they organize and straighten up, they would get more stars.

It was as expected for an outlet store. Lots of clothes to choose from but limited options when it comes to sizing. While nobody approached us to offer assistance, the cashier was really nice. 4 stars because it was messy. I believe they are understaffed. Hire more people guys! Then the place will look spotless.
I literally LOVE Marshall all the deals!!!!! love that place, obviously not the most organized place but I think the deals make up for it! This one has some pretty good stuff most of the time(at least when I go) and I always find something I want! You just have to make sure you buy it when you see it because there might not a next time
Wanted to buy two pair of same pants but one was marked a dollar more. When I let the cashier know, thinking she would adjust the price, she says, they tagged it like that. Good old customer service!! Needless to say I didnt buy it!
The quality of the goods is fine, the place is poorly maintained, management has the place looking like a thrift shop. The salvation army store is kept better. Love the prices,and the quality of the goods,nice variety,just junkie looking needs better aesthetic look.

I love shopping at Marshalls and have been to all of different locations.. surprisingly this store was very very neat.. I hate going to a store where everything is on the floor and unorganized. I guess I just found my new go to spot. Shoe dept. Is very big and staff is very helpful. Great location also. Hopefully they keep up the good work.
This store is the best. I got 2 cart-ful of stuffs. Very affordable high end labels almost for nothing. And they have a layaway department; can u beat that?The fitting room attendant was amazing, the lawayay dept lady was quite nice too, but some other staff on ground wasnt helpful at all (i didnt let it spoil my shopping experience): will get all their names and post them soon as I do.The aisles were a bit cramped, but what do u expect with all d lovely goodies they carry..😍😘.In all, this store deserves 9 stars. Would hv bn 10 but for that one lady who wasnt very nice.
Good prices, name brand and a variety of products. This one has gotten much better as far as keeping inventory. Metered parking however there is a pay parking lot on the next block. Public transportation is available.

Its a good place to shop for ordinary people. But for people that love to dress real giggly I go to other clothing store like; VIP, or Models. Marshalls are for just ordinary kind of people. But its a good clothing store and the prices are affordable too.
This Marshall store is pretty nice. Items are always all over the place and floor or maybe it is during the times i choose to go. One night 2 hours before closing i watched a guy get a carry on bag off the shelf and fill it up with mens items. He walked to the door and the alarm goes off, Sales associates are right there, manager behind the counter along with cashiers and they all look but tell him Its okay just go Unbelievable !!! When told he shop lifted and other shoppers spoke up that saw him they just shrugged their shoulders saying oh okay well he gone now . Also the long wait on line to pay for items is ridiculous and consistent. Havent went back since.
It was an okay experience,they had what I needed. However, since the store itself is small, there was not a wide range of products to look for. I was looking for a purse that was in my price range of $40, but there were literally only Michael Kors bags. Only Michael Kors, no Tommy Hillfiger purse or other brands. But, I found something good. I recommend going to a large Marshalls, but it is a wonderful place to shop.😊
The $0.5 paper bag disintegrated 1/2 a block away ...lol....but I luuuuuv that store...been going for years...just taking my own bags ❤
The lines are too long in this store
They have really nice things in there ... some ppl open things and mess it up for others.. but i notice they have new staff that are fixing these little thing, so everyone could have a good shopping experience. And the products are nice things.
Its hard to find a product in another size considering the mess. The lotions are always opened and messy. And it seems like they no longer have anything good. On the other hand, the staff is very nice and helpful and the prices are very good.
Not a big store. Shopping in this store for last 10 years and will come back again for quick shopping trip. Good customer service and friendly stuff. Only issue is the neighborhood.Which is getting better slowly for sure.
They great stuff including clothes, perfumes, sented candles and lots more plus they have Christmas stuff to the holiday season thats coming, so come on down to shop til you drop and get into the holiday spirit with friends and families.

Marshalls always has a surprise for you, and the best prices of the market. But this store has two serious problems: 1. Most of the merchandise are desorganidezed, and rarely you found a clerk to help you out. 2. The restrooms. They have only one, always closed, and you have to go from clerk to clerk asking for the code to open it, to get a no for an answer! So, if you are planning to go, be prepared for that!
This store is very very trashy and raggedy. most of the employees seems to be very angry and hostile for some reason and the managers are the same way. I made a purchase with my card and was charged twice!!two unknowledgeable associates lied about how to resolve the matter. So I returned the next day and the manager was even worse. So I called customer service to try to resolve this problem of getting my money back from the store And They were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. But This is a very unpleasant marshalls to shop for me. Not comfortable at all

There were on three cashiers working on a busy Friday evening. The line went all the way back to the fitting rooms! This store needs to be under better management.

This marshalls have a problem with cleanliness. Clothes and stuff be anywhere and every where including the floors. They have a nice selection of stuff its just a matter of walking over clothes if not tripping over them and the lines are looong so do have patience because its not a in and out kind of store.
This marshalls is a decent store. Yeah almost everything is unorganized to the max, but it’s a big store and people move things around all the time.Employees are ok management seems like they have attitude, but the cashiers are very friendly and helpful, I had a return to do and the cashier who helped me was very kind to help me with it. I think a lot has upgraded and management hired new people which is why I am giving 4 stars.
This store is always a hot mess and if it wasnt so close I would NEVER come here. There was an inappropriate conversation between two male employees while kids and customers were present. There is a time and place for everything. Every one looks miserable so I say if you dont like your job then you should quit.

This Marshalls is always so messy and disorganized. I go here sometimes because its not too far for me but you never can find anything. Ive gone early in the morning and that doesnt make a difference in how disorganized it is.

This shop does not have parking but u have to use free parking space. However price and products is better then many other shops. Basic or regular products collection is reach...
Lots of merchandise and bought some pitted dates deglet noor, but they taste like plastic. This product is from Algeria, Royal Palm natural delight. They dont have a toll free number, but Im going to call them collect to get my money back!

Because of its small size as a department store, they dont do layaways on HOME goods, like bag comforters or towels, bed sheets, things of this nature. I was waiting on line for almost an hour and I wasnt told about this till it was my turn at the checkout. YES, my daughter asked if they did layaways, they answered yes, thats it...You have to be more spacific with the employees, sheeeeese....lol

The staff should be ashamed of themselves. They prey upon people and trick them into getting their store credit card. They tricked a family member of mine into getting a credit card by making it seem it was a store membership card never mentioning credit. Now they have a hard inquiry and credit card they never wanted. Im sure most of us are used to being offered these things, but theres still a lot of people not familiar with credit cards. They were pressured and not given enough info. By the way, this also happened to a friend of mine as well-same store, which Is why I know they deceive. I think you should care more about your customers and not try to take advantage of them.

Well found a very nice pair of Red Tape shoes for 30 bucks, Fossil wallet & Card holder for 10 & 14$, Ghirardellis assorted pack almost 60 Oz for 11$, still looking for some good forks & knives.Great Store for brand shopping. Marshalls never disappoints weather you go for gift shopping or buying personal stuff. More so when Im looking foe some imported handicraft or gourmet coffee & chocolate. Good shoe, soaps, make up & above all clothes. Get the best of brand value & honestly, try coming at least with a couple of hours worth of free time as thisll be an Interesting tour.
Its Marshalls. Its not Nordstroms, its not Saks.Some locations are better than others; anywhere outside of NYC where people arent just slobs lol. Their prices are great because they dont spend money on other things (alas, like salaries, so when the service is less than great Im not a complainer I know how that goes) I always find something great whether it be for home or my boys. The layaway option is a godsend. Doesnt break my budget, and at Christmas I just waltz in, pick it up avoid the lines. As an avid shopper Ive seen stuff from Anthropologie, Macys, Coach, Dooney at more than 75% off (and yes sometimes its out of style or has a small defect) In sum, theres a reason why TJX enterprises (owns Marshalls, TJMAXX and Home Goods) are leaving other retailers in the dust (RIP Daffys!) Its the merchandise. Updating on 5/14/2017 to say while I understand the cutomer paying now is more important than the customer paying later, waiting 1.5 hours in the layaway line is absurd. One cashier and shes the one also looking for the items. Dont offer the service if you dont intend to do it properly.

I previously reviewed this place before, but I feel the need to write another review simply because of my strong opinions towards this Marshalls location. For years now, this location has remained one of the worst Marshalls I have had to attend. The merchandise is always out of place, especially the area that holds shoes on sale, or any sale section in general. A lot of the times, products have been opened and tested, or even completely taken from their original boxes. As if the constant mess wasnt enough, the employees are another reason to leave this store unsatisfied. They are the slowest, most unattentive sets of employees I have ever come across. Despite new faces coming in throughout the years, only one out of the many has shown anything close to being friendly. Everybody else just enjoys to take their time while an uncomfortably long and dreadful line continues to grow, and customers grow more upset. It is a complete displeasure knowing that I have to pay for merchandise at this store, because when I happen to find something of interest, I am facing at least a 30min wait to pay.
So many aisles and racks to go through if you have the time. Some parts of the store are more messier than others but its to be expected by the afternoon hours.

I like marshalls, I just get annoyed when is time to check out, long lines even for one little thing, they should have an express check out, they have good special in shoes but is sad they are only sizes for giants, Im size 8 and most of the time they never have options for me.

A nice large store to shop in on jamaica ave.good location for a marshalls store. The store is pretty busy and crowded on the regular.You have all your basic marshalls stuff ,men ,women, children, clothing and shoes. Pots ,pans,kitchen utensils, bathroom utensils etc. Plus there cashier are friendly and courteous.The check out line is much longer than it use to be do to covid regulations. Social distancing. But thi is a good spot to shop at if you like marshalls.
I didnt stay. It was quite a mess in there. Couldnt find the coordinating shoes to the display. I eventually tired of trying and left. I hadnt been in this Marshalls in a long time and I doubt Ill go back.
One thing I liked about this place is that it has a machine where you can charge your phone. It is really cool.

Getting run down. Looked like a disorganized mess, clothes and racks everywhere, clothes in wrong rack, I.e. Sale item not on sale although many articles in different sizes in wrong rack. Cashier was slow and rude.
Worst costumer service ever. The layaway give you a service like you wont pay . Take too long seeying like they do not want to take care of anyone . Every employer there acts like they are being obligated to be there.

This is a hit or miss store. Sometimes you find a lot of items, which you will like and want to buy. At other times, there are not that many items. Not all sizes and items.
One of the worst Marshalls ever.I went there shopping andby mistake something dropped on the floor and even the mess things were overloaded and when I was passing my cart some dropped on floor.There was the floor associate near by me and said so rudely ,that I have to fix everything.I even noticed these most of the employees are very rude, and nasty.

It’s a mess... it’s not like other locations in Manhattan... everything seems cheap, dirty and used... When I first was in this store I felt confused and disappointed.... too long lines and cashiers unprofessional....
I went early as soon as they were open. The store is not so organized EVER. But the manager was getting it together , still didnt help.
Enjoyed my shopping here. Designers outfit at decent price. Enough in stock to choose from.
Always a long wait to check out. Ive walked in this place several times and only purchased once. Long line or short line, always annoyed leaving that place.

Social distancing isnt practice and ppl were walking around with their masks under their chins not covering mouth and nose.

2022-06-24The cashiers are super rude!!! They always seem to have a snide remark when you come there. And Im not just talking for return. Im talking just to do their job. How pleasantly say hello and somebody will literally act like they didnt hear me, keep bringing me up and then put the item in my hand and not offer me a bag. Its also extremely messy and disorganized. It appears theres a shortage of floor staff.

2020-08-21Love Marshalls great designer clothing at half the price, so many great linens housewares, makeup always new exciting stuff. But after searching so diligently the line at the cashier is so long....and the bathroom u need a code to get in and when u do its mostly disgusting

2019-03-24A complete mess. A mismanaged store with a bunch of rude and frustrated staff who keep cursing the customers loudly. Is that even allowed?I found the price to be higher than it should be. Overall a decent store but it needs better management and a much better customer service. Never coming back again!

2022-03-19Can find really good products here as any Marshalls or TJ Maxx group, but this particular location is very very bad when it comes to waiting in line literally there’s no one at the registers very frustrating so you’ll be waiting for the longest to get checked out
