On my recent visit to Marshalls after 5 monts was great. Great deals, quality merchandise and excellent customer service. I just enjoyed shopping in store again. Store is very clean and taking the precautions necessary to keep staffs and customers safe. I totally recommend it...🙏
Great place to get name brand clothing at a total bargain. You can also get comfortable undergarments and quality winter coats at amazing discounts. It can be messy at times due to other shoppers and you will have to search for what youre looking for, but you can always expect a good deal on your purchase.

Worst customer service by MANAGER ever. (Some staff were helpful and friendly.) Their register broke and they made me wait for over 30 minutes. Then I was told that they would mail me the receipt. When I called back to confirm this 2 weeks later, the manager that promised my receipt left the store without any follow up. I had to come back into the store. The new manager found my receipt and made it sound like they were doing me a great favor and then told me to wait on the long line to return items. This is how they treat a customer that spends over $200 each time she comes. Obviously they do not understand the concept of customer service especially when the store is at fault and has caused inconvenience to the patron. ** I could see that Im not the only one who feels this way about their management staff.
The staff here is Decent but the store itself is usually a pigsty in the back and somewhat present able in the front; More then half of the time, the store is disorganized and you will find dusty items in the back of the store. This store is never a place i want to go to, it is more of a last resort kind of store.
DONT shop at this location. They have a parking lot that charges customers $3 to shop here but if you lose your ticket, they charge $15-$25. They are taking are taking advantage of poor ppl. They never charge you to park in malls in affluent areas.
Bad this place is mid worse than a rat
Im not really that shopper type, I needed a button down shirt... I kid you not... I went to a suit store n they didnt even have the color or size I wanted... A friend said try Marshalls n not only I found the size and color I wanted, but the price was better too. Also got bedsheets from here a month ago... I like them.. I would definitely start going here from now on.
I love this Marshall’s it’s only downfall is the bathroom. It always smells like urine, even after they clean it. It’s like they dip the mop in urine instead of a cleaner. They have a target at the same mall that has more traffic and I’m pretty sure more customer use that bathroom and it’s always really clean and never smells like urine.
Its 6:15, and they said there are closed.Also they said there was a lot ppl Inside when clearly there is more ppl comming out.Empleoyees just want to leave early.The 2 ppl at the door were really rude.I understand that they have a limited capacity and we may have wait to get in, but this is not the case.
Lines to paid going to the back and some area need a little attention. Items all over and messy but found wonderful iteams and cloths. Great price and the cashier was super friendly. She the reason i give marshalls a 5 stars. If not i wouldve rate it a 4 stars still. 😊
Aghh!!! The lines are absurd! If it wasnt for the time wasted just waiting to pay for one single item it would be a good place to shop. They really need an express line for people that are purchasing ten items or less. Anyway I dont think that I will be going back to this Marshalls any time soon.
Giving one stars cause there is no option for half star. Sales associates are very unprofessional, rude you ask a question And you are ignored. Unorganized , place is dirty shelves are full with rats drops. Had the most horrible experience Monday. Not ever going to that store rather go to stores downtown staff are more professional and friendly. They should either close the store our hired all new sraff.

Good customer service.
A store where you can pick up the latest fashion for fraction of the cost. Having this store close down for the covid pandemic made me realize how much I miss Marshals and how its the only store that would provide me with zero grande Coke Hanns for under fifty dollars instead if paying over two hundred dollars anywhere else. Same model and color no difference. Not to mention a moleskin knapsack for thirty dollars for the same bag that cost me 180 at Nordstrom. I learned my lesson and I no longer will bash on Marshalls ever again. The only thing I would critic it and its not even to blame but that is the lack or more like the absence of Inventory. The pic attached was taken near the store where it was somewhat filled but the closure has halted shipment tremendously and isles and isles are completely empty. Completely however the line is still long wrapping around the store almost full circle.
They have a great selection of clothes at a very reasonable price.
Im a frequent Marshalls shopper. This store has poor management...The moment you walk through the door, theres never shopping carts, store is always in a mess, lines are always long and you wonder why we dont patronize our local businesses...Corporate needs a talk with management....lets see what happens in the near future. That will determine if I continue on shopping at this location.

Employee filling the homegoods department was rude, She seemed to have an issue answering questions. Was trying to find a price on a Furniture becausr I couldnt locate one. She said its on the bottom and walked away , needless to say.... it wasnt tagged. Ended up leaving empty handed
I looooovvvvveeee this store. I can always find good items at great prices especially in the sneaker Dept for my sons size 10 1/2 -11 feet. When shopping for day to day items or items for special occasions. Marshalls is my go to place.
Its not a big location, its very busy and crowded, so it gets very messy. The staff can be a hit and miss at times. Parking is available but not free. Be careful of baseball game days, parking is more expensive those days. Theres not that many places to eat here, so eat before u shop. Unless u have applebees money, or love spending 6 dollars on a personal pizza than can fill a molar. There is a Spanish seafood restuarant, but those prices can be similar to applebees. Steer clear from the subways, its not the best or the cleanest (in food handling sense).

Can be a bit messy on the inside but which Marshalls location isnt. Youre here to get sweet deals on clothes and other knick-knacks and that they do well.The real problem is the lines are so off putting, slow and depressing that half the time I want to run in and grab something quick Im stuck behind people with shopping carts full of stuff and mulling the prospect of being on a line for 20mins. Can we get some express lines? Self-checkout?Would be nice.
This place Is amazing, I love the great sales and the customer service is getting really better from when I first starting coming here, great improvement I would say.

All clothing stores are pretty much empty rn cause of everything being manufactured in China and the virus but it was a good visit regardless of the long lines.
Not enough employees working the checkout around the holidays. Waited in line for 1 hour for 5 items. Saw many people just leave because the line.

The cashiers are purposely slow, its ridiculous. its always a mess too, like Ive managed a store for 3 years and never allowed it to be that messy . Its ridiculous.

The home part of this store is the best, can never find any shoes in my size, or clothes. Not everyone is a skinny.
Love marshalls one of my favorite stores especially this one which is the most well organized ND clean one yes the one on 610 exterior st.
It was fine but some things were out of order so I would recommend a bit more tidying every here and then.
The security guy is so rude, he doesnt permit people to come in since 9.20 or 9.25 or 9.20 or 9.17 pm... He usually says its 9.30 and we are closed, last time I have told him that wasnt the time and he said Thats my time I asked him to see his time, he showed me his watch... Guess what... I had the reason BUT he didnt allow us to.come in (Last time there was a miss first than me in the same situation).Some times the open later than the scheduled times (Happened once to me and once to my wife)...The store is not like Marshalls use to be at Manhattan or other cities... But is more complete than others in this area.
This Marshalls has a cute selection of items from shoes to candy. The only thing that is a drag the check out line is so long😠.
I didnt fundcexactly what I was looking for, but the Mngr and the employees all the way from the entrance to check out gave great customer service!

2019-05-07The Associate who helped me was very kind. She wasnt dismissive and short and even went with me to and waited outside the Fitting Room to see how my outfit looked. The issue was the number of registers that were open. The line was extremely long, and there were only three open. Thats why I only rated the store three stars. See attached a partial picture of the line.

2020-07-02Great to have them back open! Even with limiting amount of people to enter at a time and social distancing combined the line is about a 20 minute wait to get to a register. That is with about 6 registers open and 2 or 3 people dedicated to doing price checks to avoid having to get someone from the specific items department called to the front to do it!

2020-11-01I arrived at this Marshalls, on a day it was raining. To my luck, the store was not crowded. I asked a sales associate, where I can find what I was looking for and she directed. Found my purchase without any problem. Then I get to the register and before I am actually in line. I am browsing the items for sale in the front area near the registers. I hear two sale girls talking amongst themselves. And so, I look over and they appear to be busy. Now, I am officially on the line. And I notice there are two people in front of me. Nevertheless, 10 minutes has gone by. And I am thinking,... This is ridiculous. The store is not crowded. Stop what you are doing and assist with getting the line down. To my embarrassment. I had actually said this out loud. So, one of them comes over to a register and yell. Next! So, the person goes and she says to me is he next? I said you are kidding, right? And she asked it again. I said this person been in the store the whole time you been in the store and you dont know if this is the person thats next or not? Now, its my turn and she ask you want a bag? I answer yes her response its going to get wet In my mind. I am thinking whats your solution? To have me leave the store with these items in my hand? Nonetheless, I just said may I have a bag,... Please? The story does not end there. As I am leaving they have signs put up directing traffic in a way that if it were on a highway. It would cause a multiple car pile up with fatalities. I went in circles for about five minutes. I had to actually stop my vehicle and examine how the detours had been placed and this ask myself how would I mean for this to go. If I didnt know what I was doing? Thats when I figured it out. I cant imagine many people coming back for such an experience. The people wonder why businesses are closing. I honestly, thought at one point. The workers didnt want me there. I got the impression they dont want customers to shop at the Bronx Terminal Mall. (Smh)
