Where I lived in the Bronx I shopped in the Marshalls, it was nice store with great stuff and nice customer service.

Looking for sandals for my neice, found a couple pair. Store was crowded and line wasnt line. So happy cause i was in a rush.

Very low merchandise, it feels empty compared to how Marshalls is always overflowing with items. A lot of people have been robbing this store on a daily basis, taking everything. There are no children clothing on the racks. There are signs that say they are preparing for new stock but it does not seem like it. The store has been looking like this for awhile. Police were there this morning(6.19.21)taking a report and inventory of items that were taken. A shame that our neighbor has to be like this.

I love this store the only thing almost 2 weeks ago I thought it was going out of business there were hardly anything in there the theives just comes in and take what they want but the other thing they were waiting for a shipment i learned after returning (SUPRISE the st ou re is full again.
The overall selections are way less compared to just 10 years ago. Its not worth shopping there. Tho the bathroom was of good use 🚻🙂

The escalator was off and tripped while going upstairs. I could’ve been seriously injured. Fix them!!

Good selection of clothes here at nice prices. Can get really crowded in the afternoons so the lines do get long. Better to come in the morning when they open and already have in mind what your going to get to avoid the long lines. They can also use more cashiers as only 3 or 4 are on out of the 10 registers they have.
The store is great. I love the selection and the prices, and the displays are attractive. Once while there, I had an issue with a rude employee. I talked about it with a manager who was wonderful. She was professional and showed concern about my issue.
Like the store. The manager is super nice but some of his employees suck. The price is fair and love the variety and the potato chips there. Got a umbrella which was so tiny for 10.00...that I didnt like. The store is clean and orderly every morning until.customers dont care and wreck the store. I would go back. Walawalzul.

This store has good products and prices, however there is always a super long line to pay. Expect to spend atleast 30 minutes standing on line. They need more cashiers who are fast and efficient. Not always neat either.

Pricess are good but they need to hire more customer servers. Packed lines with only two registers open. I have, on a few occasions, left my stuff in the shopping cart and walked off without purchasing anything because the line is way too long.
Badly managed, the lines are ridiculous and management dont make sure theres enough cashiers on duty. The lines can be 50 people long with only 2 cashiers at any given time.
I love the super mega discount store ..THE BRANDS WE ALL KNOW AND TRUST...MARSHALLS GOT THAT A PLUS .?$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$dont moss out on back to school deals too .
The lines in this store is ridiculous. Needs better management with staffing and sense of urgency. With less help staff should be motivated to pick up the slack. Not wait to be rescued. This is coming from 15yrs of retail experience.
Worst store around! 8 shoppers ahead of me standing in line waiting for 3 cashiers and watching 7 store personnel floating around the cash putting junk out and talking about what they will buy from here with the cashiers. I waited 15min!!!Go elsewhere if you’re in a rush. I can’t wait till they put those auto-check out units. If you don’t appreciate your job or customers, you will be replaced! I don’t usually use them just so I can support the use of human cashiers and jobs, but this is unbelievable!

The store is very disorganized. The staff is really nice and pleasant but the supervisors were rude and barking orders it was tough to watch.
The store itself is great, but too many shoplifters and no one does anything about it. I feel unsafe shopping here, and it’s a shame because I like this Marshall’s.

Needs better management to keep the store tidy, as well as more staff to assist customers needs and questions on the floor....NOT having to wait in line to just ask a question or get a price check. STAFF SHOULD ALSO CLEAN UP THE STORE!!! Or hire after hour workers for that part....
They have nice deals on clothes, just make sure you know what you want. My only gripe is that the checkout is too slow.
I go here all the time with my family and I like it. I find good things curtain times and with good name brands and quality. The only problem I have is there arent enough cashiers and it takes time to purchase your things. Overall you sould go.

If your looking for small kitchen appliances? They have NONE!. A very small kitchenware section mostly pots n pans. Very little utensils. Big on clothes. Yes.kitchenware NO.
Kind of disorganized. There are pretty good deals, if you can Find anything, but you need a lot of patience. Definitely about an hour or so, especially for line wait times.

Easy and convenient shopping trip I gotten some great home items as well as great gifts for my family.
The line to the cashiers was really long. I spent more time on time line than in the store shopping. Marshalls need more cashiers but apart from that, I was able to buy quality items for cheap. And it has beautiful dressing rooms where you can measure your clothes.😁😂. Thanks to Marshalls I got my school pants for cheap lol.
This store has lots of items. Clothing, house ware and food items. But, certain times of the year the stock of clothing they get looks like basement quality. You have to wait for the seasonal stuff to come in or you might be wasting your time.
Its a great place but sometimes they have the items in the wrong place, sometimes its all messy but it can be handled. Also you can find the fashion brands in a very good price.
Product display is lacking to say the least. Prices arent so low you should be hanging $50+ shoes on a hanger you find flip flops on! Made me not want to shop. Things on the floors; everything thrower together any kind of way. Disappointed to say the least.
Store is atrocious! Everything is everywhere! Alot of things have been opened or damaged! Theres no much help when you need something and the lines are ridiculous! This store is beyond dirty. Floors look so dingy! They really need maintenance here...looks like they have not mopped the store in ages! I actually came to the store for pair of boots and had to wait on line over 45 minutes just to purchase one item. The workers are not pleasant....& only had 3 registers open out 9 registers ...on a Saturday! Never coming back here again.

Very very busy store. The line is always to the back. A bit on the messier side but it’s understandable. The people who shop here are messy themselves so they kind of use to the mess I guess. The staff is a bit rude but that could be because the customers tent to be rude to them. Overall, a regular Marshall’s in the Bronx

Prices are getting a little too steep for me. I can get button up dress shirt for $15 dollars at Telco or cee & cee. The same shirt at Marshalls will cost you around $30. You do the math.

Name brand clothes for less.I purchased two blouses and three pair of pants for less than one hundred dollars.
Very small. The cashiers are super slow. Only one or two at the counter. The line is super long almost as long as the DMV line -_- smfh.

I really try to understand the reasoning to how the employees function. The lines are ridiculous and they choose to do meaningless fictions or simply walk away from the register.

2022-05-21They have a variety household stuff clothes shoes bags perfume make up etc.They have a fast check out on the first floor. Very neat clean and the prices are excellent. They have a police in the entrance ppl were shop lifting the games over. Highly recommend.

2018-02-07A decent place to get some clothing. Normally have some pretty good prices, and a fair selection. The times Ive been recently it hasnt been very crowded, which is a good change from December.One thing they are lacking, is a good selection of White long sleeve or short sleeve button-up shirts. They have large and larger sizes. But nothing medium or small. All of the medium selection was about 7 shirts total.Overall, good experiences. Staff are helpful, when you can track them down.

2022-02-11I love shopping there but I don’t appreciate how I was treated on my last. I went shopping with my kids and I already had items from another store in my stroller. Upon entering I already spoke with security and let him see what I had before I proceeded any further to avoid any speculation of me stealing. Given that the lines were ridiculously long I decided to put my items down and leave and this one big round lady who was upstairs watching me rushed down the escalator to stand by the door and look through my stroller as I exited the store and when I said something she got so defensive. I felt very uncomfortable and haven’t been back since.

2019-09-05This place is good place for buy but the costumer services is the most terrible in the All store in NYC. You spend 5 min to buy something a 30 min in the line il(if you have lucky) even have empty cacherr why dont contract more employees all employees is really busy and cant help the costumer in the property way
