The phone numbers on their site dont work, the workers never call you, and they dont inspect the vehicles when they get them. First car i wanted to buy had a huge hole in the frame. Had to wait 7 weeks for them to fix the second car i wanted to buy. Was told they fixed the car, but was later told that they needed to fix other parts of the car. All in all these people are a huge joke
These scammers sent out a sweepstakes saying that we won a Polaris Ranger or $7500 cash. We called to confirm and they said, yes, you won. We drove the whole family to claim it and when we got there they denied that we won, took the winning ticket and walked away. Biggest losers. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAMMERS AND UNETHICAL.
Horrible customer service went there once and they basically tried forcing me to trade my truck in after I realized they didnt have many vehicles on the lot that I was interested in. I called back a few days later to ask a couple questions and the lady in customer service was very rude and told me I would have to come in if I wanted to ask about vehicles available then hung up on me. Will never buy a car from there. All we ever bought was Chevrolet but will never be from there.
Horrendous professionalism. Walked in, not one person greeted us. Scoffed at us as we asked for Tiffany, and joked that the man there WAS Tiffany, while laughing at the plausibility that a man could have that name. Insulting customers is embarrassing as a company. Do NOT support these stereotypical used car dealers.

A great place to go if your shopping for a car, truck, or any thing that perks your interest vehicle wise. Sales reps are friendly, and will do anything they can to get you into the vehicle you want. On site financing I believe, and they take ALMOST ANYTHING on trade in, and give you a decent price for trade in value. Excellent place. 👍👍👍👍

Worst experience ever in regards to vehicle repair and they havent even done any repairs. Took my fiancés car for inspection, told them check engine light is on and need to know why and what it is and an estimate on a repair. Received a call from Joe In the service department, said it needs rear license plate bulb and wipers along with a valve cover. Asked about the other code he said I dont know. When I advised him that theyre a dealership and have the equipment to tell me what it is and asked if they want my business he told me heres what I am going to do, I am going to back the car out of the garage and you will pick it up tonight and hung up. Customer service is top notch I tell yah!

The car I bought is junk. They love to rip you off. Costing me more to keep it running than what I paid for that junk. I still owe on it. Do not buy a car from them. You should be repairing this car for free. You got over $10,000 from me when I bought it. Martin Brothers are a bunch of thieves

2022-05-09Test drove a vehicle…realized when driving the vehicle had many issues and when we brought it up to the salesman he had an excuse for everything. These cars should be 100% looked over and fixed before being test driven but you can easily tell these guys just buy cars and put them on the lot for triple the price. The price does not compare to the cars these people are selling. Thank goodness we didn’t buy from them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

2021-08-17Amazing customer service!! These guys went out of their way to do estimates for my vehicle after it was stolen, including hiring out for the body damage estimates. My vehicle was a total loss, but, the ease of working with them was incredible. Dont let the negative reviews about a scratch off deter you.... marketing 101...read the fine print!

2021-05-06I’ve bought many vehicles from Martin Bros Chevrolet over the years and they are straight shooters. Sales and service are excellent. I too received their promotional mailer and anyone who didn’t read the flyer entirely or any of these promotional flyers from other dealers has only themselves to blame. There was no “scamming” it clearly stated you had to bring the flyer in and match your code with the one on the flyer to win. Man the lack of common sense these days is scary. Everyone is a victim. Don’t hesitate to buy from this small hometown dealership.

2021-05-10This dealership caught my wife in the bait and switch mail ad. Being skeptical, we read the entire ad and called to confirm before wasting time driving to the dealership. The rep confirmed the winning number and congratulated my wife. After they hyped it up she arrived and was given a lotto ticket and asked if she wanted to trade in her vehicle.If this establishment is willing to be this deceitful to get you in the door just think of what theyre capable of in their business dealings. I would never recommend this Martin Brothers Chevrolet to a friend.

2021-09-03Scam artists would be too high of a compliment. The lowlifes at Martin Bros. Chevrolet see fit to scam and poor and elderly all so they can get some foot traffic and the chance at a sale. Thier recent mailer campaign got attention from tons of people and my wife saw a line of elderly there this morning. We got a winning mailer and went in to investigate knowing surely something wasnt right. The language of the mailer is misleading. The process is a total scam. The salesmen and managers should all be sued. Dont give them your time. Go anywhere else in WNY.Appreciated the response from the Dealer explaining the issue with the ad agency

2021-05-21Best service dept in WNY...period. Honest, knowledgeable, dedicated. Sales is very hands on, and most sales are done by the owner in person. They are not that big Fucilpaddockeastherr type of pressure grind but the pace is often slower, and most customers have been buying vehicles from Dennis for their whole lives. If you appreciate the small town touch...this is the place to deal with.

2021-05-06Martin Bros. Chevrolet sent out mailers and on the back there were scratch offs to see if you won anything. Mine showed that I had won either the Polaris Ranger or $7,500. I read the entire flyer, even all the fine print and it does not state that it was a gimmick to get you in to buy a car. I called the number and they verified that I had won. The man who answered also stated there are no gimmicks no games. I drive out there and imagine my surprise to find out that everyone there also won the same thing but we were all given a lotto ticket. Times are so tough right now not to mention we are supposed to be avoiding crowds and yet they are purposely deceiving others and not practicing safe social distancing. This is the lowest sleaziest type of dealership there could ever be.

2021-05-03This place is running scam marketing deals. The scratch off flyers they are sending indicate you have won a prize. After calling and being told you won over the phone you show up to claim the prize in person and are told that you have not actually won. Its a scam to get people in the door. This is a dishonest business that runs dishonest marketing campaigns and is taking advantage of people. I will be telling my friends and family not to spend money here and I hope this review encourages you to do the same.

How much do positive reviews cost these days? FWIW, I charge $250 and a public apology. Edit: also notice the two 5star reviews since their 2021 advertising debacle that made them lose a full star. They are obviously placed to try to offset the hit. Hysterical!Second - Received their Beat the Dealer advert in the mail. Its a scratch off that looks like you won a Polaris Ranger or $7.500 cash. In fact, not only did I win the ranger, so did my parents, and neighbors down the road... Digging deeper, what you actually win is one of the prizes shown and not THE prize shown. We all won a $2 lottery ticket.Im not driving 30 minutes for a $2 lottery ticket from a dealership that uses deceptive gimmicks in their marketing.Edit#1 - After response from owner: Who selected your marketing organization? 2021-05-07Did you get a scratch off flier in mail? I bet you are a winner. When you call the SPECIAL number you are then told to see a certain person and you will be paid in CASH after they see your scratch of and take a photo of your drivers license. The fact is at the bottom of the scratch in tiny print is your winning number is only for a lottery in which you have a 1 in 50,000 chance to win. NO GAMES OR GIMMICKS. Im sending my winning ticket to the NYSAG . After this I wont step foot in Martin Brothers.
