When called upon they answer, when a message is left there’s a response in a timely manner. The firm has developed a positive reputation across the country and has the respect from many.
When you call a law office you expect to talk to a lawyer not one of their fake lawyers. Calling this place is ridiculous. They always say we will have someone call you right back. Even if they know your schedule they will purposely call you when you’re busy and cannot answer the phone. Not helpful whatsoever.Would not recommend!!

I contacted them to help me with an old workmans com. case, as Im still having health issues associated with that injury. They accepted the case and that was pretty much it. I had to hunt them down just to finally talk to a lawyer. I didnt hear from them for months. Next month it will be a year since I originally contacted them. Today I was finally tired of waiting for them to do something and called them. The woman that called me back called me unfriendly and hung up on me. So if you want to add insult to your injury go and hire this company, looks to me like they are to big to care about a small case.

Passenger in a cab, accident, head injury, facial scarring , etc. No response, and wouldnt take case because taxi cab s insurance was tough, wouldnt pay and known for long court battles.THIS FIRM DOES NOT FIGHT FOR YOU, OR CARE.AT ALL.

2021-10-26Dan Dagostino is my attorney. He is always there for me whenever I have a question to ask, update to give, or whenever I need to vent endlessly. He dedicates a lot of his working time (and possibly even some “free” time) to being there for me. I can definitely count on him to be “one call away.” I also appreciate that he doesn’t ever convey that he gets annoyed with speaking to me as many times as I might need to be spoken to. 2021-10-22I was hit by a car in April 2021. My injuries were quite debilating for an active adult and fitness professional. I called Martin, Harding and Mazzotti for advice and help. From the 1st conversation everyone was so sympathetic and understanding. I received a call from Dan Dagostino ,who took my case on with so much kindness. He advised me through my 5 weeks at Albany Med and subsequent stay at a rehab facility with his legal expertise but also with the kindness and compassion of a friend who truly cared. I cannot thank him enough! In one of the worst experiences in my life, he and his paralegal, Chelsea went above and beyond . What a great example of integrity and human kindness!
