The sales staff have one thing on mind only, to get as much of your money as possible! They offered me auction price for my trade. I had already been to 2 other dealerships and been offered $1,500 more for my trade!
Horrible dealership thats just looking to get every dime they can get out of you. the manager low ball my car by over $2,000 comparing to 3 other dealerships. while they were over pricing a rebuilt salvaged car

HORRIBLE!! came in with a headlight problem and got towed away with engine problems?!?!?!?! And they will not fix what they broke!! I will be staying far away but thats just my experience.

My son was approved for a job shadow with M of A, when he got there the VP yelled at him and said Im not ready for this! We just fired a guy and you are not supposed to be on this property!Apparently the higher ups dont get training to deal with people. What a douche bag!

Worst dealership I ever been to. Service is super rude first they will act all nice and friendly till you buy or lease a car. they will lie to you all they can to make a sale or a lease. when I lease a Maserati Lavante 2017 When the lavante just came out. they told me for lease the oils change or break change only going to be 69.99. afters a lie. after I lease the car less then 5 months. something is wrong with the car I take it back to the The dealership. the car miles was only at 2500. guess what they didnt do anything about it. but one thing they do a great job at is whenever you call about something. they do a hell good job hanging up your call. Go to Massachusetts Maserati dealership. they treat me with respect. super nice people aint like this dealership. If you are Chinese, don’t come here to buy a car. They will be racist once. I call my father, my car. In the past, my dad didn’t speak English. Their attitude was so bad that they couldn’t say it, but they didn’t know that time. I called my dad, and when I called to complain about them, they hanged the phone directly.

He was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the car buying process up to and including the financing. I love my car. 2018-08-22This was my first time at this Maserati dealership and the service was amazing! Tara and the service team are outstanding with their politeness, eagerness to help and focus on customer satisfaction. Tara herself was more than pleasant and constantly making me feel welcome and the service team that I briefly saw in her office were all happy, attentive and polite. I will not bring my car anyplace else for anything. If you want proper attentive service that is not pushy but welcoming than this is the place to come. Thank you!

2019-07-11I can’t even put into words how awesome these guys were. I’ve bought a lot of cars from a lot of different places and nothing compares to the way they treat you. I came in looking for a specific car that had a lot of sentimental value but was an expensive purchase that I was nervous to make. Dewin, my salesman, was professional, courteous, honest, and on the ball from the test drive to signing the papers. Anthony, the sales manager, is as good as it gets; he made a deal happen that was even better than I could have expected and sent me home with my dream car. Most of all, he was a real human being with a heart and totally genuine and kind. I never felt pressure at any time and they were totally up front about everything. Facility was beautiful and the car came perfect. I didn’t know you could walk away from a dealership feeling this good. Thank you both!

2019-07-25Came into the new showroom and was immediately greeted by a salesmen. The new facility is gorgeous and has an amazing selection of used and new cars. I’ve had my new Porsche 911 now for 3 months and absolutely love it!

2019-10-27I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLS July 2019. I had two cosmetic issues that I did not notice until I brought the care home. First being broken air vent in the back and second a dent on the inside lift gate door. Ive tried for 3 months before they finally told me they WILL NOT fix. I read a review on how they love to sell cars but the customer service, forget about it. I learned first hand. Back to Keeler I go.
