Purchased a 2015 Lexus ES350 from these guys & I love it so far I recommend dealing with sales rep Ricky hes a great salesman. Him & his management team went above and beyond to get me what I needed at a reasonable price I could live with. Overall great car buying experience just do your homework beforehand.

I purchased a Lexus nx200t from here last week. Everything was perfect. I can’t think of one thing that I can complain about! Zachary Anadio was my sales representative. He was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the car buying process up to and including the financing. I love my car. I highly recommend Maserati of Albany and if you go there make sure you ask for Zach.

This was my first time at this Maserati dealership and the service was amazing! Tara and the service team are outstanding with their politeness, eagerness to help and focus on customer satisfaction. Tara herself was more than pleasant and constantly making me feel welcome and the service team that I briefly saw in her office were all happy, attentive and polite. I will not bring my car anyplace else for anything. If you want proper attentive service that is not pushy but welcoming than this is the place to come. Thank you!

I can’t even put into words how awesome these guys were. I’ve bought a lot of cars from a lot of different places and nothing compares to the way they treat you. I came in looking for a specific car that had a lot of sentimental value but was an expensive purchase that I was nervous to make. Dewin, my salesman, was professional, courteous, honest, and on the ball from the test drive to signing the papers. Anthony, the sales manager, is as good as it gets; he made a deal happen that was even better than I could have expected and sent me home with my dream car. Most of all, he was a real human being with a heart and totally genuine and kind. I never felt pressure at any time and they were totally up front about everything. Facility was beautiful and the car came perfect. I didn’t know you could walk away from a dealership feeling this good. Thank you both!

Came into the new showroom and was immediately greeted by a salesmen. The new facility is gorgeous and has an amazing selection of used and new cars. I’ve had my new Porsche 911 now for 3 months and absolutely love it!

I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLS July 2019. I had two cosmetic issues that I did not notice until I brought the care home. First being broken air vent in the back and second a dent on the inside lift gate door. Ive tried for 3 months before they finally told me they WILL NOT fix. I read a review on how they love to sell cars but the customer service, forget about it. I learned first hand. Back to Keeler I go.
