My husband and I were so delighted to find this mosque at the heart of Manhattan when we were visiting new york city. Its quite spacious and well maintained. Female prayer space is available on the 4th floor. May Allah bless everyone involved with this masjid community.
Masjid Manhattan is the only masjid in NYC that I enjoy going to for congregation and prayer. The organizers have made the masjid so peaceful and so very comfortable especially in the womens section. I absolutely love the decor and the numerous updates that have been made in the past 6 years of my attendance. All the funds made towards the masjid really do go to benefiting our community and our future generations. JazaKhAllah Khairan Kaseeran to all those individuals who make this masjid the best! Alhumdulillah. Ya rab, bless this masjid, its members and its future generations. Ameen sum Ameen.
Hands down, Masjid Manhattan is the best Masjid in Manhattan. The Masjid has multiple floors to pray and it is very clean. If You Ever need to go to a Masjid, Masjid Manhattan is the place to go.
Their behavior towards women is not nice at all.
An amazing and clean mosque at the heart of NYC. Few blocks from Wall St. You see Muslims from all over the world at the mosque come together for ONE cause. Sister area is beautiful and well maintained, they have their own floor. This mosque has been the pillar for many Shahadahs being taken by new Muslims as the mosque has a strong dawah program and is always open to anyone for visiting in groups. May Allah keep this symbol of strength intact forever Ameen.
Masjid Admin said that the Jumah prayer / Khutba will be at 1:05 pm as usual. There will not be any change in Jumaa prayer schedule as a result of the daylight Saving. Just passing the message. May God bless you all.
This masjid is a blessing. The location itself makes it unique. Well maintained.
If you are lost, come here. Clean place, quiet and peaceful. Definitely a good stop for prayers.
Great masjid in Lower Manhattan. Quite spacious and comfortable place of worship. There’s a separate floor in the building for women to pray. Neat and well maintained.
Very big and beautiful mosque
In this very clean (a must to highlight!) Masjid in the heart of Wall St expects to find a multicultural environment and a big floor for sisters! Since I took my shahada here, I have also received a lot of guidance from the Imam and his team. May Allah continue blessing them and expanding this great house of worship!!!

Finally, Ive found peace in the midst of chaos. This masjid is very tranquil and CLEAN. There is a bathroom and separate room for wudu. A kitchen area and large prayer area which are all kept immaculate. There are some Quran and Islamic literature in the prayer area. The wudu area has a wudu guide. They also provide an Islamic Calendar with all salat times. Highly recommend coming here to connect with your creator.
Since education is very important and especially so to a new Muslim, I appreciate that each time I attend this mosque I walk away having learned an ayat or hadith that has encouraged me to continue my journey. After taking shahada at this mosque, I was not forgotten, but continously receive encouraging communications and invitations. Everyone is sincerely welcoming, warm, and friendly. I have met sisters at this mosque that I can call true friends. And this mosque is clean!!!
Mosques are rare in America, and having a mosque in a city like New York increases the happiness of future and older Muslims. 🇹🇷🇺🇸

Masha’Allah, a gem in the middle of the NYC Financial District! Sisters’ area on the 4th floor is awesome. Very, very, clean and well kept. They just installed a brand new elevator. They conveniently offer daily lectures at lunch time for us who work in the area as well as free Arabic language classes for the sisters. The Imam is very knowledgeable and the kutbaths are also great. It is by far the best Masjid in NYC!!
Masjid Manhattan is one of the best masjid I have been a part of. I love this masjid because of its multicultural environment. Its friendly, clean and inviting. You feel very comfortable. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world at this masjid. May Allah continue to guide and protect this masjid.
Very peaceful atmosphere inside the mosque. Very convenient place to go if you are around Manhattan and need to offer your prayers.
بلغوا عني ولو آية The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Convey from me even an Ayah of the Quran.( ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰالَمِينَ *ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ )The meaning of rabi(رب)is : The one who is taking care of you and keep providing you you with blessings and favor.الرب هو الذي يتولى امرنا ويتعهدنا با النعم و الافضال .So what is rabbi alalameena?ما رب العالمين؟Said Pharaoh, And what is the Lord of the worlds?(قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ)؟[Moses] said, The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced.اجاب موسى عليه السلام:(قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَابَيْنَهُمَا ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ )............What is is the difference between arahammani & araheemi ?ما الفرق بين الرحمن و الرحيم؟Arahammani : who can give forgiveness of huge and massive sins or wrong misconducts .الرحمن الذي يغفر عظيم الذنب و كبيره.Araheemi: who can give forgiveness constantly and sustainably one after the other.الرحيم الذي رحماته دائمة و مستمره و يمن بها علينا واحده تلوا الاخرى.therefore ,whenever we read the second Ayah from the Opening chapter , we should recall that Allah told us to flee or run to him as he is alrahammani araheemi Not away from him.لذالك عندما نقرأ الرحمن الرحيم في سورة الفاتحة. ينبغي أن نعلم أن الله طلب منا أن نفر اليه لانه الرحمن الرحيم وليس ان نفر منه.Allah SWT said:(فَفِرُّوٓا إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ إِنِّى لَكُمْ مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ)So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner.May Allah guide us all to the right path.

Best option to say prayers in lower downtown. On Walking distance from fulton station. Area for wudu aswell. Loved it! The name is clearly visible on the building.

Imam Sheikh Mustafas halaqa after zuhur salat is pretty inspiring.He teaches quran tajweed recitation and fiqh.Jazak Allahu khairan ya imam.

2022-02-24Masjid is lower Manhattan. It has two access doors. One leads to stairs other one leads to elevator access. The wudu place is in the basememt.Its multi storied mosque, very spacious. Womens prayer room is on 4th FL.Went there on last week jumma prayer, Feb 18th. Prayer began around 1.30-1.45 pm.This mosque needs more financial support to operate, please donate generously.

2022-06-22Denied a sister her right to pray due to her hijab, very disrespect towards the sisters because they didnt approve of their attire.Implied that our sister was a non Muslim just because she wasnt a hijabi.Brothers please learn that Allah is the only one to judge and it is UNACCEPTABLE to say such things to anybody. Learn to lower your gaze and be open to everyone.Whoever calls a person kafir (disbeliever)... when they are not one (false accusation) will rebound to him Prophet Muhammad SAWVery dissatisfied with my visit, would not go again.

2021-02-17A place where you can find spiritual peacefulness in the middle of bustling Manhattan. The place is small, but more than sufficient to have daily prayers. Neat, clean, and well managed.

2019-07-22Found this cute little Mosque and I was ever glad to have it open. My husband and I kept going to the mosques but they were all closed. We worried we wouldn’t be able to pray after the Liberty Cruise but found a nice place. I love how the sister’s side is spacious with a Wudhu area and a clock that shows prayer times. Do keep in mind for summer they stay open until after Ishaa prayers (so around 10:30) Us I also love the little notes and pictures about how to pray and such.

2021-09-03One of the best arrangements in the core of Manhattan. The Masjid environment is so cool, hope to come all times. Parking is the biggest problem in this area during day time. But if you work around this place or come using public transportation no problem at all. You can find spiritual satisfaction over here.
